The owner, Benton, sat us and was charming and attentive. Our server gave us the kind of personal attention that made us feel like honored guests. Terrible customer service. I felt unwelcome as soon as I stepped inside. Multiple workers passed me without asking what I needed. I told someone behind the counter that I placed an online order for pickup. He merely said that it would be on the counter if it was ready. He didn't bother to ask for my name or anything about the order. I was confused since my order said it was ready for pickup 20 minutes before I got there. I then waited at the register for someone to help me. No one bothered to come even though I was standing there for 5 minutes. Mind you, the restaurant wasn't even full. There were a lot of empty tables inside so I'm not sure why no one was available. Finally, a worker came to the register and asked me to step aside while he rang up another customer. He completely ignored the fact that I was already there waiting. After the fact, he asked if I had been helped. He went to the back to check on my order but ended up not being able to find it. Someone else, presumably a manager, then came out to look at my receipt so that they could start working on my order. I asked why it wasn't ready when it clearly said it was ready for pickup. He went to the back and I'm assuming found the order because he came back out with it shortly after. There was no apology and no concern whatsoever. We were excited to try this place for the first time. This quite busy when we went on a weekend. Staff were very friendly, especially Alberto who helped us that day. They have both indoor and outdoor seating. Unfortunately, the restaurant is close to the highway so there is that noise. We sat at a table on the side street and it wasn't as bad. Food was tasty. We had ordered pancakes and the vegetarian Benedict. They appear to have a small parking lot behind the restaurant, but it was full. So we had to spend some time looking for parking on the side streets. Keep this in mind for planning your visit. read more

Called in 2 days before a busy mother's day weekend to reserve a table for 12, and they accommodated us with no issue. Our party arrived at staggered times as expected, and we were seated comfortably. The brunch dishes and drinks were served in standard time and everything tasted fresh and flavorful. A homely, rustic atmosphere surrounded us as we celebrated our going-away party. Our toddler and young child were also free to roam around and play, which would normally draw the ire of staff and other customers, but in our case everyone was friendly. Too cute and quaint. The food was good, nothing above average, and that's better than bad. The plates were hot but the food wasn't. I had to ask melted butter evenfor the pancake. We arrived at 9 am on Saturday. It wasn't crowded. Outside has umbrellas and tables seat four or less, and it's dog friendly. I love the cappuccino. Every mug was different and cute. We spent about $25 pp. For breakfast. Me: 1 PC, bacon ,eggs, rosemary potatoes and cappuccino. The chicken is sliced and put on the waffles. The service was great and fast. By 11 is was more crowded. The STAFF - These people are the heart of the place. They know your name, your order, your vibe and treat you like family. Genuinely kind and incredibly hardworking. 3. The COFFEE - That first sip of a scolding hot cappuccino? Hits. Every. Time. Thank you for always getting it right. 4. We got outdoor seating along the street but didn't mind. Foods my group ordered: 1. Mexi-Yum Bowl - portion is fair and tastes fresh, healthy and satisfied the hunger. 2. Simply Southern - disappointed to not have tried the chicken with waffles because they ran out if waffles so pancake was the alternative. It was a different take on the chicken as well, it was served with pre cut slices of lightly breaded chicken breast instead. Flavor is good though which the syrup enhanced it way more. 3. Poached and Pink - smoked salmon on baguette which was an interesting flavor 4. Sunny Sandwich - scrambled eggs, bacon, tomato and guyere tasted great as well 5. Round and Rich - is a chocolate chip Pancake which is fluffy and tasty. Again, drizzled with their syrup enhanced the flavor even more Drinks: 1. Mango Sorbet - mimosas topped with mango sorbet is a great combo! Chef's kiss! 2. Raspberry Sorbet - mimosas topped with raspberry Sorbet didn't really intrigued my palate. 3. I've noticed that while some menu items have kept the same price, the portions and a few details have changed, likely due to inflation. That said, the food is consistently fresh and delicious. I love how fresh and tasty the ingredients are. I love my veggies so when I saw they were generous with the arugula, I became ecstatic! The bread was well toasted. The orange juice was very fresh as well so worth the $6 price. At first, I thought it would be a poured over OJ, but I think it was freshly made. Appreciated the pulp too. Price is appropriate for what you get. Parking is tight as there is a small lot in the back, but bakery is along the residential strip so another option is street parking. This use to be a French Restaurant that we used to frequent. We had breakfast here this morning and were really happy with what we had. The coffee was nice and strong. If you are not big eaters like us share. The dishes are a generous portion. We shared a great breakfast with Chocolate Pancake, great delicious sausages, Rosemary Potatoes, and English Muffin with egg, bacon, and cheese. The place is same as it was when it was the French restaurant. Serve was great too. We can't help but turn our heads to see what was being served. They all look really delicious. Let me just say both dishes were amazing. The french carpone was French toast made with two thick slices of challah sandwiched between marscapone cheese and fresh raspberries. Let's just say you won't be sorry. The there was the arugula fig salad that we added chicken to, as got to have protein. The dressing was so good and not too heavy. The figs and other green goodies added was such a nice balance. The staff was super friendly and made you feel very comfortable. Plenty of parking in the neighborhood. So, Aeirloom Bakery is super cute. This spot is perfect if you need a new place to take your besties for brunch-- I even saw a few people who were dining alone and reading books out on their front patio. It's really a great atmosphere, and the prices are shockingly low as well... it kind of felt like I got transported back to 2013 when I was reading the menu. However, I don't think I'd recommend this place to any vegans, mostly because I was super disappointed in my tacos, which just felt very plain and low-effort. Maybe I just ordered wrong? That being said, the vibe is great, parking is easy and the people who work here are wonderful. I would just caution any plant-based folk to order differently than I did. read more

I love the decor and the big windows that bring a lot of light in. There is also seating available outside. My first visit I had the challah at me French toast with a side of scrambled eggs. I ordered it with strawberries which were delicious. I loved the crunch of the toast. My eggs were also cooked perfectly and tasted buttery. My husband ordered the spicy tomato dish twice and couldn't stop raving about it! It's unusual yet amazing flavors. I had the granola and yogurt on my 2nd visit and I love when restaurants make their own and it's so good especially with big pieces of walnuts and cashews.
