They made sure that the each TV was transported in a tote and made sure that the TVs were all on their stands and in working order before they left. They even went above and beyond and fixed the legs on a couple of dressers that have been damaged for years. We have used a couple other moving companies in the past few years and Movers Best is by far the best one. They are very professional, friendly and extremely efficient. Darlene was kind and amazing, and thorough in asking questions about furniture, packing, pets, and exercise equipment. Things I didn't even consider! Day of the move (Saturday after Thanksgiving) Ryan, Santos, Mario and Amir showed up on time, carefully wrapped all of our furniture with either blankets or plastic wrap. The asked questions about where things should go, and questions about how to assemble or disassemble things. This is our third move, and we are not as young as we were with our last move. We had to make two trips, but it was still within budget. Next move, I'll call them again, and pay for packing (which we thought we could do on our own in our 50s!) About 7:20 AM I got a text from Borys, one of the movers that they would be there at 8 AM. They were there right on time, as I got a call at 7:52 AM that they were parked. The day before the move I received a confirmation call. Dmitry and Andrei showed up on time with the big white truck. Our one bedroom/ one bath upstairs apartment had 65-70 boxes in addition to normal furniture. The destination for drop had an elevator. These guys worked non-stop and fast while carefully wrapping furniture with plastic and furniture pads. Boxes upon boxes were stacked and moved out. The guys were friendly and professional. This was not their first rodeo and it showed. They were on a mission! We led them to the destination and they efficiently brought everything into the new unit, unwrapped and placed all the contents of the former home. 4.25 hours later and the moving nightmare was completed. Everything appears to be in tip top shape. They even offered to have us look in the truck to be sure nothing was left behind. Thorough and again, professional. We didn't have to deal with "sticker shock" and unexpected up charges. We have no idea how these guys can do what they do but we thank them wholeheartedly. Tips were deserved. We read the Yelp reviews and they add up to our experience. We have already referred someone to them. We'd have zero reservations to refer anyone in the future!

What I thought would be a simple 5-hour move ended up taking over 9 hours. While the duration was unexpected, I attribute it to the long walks from my four storage closets to the elevator. Even though the day grew long and the physical toll was evident, the guys stayed honest and worked the entire time. The Good: Only one minor damaged item out of an entire household. Zero damage to the walls/floors of either apartment. The team was incredibly kind, making it impossible to stay frustrated. They offer flexible payment options (Credit Card, Zelle, Cash). Room for Improvement: I would love to see moving companies offer more "flat-rate" structures or do "mid-way time checks." Jeremiah's communication heading into the move was excellent and Mike and his team arrived right in the window they said they would. As soon as I gave them the rundown of the place, they wasted ZERO time and got straight to work - all the way until the last item was carried into the new place. Heading into this move, I was worried about taking apart our bed frames and putting them back together. Mission Movers took care of it at no extra cost. But the biggest thing for me is how friendly and HONEST the team was. One of my dining chairs was already cracked before the move and they approached me and apologized for thinking they did it. That small gesture went a long way for me and I know they were going to find a solution even if it was their fault. They also could've charged me for a full 4 hours but charged me to the exact minute they worked at 3.75 hours. Not to mention it was also a really hot day and they powered through it without a single complaint. My wife and I have said several times that we don't know how we would've done it without Mission Movers. I know exactly who I'm hiring for any of my future moves. 10/10 experience!
