Fortunately not LG or Samsung parts are back ordered. Scheduled Tuesday afternoon service call!!! Ken had motherboard and was able to install. Did lose a few vegetables, and milk but most refrigerator contents went into our garage freezer. $400 repair sure beat having to buy a new refrigerator!!!! Our cabinet install had some mistakes which affected the flooring install which prohibited the scheduled delivery of our appliances. All of this was again no fault of S.A. yet Kevin was great and worked extra hard to make sure our appliances would get to us much faster then what might have been. On a fun note, Kevin invited us to a few cooking demo/classes that were fun and informative. Something you don't get everywhere. He is very responsive, professional and friendly. Ok, hear me out. I know vacuums aren't the type of thing people normally rant and rave about, but…read morethis is different. My new central vacuum system is LIFE CHANGING. Here's the 411: A highly discerning friend bough a new home and had a central vacuum installed. She also had one in her last home, and she unequivocally recommended Treg at Arapahoe Central Vacuum. I hemmed and hawed at whether I wanted to invest in one and finally decided to move forward September 2020. I have three hairy dogs and was sick of going through expensive vacuums, having that vacuum smell when vacuuming and the dust plume from emptying the receptacle. Further, I had two vacuums to do couches, etc. My daughter has also been schooling from home, so the noise of the vacuum was also an issue. In combination, these were the things that made me take the central vac leap. The motor of the vacuum lives in the garage. That is where the noise and the filter (which only needs to be changed about once a year) live. I opted for a system called "hide a hose" where the hose retracts into the wall when not in use. I have two hoses that cover my entire house. They are so easy that my 11 year old can do it without thinking. There are attachments that can be used on the hose for anything you can imagine. Since getting the central vacuum I have vacuumed my front porch, my back deck, my screens, my couches, and obviously, the floors. The cost of such an item varies. Some elements that change cost are the size of the motor, the hose length and choice, and installation. Treg will come out to talk things over with you before getting you an estimate. He does not try to upsell, wheel-deal, or pressure. He is very knowledgeable and can give pros and cons for different configurations. He spec'd 2 systems for me and I chose one of them. Installation depends on whether your home is a new home or a retrofit. My home was built in 1957, and has a crawl space and an attic. Treg used both to make things work perfectly. You do not need to tear up your home to install a central vacuum. The process is not terribly invasive or messy. Treg cleaned the house perfectly and I never saw any dust. In my case, the install took two days. Centra vacuums need more/better press. They are an amazing system that adds value to your home, they are more environmentally friendly because they last forever and can easily be fixed, and their ergonomics and ease of use are unmatched. I really wish I had done this sooner!

After going down an internet rabbit hole, I decided on one of those brands to replace my Shark that just didn't feel like it was cutting it. The Sebo I wanted to try was already on the floor right as I walked in, so I gave it a shot. It was love at first vacuum. Thankfully I snagged the last one they had in stock, as I was anxious to take one for a spin at home. Tim was great, super friendly, and has me setup for future service on my Sebo. A fantastic deal, considering the price tag. Took the time to make sure I knew about activating my warranty and offered to put the vacuum together if I wanted. He even brought the boxed item out to my car. While he was the only one working the shop on Sunday afternoon and there were a couple customers ahead of me, it was absolutely worth the wait for the one-on-one service I received. Though it has only been a couple days, I am very happy with my purchase (my wallet is not, but give it time), and looking forward to the ease of swinging through to grab more bags or any other supplies. The customer service here out shines all competitors. I was immediately greeted by Julie, she was friendly and even told me where the sale portion of the tile was stashed away. The options for tile can become over whelming to say the least, Alex another extremely friendly associate offered me large samples to take home to compare to my flooring which helped tremendously. Alex quickly whipped a quote and I left with my samples. Within a half hour Alex called to tell me that one of the tiles I had been eyeing was on sale, he went out of his way to double check the pricing and leave me a thoughtful message. This service is what compelled me to decide to order my tile with this company. (As well as the beautiful product) Even though my 100 square ft order is most likely tiny in this company's grand scheme of things I was and continue to be treated like a super star all thanks to Alex's enthusiastic service and welcoming and genuine personality.

I purchased 4 different tiles from Bedrosians for my home remodel. The tile for the primary bath…read morefloor was not all the same lot number and the floor had lines in it with the two different tile lot numbers. This required that the floor be torn apart, potentially damaging the floor underneath. They would not replace the tile and we had to order more and pay for the demo/retiling of the floor ourselves, which was a significant cost. Then we ordered tile for our kitchen backsplash based upon tile samples they provided for us out of their showroom. The tile that came in looked like it had bloody finger prints all over it - which were not at all on the samples. We immediately called Bedrosians and they refused to refund our money or replace the tile, stating that it was a special order tile. One that looked NOTHING like the sample THEY GAVE ME! This store is only interested in one thing... your hard-earned money. Once they have it, even if there are errors that are their fault, they will not reimburse you or take returns. Bedrosians cost us a significant amount of $$ and we are stuck with tile we will never use that has bloody finger prints on it. We will never, ever, buy anything from this store again, and now my contractor will not either based upon our experience. Because of the kitchen tile disaster, I had to hurry and find in-stock tile because the tile setter was there. I had a much better and less expensive experience with Floor & Decor, and I brought the tile I chose home with me. It turned out beautifully. Shopping at Bedrosians is not worth the heartburn you will experience from absolutely terrible customer service and policies. Go elsewhere.
