Loved this sit down restaurant. Agape Grill is a good spot to dine in with loved ones for authentic Greek and Mediterranean food. They have a beautiful atmosphere inside and outdoordoors. Staff were welcoming and assisted with questions we had. The gyro plate was 10/10 for me with meat tender and juicy. It is tucked away from the loud city.

FOOD was delicious! Salad had yummy dressing. The steak was cooked perfectly and the kebab was not chewy. The baklava is made in house. The bill was around $62 total. SERVICE the server was good and no complaints there. INSIDE is big!! They must have banquets and celebrations here based on how big it is inside. My friend and I didn't have to make a reservation on a Thursday night because they have so much seating. PARKING was easy they have a small lot. They're located within the commercial area. Easy spot to avoid traffic in downtown Sunnyvale. It's a 7 minute drive from there.

We had a very nice dinner at Agape Grill. Be forewarned that they are closed each week day between 2:30 and 5:00, they not open for dinner on Saturdays, and are closed on Sundays. The service is prompt and friendly, and there is plenty of room inside, as well as outdoor seating. Their hummus is excellent, one of the best I have ever had, and the pita served with it was warm and soft. I ordered the babaganoush, which was good, side of veggies, which was very good, and a beef gyro, which came unconstructed with pita slices, tomato that yogurt sauce. The meat was like a ground beef cut in thin slices. It was pretty good. My husband had a kabab meal, which also had a form of ground beef, which came with rice, veggies, and a side salad with oil & vinegar dressing. He really liked his food. We will definitely return to try other things on the menu.

Came in with coworker for lunch. Place is tuck in a commercial area. Building looks like a small office building and would not have known it was a full pledge roomy restaurant. Inside it's big enough to hold a banquet. Basically order at counter and they bring the food out to you. We order several dishes and shared family style. All the food was great! Will have to come back to try more dishes. See pictures for our haul.

Gyro Plate! Delicious and before this they provided hummus with hot sliced pita bread and a side salad. Perfection!

First time visiting and I love the atmosphere! I was able to sit wherever I wanted to. Service is immaculate. Pretty spacious dining area. Food served hot! Will come back :)

4/5 for the food. 5/5 for the location and service. I've been telling my fiance that I've been craving a falafel the last couple of days and he recommended we check this place out since he came here with some co-workers. A solid mediterranean restaurant! Food: I ordered the Kefta Kebab and my fiance ordered the Brizola. They also serve bread prior to your meal and so I ended up not ordering a falafel after all LOL. Both portions were perfect for lunch and dinner. The Kefta was nicely seasoned and the ratio between vegetable and kebab was lovely. The bread was made to order so it was also fresh and I liked mixing it with my kebab and vegetables. Service: Such nice, kind servers. Both the host and server greeted us and had a small conversation with us. We came for dinner and it wasn't too busy since peak hours are lunch for them. They took our order, refilled our waters, and gave us our check & to-go boxes promptly. We didn't feel rushed either, which was nice. Location: There is a parking lot in the back and outdoor and indoor seating. Plenty of seats, it was a large restaurant! Felt almost like the size of 2 restaurants. Great for large gatherings or corporate events because they also have a bar there. Highly recommend! Would come back here so I can try their falafels!

I saw Cherylynn N.'s review about Agape Grill a while back and realized that I still had not given them a try yet. I was really craving a gyro the other day so I figured better late than never and stopped by before going grocery shopping. The restaurant is located in between different office buildings and is in a little quiet area undisturbed by any other food related businesses. They have plenty of outdoor seating and a small parking lot. I had placed my order of their gyro plate over the phone and by the time I got there, it was ready to go, total costing a little over $18 before tip. The lady was so friendly and was handling 3 different customers at the same time but doing it with ease. My first impression when I opened the bag was everything smelled amazing AND the portions are insane. My gyro plate was loaded with pita, a ton of gyro slices, onions and tomatoes, fresh fries, and 2 different sauces (tzatziki and an olive based sauce I think). Then packaged separately was more fresh pita with a side of hummus and a small box of their fully loaded Greek salad (lettuce, feta, tomatoes, olives, onions, and dressing). I was so shocked because for the price, this is unheard of anywhere else in the Bay Area. The food was extremely impressive and made of great quality. No matter how much I ate or how fast I ate (and I was starving this day), there was still so much food left over. The gyro slices were thick, tender, and packed with flavor. It went well with the warm pita underneath and some of that fresh onion and tomato. I was alternating between the tzatziki sauce and olive sauce and they all tasted so good together. I didn't even get to eat the other side of pita and hummus or salad because I was so full, but I still had enough food leftover for a small meal the next day. I am blown away by my experience at Agape Grill and I know I will be back again soon and probably quite often.

A hidden gem. The entrance does not invite you get in but the decorated front patio made me curious. Once inside, got surprised by the big and nice dinning area Agapē has. Service is great. Food is fresh with great flavor. The lamb was cooked to perfection with wonderful flavor. Definitely will visit Agapē again. 10/08/24

Highly Not recommend their Spanakopita to anyone. It's terrible!
    Mimi L.

My cognitive dissonance associating with the Valentine's Day made me believe the food I ate has to be scrumptious, but the truth is, after soaking in my taste memory on the Spanakopita. The food is indeed well below mediocrity. The phyllo crust was soggy, the contents inside were old, unfreshly-made, unrefined and odd-tasted. I believe they were pre-made (perhaps by days), but at least re-toast it and make it hot and crispy before sending it out to customer. The food I received was COLD and old. I pretend to like it because I self-deceive, hey it's the lovely Valentine's day so suck it up. But It's just bad! Yuck! My polite comment of "good food!" on the way out proves humans do "people pleasing." I don't like the food! How can you get it wrong as a Greek restaurant which specializes in Greek food? I made Phyllo anything much better than you guys and I am not even a Greek! The key is to make it fresh. Even if you pre- made, remember to toast it back nice and crispy. That should be a piece of cake - no pun intended. Salad has chunky cuts (I get it, to preserve their freshness through the day, but how about my eating pleasure?) of veggies on my plate and I didn't get the days-old stewed version from my husband's plate. Must be my lucky day? Service was a mixed bag. The ladies treated me better. The male server served me last and as usual I didn't like it. Why can't a woman get her food first when both dishes are served at the same time? Don't you guys respect your mother more? :) Totally my bad to recommend my date to take me to Agape as no care and/or attention was given to the food preparation/presentation. The whole restaurant is empty on lunch time. Should have taken it as a warning sign. There're far better Greek restaurant nearby, Athena Grill is one. I am going there next time for my Spanakopita craving. Highly not recommend this place for Greek food.

The best Greek and Mediterranean food in the Bay! Everything is fresh and made to perfection. Their hummus is a must have and don't miss out on their soups! If you're not sure what you want, they have appetizers with a little of everything. The fries are stellar, try dunking them in one of the dips or the hot sauce! The folks who run this place are all so friendly and treat everyone well. You'll feel right at home. The space is great for large groups and events so if you're looking for a spot for your next team lunch, book it here.

The Greek salad was good and plentiful. My husband loved his chicken skewers and green salad. The spanakopita was delicious. We both enjoyed it. They have a nice patio for outdoor seating. We got: - dolmades mezes starter: it was warm and had beef in it which was unexpected -- I'm almost certain we had a different version of these before that did not have meat and were served cold, I have never really loved these lol but my partner has really enjoyed the cold version before because he found it really refreshing. The warm one was interesting, still enjoyable to him but not as much as before - beef souvlaki plate with fries instead of salad: I loved this! I asked for no lettuce, and the server said I could switch out the salad for fries instead. The beef was so tender and flavored well, super savory, and I absolutely LOVE the olive dip that comes with this dish. The fries were okay! I enjoyed dipping them into the olive dip. - swordfish souvlaki wrap no lettuce with fruit: option to get fries instead, but we got fruit. My mom liked it! I tried some of the swordfish and it had a nice light flavor, quite tender and very nice. I've also gotten the grilled branzini before, which is a whole entire fish. Warning that you may need to use your hands to eat this directly lol I really enjoyed this dish too! When we arrived, they mentioned we could sit anywhere we wanted. There was both indoor and outdoor seating. We sat outdoors so it was a tad warm but they provide shade. There is a tent as well with a plastic surrounding but as for any restaurant with these plastic surroundings, I always find the plastic smell so strong and offputting, so we sat at the tables instead where they have umbrellas providing a lot of shade. We sat next to a bougainvillea bush which also provides us shade and some entertainment as little birds hopped back and forth inside the bush and then out of it to nearby tables, looking for food. So cute! Parking can be found in the lot behind the restaurant, but the entrance is still found around the other side of the building, on the side of the outdoor seating. You can also park on the side of the street in front of the restaurant, but there's less shade. We arrived at a 3pm on a Friday with almost no one else there, so once our whole party was present we got service immediately. The food takes some time to cook but as mentioned, it's delicious. Overall a really cute restaurant!
