I have been…read moreblessed by God to have a very smart grandson to help me post on this website as well as it's not able to be hidden! I am simply writing this review AGAIN in hopes the manager Michael or owners will view it, as well as to express my dissatisfaction with a shopping experience I had at your store two weeks ago now. Unfortunately, my visit was marred by an encounter with a cashier who was exceedingly rude and unprofessional. During my checkout, the cashier whom is named Jacky, displayed a dismissive attitude and was unhelpful when I had questions about my purchase. Instead of providing assistance, her responses was curt and lacked any semblance of courtesy. This behavior left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable during what should have been a straightforward transaction. Unfortunately this was not the first time I have had this type of experience with this her, it has happened on multiple occasions so I cannot shrug this off as a thought of "she must be having a bad day." Her mood and behavior becomes worse when I want to make a larger purchase to receive my credited points for the transaction. As a regular customer, I have always appreciated the quality of service at your store, which makes this experience particularly disappointing. I believe that customer service is a reflection of the values of your establishment, and I hope that you will address this issue to prevent similar occurrences in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. God bless.

Being an Austinite, I have grown up shopping at heb's all over the city. I cant help but notice…read morethat each heb caters specifically to its neighborhood demographic. For example, the heb at Wm cannon and escarpment is a delightful family oriented market of fresh and diverse produce. You can choose from a variety of tasty samples, sample wine, and even learn how to cook proper meals from an heb chef teaching from a microphone. That heb resides in a higher property value neighborhood than its older sister store up the road. Which brings us to the old wm cannon heb. Long past it's glory days, this old gem is now claimed by relentless armies of black crows waiting to bombs away on the many pedestrisns and vehicles desperate enough to park under the crows favorite trees. Instead of cooking lessons, youl find eyebrow stylist. Substitute a fruit smoothy stand for food and wine tastings. Prices are still on point but produce/meats/hot foods selection seem to cater to the latin demographic that's predominate in this heb's neighborhood. Yet the staff is friendly and familiar. I've never felt unsafe at this heb but it's not unusual to see extra fuzz from time to time. No great wine or beer selection at this heb but you can certainly get all the ingredients needed to make menudo. Parking is annoying and that whole intersection has become a choke point along with most of that heb parking lot. So if you want the good stuff you gotta drive up the road a bit. The slaughter heb is better but not by much. I'm still giving this heb 5 stars because heb has been good to me and my family throughout the decades and I know how good they can be. Heck, I can remember playing arcade tmnt and street fighter here. So how bout it Wm cannon district manager? Is it too much to ask for the perks of nicer hebs or is this entire zip code gonna have to go to brodie or escarpment to get the good stuff?..

But there's a lot of positives here, and sometimes you can score some great deals and I love the selection here too - has everything I need. Their produce is usually very fresh here and I do find some good sales. I migrate to the back area where they have packaged fruit and sometimes can find a half off deal. I utilize the app with store coupons, and when you snip them on your phone and plug your phone number into the kiosk it will automatically deduct the coupons you clipped! Awesome sauce. I like to also migrate back to the clearance section as sometimes you can find a deal - like 99 cent cans of Pineapple Poppi soda. Well I tried one first - and it is pretty darn good - not too shabby! So I got 6. Thanksgiving I scored this awesome 3LB honey ham for $12 which was normally $30, warmed it up in the oven- wow! Way way better than ham slices you get at the deli. The staff here has always been gracious and helpful. They had accepted returns with a receipt and I usually get store credit since I shop there weekly. I love their deli with sausages - at times the can be 99 cents per for chicken and jalapeno sausages and they are fantastic. And let's not forget about their awesome sandwiches. The Italian is my favorite but only $6-7 a sandwich when they cost double or more with Austin restaurants.

Keeps your car cooler in the Texas heat and there are shopping cart friendly escalators to get your groceries easily back to the car. The produce selection at this Whole Foods is insane! Any type of produce that you could want or need can be found in either traditional or organic format. They also have an extensive seafood counter with very knowledgeable staff to help you make a selection. With a dedicated area for fresh sushi, a barbecue selection, freshly made sandwiches, prepared foods, a hot bar, and a salad bar all of your grocery needs can be met here. At the front of the store, there's also a fantastic coffee bar so you can remain caffeinated while you shop. If you are an Amazon prime member, be sure to shop the sales to save a little bit of money. Weekly specials are designated with a yellow tag, and it shows the sale price as well as the further reduced price for Amazon prime members. I need Diet Coke and food that is bad for me too. We come here probably once or twice a week. The Amazon return center is super convenient. There's a self serve kiosk too. Major plus. Our second stop is juice land and then the hot bar & salad bar. I like being able to make a "girl dinner" lunch with a couple of bites worth of several things. We typically go to the roof to eat and to let the kids run around the playscape. If anyyyyy corporate Whole Foods people are reading this- can we please update the play area? Maybe add to it? Or make it toddler friendly? I know I'm being picky we just come so much and it would be a dream update.
