disappointing to open. i doordashed this and they barely gave me any pasta... usually it at least fills the container 1/4-1/2 way and this is like 20 noodles max. def not worth $20 for ts.

Speedies on salad. I loved the dressing

Amazing stop while we were passing through town during vacation. It was a lucky find after we stopped somewhere else and their computer system was down. This was the former site of Hotel Griffin. Cool history, really cool ambience and was a huge hit for both my wife and I along with our three kids (ages 6-8).

I came by Aiello's when returning from a trip from upstate NY. I have to say that it was a perfect restaraunt stop. Upon arrival, I noticed the restaraunt was full with locals. To me, this is a great sign that this is a great restaraunt as locals don't go to bad restaurants. Service was very quick and we waited no more than 5 minutes for appetizers. We did need to wait for a bit longer for our main courses but it wasn't bad. I also really liked how waiters were always coming around and taking plates off the table as they became empty. The menu here is very accommodating and serves gluten free meals. There is also a wide variety of food available (pizza, pasta, fish, variety of meat, etc.). For the appetizers, I really liked the burrata and lobster bisque. The portions for the soup could be better, however. For the main courses, I had the veal parmesan. My son had the gluten free pasta. Both were very filling and delicious! Finally, the value here is 5/5. It is high quality food for a decent price. I had a great meal here that filled me up for another 4 hours for my ride home! A hidden gem in upstate!

Ham and Pineapple 18" Cheese Pizza

Service was quick. Staff members were very courteous and friendly. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming. We had the best pineapple and ham pizza I've ever had. Definitely on my "let's eat here again" list.

Had high hopes for Aiello's based on most reviews. Our party of 4 had a reservation and were seated at a four top next to the kitchen and across from the bathrooms. Both doors opened and closed repeatedly and squeaked as if no one ever oiled the hinges ever. We asked to move and the restaurant did move us to a more decent location. Drink orders were placed - house Chianti is pretty flavorless but no one's fault I guess. We asked for bread and were told it was baking. Received our salads. Pretty bland general house salads- wrong dressing on one. Asked for bread again- still baking. Received a faulty decent fried calamari app- still no bread. The. The entrees came out. At this point not having been brought bread was just beyond ridiculous and the server said, when asked again... " oh let me get your bread" My dish was the Sicilian eggplant parm, thinking I should order a signature dish to see what makes this place special. Salt. Salt is what makes this place special. Absolutely inedible and when the server took our plates the fact that my dish was untouched should've led to follow up from the server. It didn't. My partner's prime rib was mostly fat. Terrible service and awful food. Never again.

Excellent pasta, good wine, and tasty bread. And they have fiddlehead beer on tap! We really enjoyed our dinner here!

Absolutely delicious. Haven't had better Italian in decades. The atmosphere reminds me of an old Italian place in Queens.

Tossed is located on Market Street which can be busy during lunch & dinner. They offer Vegan and Vegetarian as well. We arrived just after noon so most of the tables were taken. We managed to snag a table though and ordered. My guy had the gluten free cheeseburger bowl which was delicious! Came with a bowl of Romaine, burger, red onion, cheese, and ripe tomatoes and a tangy sauce Looked so good I had to have a bite and it was Great! I had the Trio of Isles which included 2 homemade Spanakopita. I could tell immediately because of the pastry wasn't the usual store bought puff pastry. And, it was so flavorful with garlic, spices and Pine nuts. The hummus was good and the pita points were toasted and warm when served. The falafel was okay and one was filling with homemade Tzatziki sauce. I managed to eat both falafels. I would definitely come again and just get the Spanakopita-it was Amazing. They do a lot of Take Out. Some of their salads were huge (definitely two meals worth - lunch & dinner) and several patrons were taking what they couldn't finish home for dinner.

I usually get Cate's Buhda Bowl but recently branched out and got the tofu veggie wrap, chock full of goodness and protein. Both are really flavorful and nourishing, generous too. There is another thing that keeps me coming back. Tossed is clearly family-run, and I know that a father-daughter team seem to be mostly in charge. Once, they got my order wrong, and I waited longer than usual for the correction to appear. Not only did they credit my order but I think the person who made the error was in tears. I just love these people, they are so sweet!

Is it more expensive than every other place on town? Yes. Is it worth it? 1,000%. I literally said the words "I think this is the best meal I've ever had in Cortland". Coming from a food city (Miami), this place didn't shock me with their prices, as I typically spend the same amount on a lunch down there, but I really saw the value here. Local, organic foods, clean place, nice atmosphere, fast casual. Love it. Let's get to the food, shall we? We had a party of three that all showed up at separate times and all actually ordered the same thing: turkey pesto panini. It was amazing. The bread was so good, must have been local and it was so amazing. The combo of the veggies, pesto, cheese and turkey was perfection. My mom got it as a wrap with the cranberry slaw. Her fiancé got it as a panini with the potato salad, and I got it with the lentil curry soup. All sides were amazing, but I think the soup was by far the best. So. Yummy. I seriously love this place and can't wait to go back.

The pork bao in particular had this beautiful char that added just the right smoky depth without overpowering the sweetness. Absolute standout. The ramen was exceptional. Rich, balanced, and clearly made with care. My tonkatsu was beautifully caramelized -- that golden crust giving way to tender, juicy pork -- while my girlfriend's chicken katsu was crispy, perfectly cooked, and somehow still light. No sogginess, no shortcuts -- just done right. The atmosphere strikes that sweet spot between cozy and modern, and the service was genuinely warm and attentive without hovering. One of my favorite touches? The large visual menu on the wall. For anyone who isn't super familiar with this style of cuisine, it makes ordering approachable and stress-free. Such a smart move.
