Another amazing night at Home. Everything we had was absolutely delicious. Our daughter was moving…read moreto Boulder the next day, so this was a celebration/good-bye dinner, and it couldn't have been more perfect. Our table was lovely and private, perfect for heartfelt conversation, and our server, Bailey, was cheerful as always and so accommodating. We started with mussels and the Caesar salad. Both were good, but I can't stop thinking about the buttery deliciousness of the mussels and broth. Honestly, the best I've ever had. My husband and I had the fish and chips: steel-head trout, lightly battered and fried with tartar sauce and malt vinegar. So good! Our daughter had the ribeye and it was out of this world. Perfectly cooked to medium rare, nice sear on the outside and a gorgeous red center. Easily the best steak my daughter and husband (couldn't resist a taste) had ever had. The garlic compound butter is a must-have. Perfect compliment to the steak. We foolishly ended with an incredibly decadent dessert and it, too, was amazing! A chocolate brownie with ice cream and rum sauce . . . We fought over it even though we were so full after the great dinner. We love Home. A wonderful relaxing dinner, a wonderful special occasion place, or a great place to try their take-out menu, we are so lucky to have Home so near our community. Service is always impeccable and the food meets most exacting standards.

We have a member of our family with a food allergy and the manager and server were very helpful in accommodating my family member's needs. They were very attentive and informative about what the ingredients in each dishes. They guided us to which dishes were safe and which were not. My family were able to celebrate a special occasion in safety thanks to the diligence of the staff at SK Korean Steakhouse. The birthday boy and I enjoyed the beef spare ribs and bulgogi, pork belly, teriyaki chicken, and asparagus, while the rest of our party indulged in Hot Pot. They said the broths were so good! Each of them could indulge in their own individual spice preferences, from my youngest son's extremely mild preference with the chicken broth with ramen and spinach to my husband's love of the very hot in his Tom Yum with a selection of various seafood varieties, bok choi, mushrooms, and udon noodles. My family really enjoyed the layout of the restaurant. The side items were all located on a self serve buffet that made accessing what each member desired quick and easy. There was also an ice-cream cooler available that made it easy for our stomachs to cool the burn from the spicy selections. Thank you to everyone at SK Korean Steakhouse for making our night delicious.

However, if it were located closer to Buford or Duluth, where there are many other KBBQ spots, I would rate it a 4. Lunch AYCE ($20 for BBQ or Hot Pot | $25 for both) *You cannot find a KBBQ for $20 lunch nowadays - so at this price point, it's great! Meats are solid. The SK steak is tender and highly recommended. I also enjoyed the brisket and pork belly. The meats were good cuts, without excessive fat. The hot food items are plentiful with japchae, cheese corn, tteokbokki, chicken wings, fried rice, egg rolls, and mashed potatoes. I also saw shrimp cocktail, seaweed salad, kimbap, kimchi, and edamame. For dessert, they have fruit, banana pudding, mango jelly (yum!), and a variety of ice cream. The service was exceptional. The servers were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that our needs were met throughout the meal. The bathrooms are clean and well-lit as you make your way there. Overall, we had a great experience and will be recommending this to our wedding guests!

We had our 12 lb bundle of puppy joy with us so to the back deck we went. I think Dakotah was the only server on the main floor, both inside and out because it took a long time. Long time for water. He was busy even though the restaurant wasn't full. Poor guy. My hubby ordered the muffaletta and wasn't impressed. He ate it though. He loved his Abita root beer. I decided to order from the side menu and I'm so happy I did. The andouille sausage was grilled and tasty. The maque choux was amazing. Think Mexican corn with a Louisiana twist. Perfection!! The loaded grits were also wonderful- chocked full of gouda, bacon, and green onions. Delicious! The gumbo was thick like a stew. The flavor was smoky and sublime. My only beef is instead of all gumbo, the cup was filled mostly with rice... topped with gumbo. Overall we enjoyed our dinner. However, due to the pace of things, the underwhelming sandwich and perception of getting shorted on the chicken and gumbo. I wouldn't hesitate to swing by and order a maque choux to go as a snack except they charge $1 for the to-go container.
