We recently purchased a brand new 2026 Nissan Rogue from this dealership. Sales and Service = they do not care about you as a customer and they try to make you think you are stupid. To call this dealership CROOKS would be a nice way of saying it. Sales- To keep my story of our experience short, the salesman, who actually was a nice reasonable guy, has to cow-tow to their sales manager who tried to sit there and convince me that I owed sales tax on a car that they were giving us $10,000 more than the car we were buying! They tried to get me to pay some made up tax that I kept arguing about and finally the salesman manger had to admit that we didn't have to pay that and realized that we weren't stupid enough to fall for it. We should have ended the process right there but completed the sale, which still took them three hours to finish. Now we are back 7 months later for service on the 2026 Rogue, and for them to check our windshield fluid sprayers that don't work and the rear wiper that now has a screeching sound when we turn it on. All things that worked fine when we bought it. The service guy, Fadi, had the nerve to tell us "that's how they are". He argued that the wiper fluid sprayers are "supposed to bubble up" at the bottom instead of spray onto the windshield. Ummm, no! These are sprayers. There is no such thing as a bubbler at the base instead of spraying the fluid...especially a Rock Creek edition. Let's not forget that we have had this car for 7 months and they sprayed just fine until recently. He also proceeded to tell us that the loud screeching sound is "normal" for the Nissan Rogue to do when we turn on our rear window wiper!! What?? Are you f&@$ing serious?? Again, treated us like we were dumb and we have no idea what we are talking about. He said he could replace the motor and it would sound the same. Really?? Because it didn't sound like that for five straight months during the wet season. So he tried to make it sound like a super loud screech when using the rear wiper is normal?? Wow!! Unbelievable, that this passes for customer service. To do business like this and try and make the buyer seem like they don't know what's going on? Wow!! Purchased a used Jeep Wrangler, paid 363.00 to register vehicle thru Oregon DMV. Allen Webb gave me a 21 day drive out tag and now that tag has expired. Requested assistance from the dealership to help process paperwork to expedite Oregon registration, to no avail. was told to spend an additional 35.00 for a temporary tag and wait. Allen Webb ceased providing customer service after the sale. Sales people were very inconsiderate and ran me around. terrible after purchase customer servic. I'm not sure how the work they did will hold up yet, but my concern is with the customer service. It's difficult to get someone to answer the phone. It's impossible to get an accurate answer about the status of your vehicle. The general mood of the employees seems as if they wish you would rather leave them alone. The service was fairly prompt though. I had to schedule a month in advance and they attempted to get me to reschedule. I may just go to Gladstone and deal with Dick Hannah next time. read more

Now that my vehicle is out of warranty, I will never give this business any more of my money. Not only one of the highest parts mark ups in town, also one of the highest service rates in town. Imagine my distress when they quoted me $55.00 to replace the license plate light bulbs. I did it myself in under 10 minutes with less than $7.00 for both light bulbs. They also quoted $55.00 to replace the air filter. A top- quality filer was $15.00. It took me less than 2 minutes to change myself. Then when I paid the over $300.00 in charges, they informed me that there would be a service charge for using my credit cart. Not a set fee, but a percentage of the charges. No parts sellers, or non-affiliated auto repair shops charge a premium for using a credit card. Just another money grab. Goodbye Alan Webb. read more

My review is about the process of servicing my vehicle. (though I was disappointed that the Gear Shifter went out 2,500 miles out of warranty) I dropped my vehicle off at Alan Webb on 9/29. I picked up my vehicle on 10/17. I was told that Nissan's policy is that local technicians are not allowed to get into the transmission to diagnose the issue. I understood there would be in shop and road testing required. These test results would be sent in to Nissan for analysis and response. The testing time frame lasted 16 days. My truck's mileage in was 52,558 and out was 52,562 according to the Alan Webb invoice I received. OR A GRAND TOTAL OF 4 MILES. That was a shock! We are retired and have the one vehicle, our 2022 Nissan Frontier, thus we rented a car for 17 days at the cost of $558.00. I was directed by Alan Webb Nissan to contact Nissan Customer Service for any possible reimbursement for car rental expenses. After submitting my detailed story in writing, and speaking with a nice lady at Nissan, I was told that Nissan does not help with any out of warranty expenses, and/or rental costs incurred. They probably should employ AI to spit out the message and save themselves a lot of money. Overall the experience was disappointing. I was also told there was no one else I could speak with at Alan Webb to voice my concerns about this process. Fadi, my CS rep did his job, this is not about him. It is about the apparent lack of concern by both Alan Webb management and Nissan to at least converse with an unhappy customer. AGAIN, 4 miles of road test over a 16-day period. I will forever hate this Nissan they treated my family and I like garbage. My family car got damage by a 'tech' that didn't know how to do anything right. I went to get a routine inspection just for the technician to pull on the intake not knowing there's a screw there and it broke, they failed to tell me during the service had a bad feeling so I checked their work and on the filter they had checked went to change it, it was stuffed in the compartment behind the air conditioner I try to pull it out but it was lodged so I know they did a crappy job. The service advisor when I approached him he had this fake smile and I told him the issue and showed him the issue, he got irritated so quick. Didn't even try to keep the customer service. Started denying and denying... (as expected). But I came with receipts and physical evidence and he just gave me a card and told me to send the pictures to the email and that he would let the manager know...been a week now of waiting. Took my 2009 Sentra in for a transmission flush. My car was jolting when shifting up a gear. They did a diagnostic test as well as the transmission flush and updated some system. On the paperwork it says "test drove okay." That would be false. The car still jolts when shifting up a gear. It seems like a waste of money to be lied to. read more

I bought a 2023 Nissan pathfinder from them and paid 35,000.00 for it with 20,000 miles. I noticed right away that the auto start/stop feature did not work, the battery died on me 3 times in the first month and then one day when I filled the gas tank it took 2 days for the gauge to read full. Took it in for these issues and got everything fixed but they would not pay or cover the auto start/stop feature and made me pay 225.00 out of pocket. Advised that something had chewed a wire inside. You would think sales would cover this as it was sold to me that way but nope. Once you buy they don't care. Bad customer service. read more

I purchased my truck in April of 2022. I sign all my documents and was told the date was wrong and they got me a better rate with a different institution. When I got the second set of papers to sign which were suppose to be "exactly the same" l noticed later there was an increase in the MSRP pricing with the newer lower rate. They made an attempt to get the old copy but I thought I shredded them but guess what I just found? The original documents with the lower MSRP. Fast forward about 11 months and I get into an accident and my truck is deemed a total loss by the insurance. The accident happened in March. It's now September and the Gap insurance still hasn't received the information they need. Meanwhile I still have to pay a car note for a vehicle I haven't had since March. A few weeks ago I went in person to get whatever was needed taken care-of and was assisted by AJ or Alan. This is after plenty of calls and at least an email with no reply, communication of any sorts. AJ filled out my form had me sign and said not to put the date since the accident was in March. I thought it was odd but I was just ready to get this all done . I just checked to see if gap has paid their portion yet and I'm discovering Gap still hasn't receive that information to pay out my claim. So guess who has to pay her car note again this month? That's 6 months of paying a car note unnecessarily. I don't know if it's illegal to change the MRSP on the same vehicle the same day but they did.. I don't know how it benefits Nissan to delay sending the information to gap so my claim can be paid out but they did? I don't know why the process is taking so long but gap says the only hold up is Nissan. Has anyone else experienced this? Is this isolated? Are they know for this type of business practices? Whose reimbursing me for my 6 months of care note with no car? I had to leave my night job partly to this transportation debacle. read more

So I went to location, stepped into service area, was told " we will be right with you sir". 15 minutes later, female enters area from shop, asks to help me. Getting through the sales part of the ordeal was, in the past, was an excruciating and painful five plus hours of lies and high pressure. However, we've always liked their service department, so we just 'put up' with the BS. Fast forward to our number 5 purchase, I can tell you that there's been a 180 change for the good. We had Bo as our sales guy. Got to say we were highly satisfied with his approach. No pressure, no rush to get a signed contract. He took the time to show us the features of the vehicle, then went out for a test drive. It was then we decided to go ahead and complete the deal. Time spent from start to finish was half of what used to be, and no bruises! Kudos go out to Bo, the Sales Manager, and the Finance Manager for making this THE BEST auto buying experience we've had. "We don't give out part numbers." Maybe because you're trying to charge $314 for one piece of rubber roof moulding when you can get the same part online for half. This was the response from the guy in parts after I asked for the part number to compare with other dealerships/online. You know the integrity of a company is beyond poor when they try to tack on an outrageous mark up. Found the same exact part at another dealership brand new for $179. They act all friendly and tell you that they are getting you "the best deal" but reality is they are trying to squeeze every penny they can. They also don't fully explain the "add-ons" they slap you with then rush you to sign the lease paperwork with half ass explanation of what your signing until it's too late then you get stuck with add ons that you never really wanted. And the lube for life is a joke. I set a appointment for my oil change and still had to wait a hour after the appointment time just to get my car finally looked at. I'm sad to have to rewrite my once 4 star review. I had drive my previous car since I was 16 and came here about 2 months ago to buy my very first car. I chose the 2017 Nissan Rogue SL & Curtis gave exceptional service throughout the entire process and after words as far as checking in and updating me on my plates. Imagine my surprise when a button on my seat in my brand new car doesn't work. I call, twice with no answer and again later in the day. I'm a first time car buyer ( other than our Cadillac that my fiancé drives ) so don't know the process much at all. Rachel sets my appointment and when I arrive ( on my day off with my 4 year old son ) she tells me I'll be waiting TWO hours. TWO hours? Don't you think that's something that should be conveyed in advance when making an appointment? I'll state very clearly, that Rachel has AWFUL customer service. AWFUL. She tells me after about an hour + that my whole seat needs replacing and that she'd call me Friday with an update and when to schedule the repair. Friday, Saturday, Sunday - no call. I take it upon myself Monday in between patients to call for an update. I get a phone call stating the part is there ( then why did I need to call to find that out? ) & that it's take 4+ hours to repair. We are new to the area and my fiancé works in Portland. Most dealerships have shuttles for repairs ( as Carr Cadillac did for ours ) and seeing as I work down the road I asked - no shuttles. So eaither I wait 4+ hours with my 4 year old or? So I ask about a car to use just to drive home and back. She puts my on hold then says yes, they'll have a car for me to use. My fiancé runs a collision repair shop and lets me know most dealerships have loner cars for these situations. I arrive at my appointment and she tells me Enterprise will arrive soon. What do you mean Enterprise!!!? I don't want to cause a scene - but after everything I am furious. A shuttle van comes to an Enterprise location where he guy says I need to put a $50 deposit down and pay for any gas used. Nissan, what in the hell? JUST to get home, you expected me to rent a car and told me nothing untill some van comes to pick me and my son up!! Enterprise calls Nissan to see if they'll come the gas for me considering the lack of communication - they say no. My fiancé then has to leave work from Portland to get me. He stops in to Nissan and demand to know when the car will be done. When they call, he asks that the car be cleaned and vacuumed for the inconvenience. Pretty damn understandable request considering the disaster I had to deal with. Rachel agrees, we pick up the car and guess what? It's dirty. Absolute worst dealership I've dealt with. For buying a brand new car and having a faulty part - I should have been a top priority. With my sales experience from Curtis - I would have recommended this dealership to friends // now, I'll make sure people know to stay away. UPDATE//// Driving this weekend I look up at my sun visor and there is a dark smudge on my light interior. Unless this is Fight Club and I'm moonlighting as an automotive technician - they ALSO stained my damn car. UPDATE 2 // Very nice customer service rep called to go over my review and extended a free detail whenever I'd like as well as insure me that protocols and training would be upped for customer service. Do NOT take your vehicle to this dealership!! Avoid them if at all possible, terrible customer service. While working out of town, My 2019 rogue was towed to this dealership on a Friday morning due to a mechanical breakdown, upon arrival I advised the service mgr I would need a rental car. He did NOT enter the VIN to even check warranty information, and simply stated rental cars are covered under warranty for mechanical breakdowns, and states the soonest they could get to my car is Monday. Now I am late for work, car is In operable and no way to get home, he states they will call me with an update. I was able to borrow my sons car, but it was 2 hours away. I had to take an Uber to the greyhound station, catch the bus and travel 2 hours out of the way, to travel back home. I called the dealership I purchased the vehicle to check on the warranty and rental, they looked up my info, and I was correct I purchased rental coverage for mechanical breakdowns on the warranty. I then phoned the service mgr to advise of this, and was told, " the only thing I would do is give you the number to enterprise" which I not sure nicely responded, this is not my first rodeo, the dealership has to contact the rental car agency, give them the warranty and claim info to set it up. Again he was completely useless. It is now Monday, the service advisor calls to ask me a question, I am at work and had to send the call to VM, I returned his call 10min later had to leave a VM. I called every couple hours Monday leaving messages for a call back, nothing. Called first thing Tuesday morning, left a CMA asking for a call, left a message with receptionist as well. 11:30a I go to the dealership to find the service advisor at his desk, no customers in line. He states we test drove it yesterday, ran fine, we are going to drive it again today but cannot get to until after 1. I have now missed 2days of work, and my car has been there 4 days and you can't get to it until after lunch, unacceptable. I have had no corespondency, I drove 2 hours just to talk to someone because no one answers the phone, for nothing to have been done. Then charge me 145.00 because they test drove it yesterday. My insurance company even called me this morning to see if I had an update because they left messages and no return calls or updates as well! read more

Horrible Service Department!! Appointments are meaningless when it takes 2 hours to get to talk to the 1 service writer available. Since my 2012 Nissan Leaf (purchased used from Alan Webb) no longer has the range to drive to dealer in Portland I'm stuck with the only Nissan dealer in Vancouver, WA. (that's another story about being sold a useless extended warranty that doesn't cover the main battery) . On the most recent service appointment I was told they would need to order an ECU and it should be take 2- 3 days. I'm still able to drive the car so I was given the card of the service writer and off I went. A month later and I have not heard anything from the dealership. I've called and left messages on multiple occasions and no one has had the courtesy to call. I guess I'll have to get the car towed to a Portland dealership. Avoid the Alan Webb dealership because they are unprofessional and their service department is inadequately staffed. read more
