We were actually on our way to another coffee place when we drove past Alchemy and saw a bunch of cars out front so we decided to go here instead... turns out it was a car meet! The cars parked up front were all super nice and nobody was being obnoxious/disruptive which is honestly much appreciated. We got a Dutch Coffee based on the barista's recommendation and it was great! Not too sweet and lots of caffeine :) The Tiramisu Latte was delicious as well. I am so glad I stumbled upon this gem after my nail appointment! Great local coffee place that sources the best ingredients. I was boring since I already had coffee that morning and got lemonade and caprese toast. Lemonade was amazing and the burrata on the toast was heavenly! My husband and son loved their sandwiches too. All come ye to Alchemy! I am so thrilled for a local coffee shop to be in the area! Right on Hualapai at Russell, it's nestled in between On Demand Sushi, Bonanno's Pizza, and Swan Nails. Friendly staff and quick service! Tried their crème brûlée and lavender lattes. Both well balanced and not too icy. They were perfectly sweet but espresso flavor still came through. Generally most shops will rely too heavily on flavoring and overdo it on syrups which results in an imbalanced latte (Starbucks style), but Alchemy clearly has recipes and worked on achieving this balance for their lattes. Got the lavender latte as decaf which is a great option for when it's too late in the day or you're caffeine sensitive. Happy to add this to my rotation of usual coffee stops. There's also a few tables inside to sit and chat or even do some work. Only caveat is, they are on the pricier side but the quality and work behind the lattes at least warrant it more so than other shops. read more

A male Karen came in with attitude after me and was being annoying about getting just a regular "Italian" latte and he handled him well. Such a cute, friendly coffeehouse! They've only been open a couple months or so, and they're tucked into a strip mall, so it's definitely easy to miss them while driving by, but don't pass on this place! They have a nice, little patio (which will def be nice to enjoy when the weather cools off), and the energy inside is so welcoming and inviting. They have plenty of vegan options, which I'm THRILLED about! I was told that a majority of their croissants are vegan (actually, most of their baked goods are vegan, just ask.), and they have quite a few menu items that are vegan as well. Today I opted for the almond croissant, but I was very happy to see that they had a few vegan sandwiches and a bunch of Açaí bowls. They also carry vegan cream cheese! To drink, I went with the iced crème brûlée latte with pistachio milk. (pistachio milk isn't listed on the menu because they recently got it in stock. But just ask, because it's available!) I appreciate that they have a little emblem next to the drinks that contain dairy, so I know that those wouldn't be able to be made vegan. It definitely takes a lot of the guesswork out of everything. I was also told that they're working on getting themselves set up on the Happy Cow app, so it just means a lot that they care enough to be inclusive this way. They also have seasonal drinks, so I'm definitely looking forward to coming back and trying them out! Everyone behind the counter is genuinely friendly and pleasant. They took the time to answer questions, and I definitely didn't feel like I was a bother. Dan (the owner) and his daughter (Jessica) were super friendly and helpful and very welcoming. We just moved to the area from New York, and I've tried multiple coffee shops, and this definitely stands out the most. Coffee, quality and pastries are close, amazing. I love me a good coffee cafe. Even more so when the atmosphere, the food, the coffee AND the service is top notch. I have been coming here a couple times now and I love the atmosphere they give. It's quite enough to focus on whatever i am working on. It is a warm space to be in. If you are looking for good coffee, this is the place. They are very warm and welcoming which I find refreshing to be in a space like this. There is a good amount of seating for a smaller shop and even a couch. Every cup of coffee I have gotten here is consistent, the beans are amazing, smooth and not bitter. Which I find is hard to find in this town. Only a couple spots a I know of and this one is one of them. I usually get an Americano from here. However, today I tired their Honey Olive latte. Oh it was a delight and so smooth tasting. I have yet to try more food options but there croissants are tasty and crispy just how i like them. I got their raspberry one. It was also filled with raspberry jam. I will be returning.
