Wenchi is simply the best! I have been to a few groomers in the covina area, but once I moved to Ontario I was set with the task of finding a new groomer for my poodle mix. Love this place so far brought my puppy in about two weeks ago, he came home looking so adorable & smell amazing, I was also really happy with the tips the groomer gave me regarding brushing his hair daily & how to make him comfortable with brushing his hair as well as touching areas in his face they typically touch when grooming, because my puppy is still young they were not able to give him a haircut due to how impatient & afraid he was ! Hopefully this weekend they will trim his crazy puppy hair ! I haven't found a better place so until now I will continue coming here ! read more

I love this place. The prices are great. The owner and her staff are amazing. I contacted them thru Yelp and the owner was so quick to respond to me and got me a booking for the morning. Great experience with two of my cats who had mats. Was concerned that they might not cooperate but not the case under Erin's expect guidance. Erin was able to groom them and trim their nails, but did fore go the bath. They looked great and while not happy were in no wise traumatized by the experience. 2nd time coming here after reading reviews on yelp, have to say that I am extremely happy with the service and how they treat their animals you can tell they genuinely care! My dog has really bad allergies scratches and the first thing they asked when I came to pick him up is what type of food I fed him? They have me suggestions for food brands and a wrote down a site where I can get cheaper allergy testing done. I asked Wenchi if there was a shorter option for my dog so I can tell her next time and she said she could take him back and cut it shorter if I had time to wait another 5-10 mins awesome customer service. I'm not sure how much this costs compared to other groomers I spent about 50 not including tip but in my opinion it was well worth the price. I don't give 5 stars very often but this place really deserves it thank you guys! read more

This place is awesome! The staff is so friendly and Erin was such a sweetheart! I brought in my min-pin mix and was afraid because I have never had him around other dogs before besides our German Sheppard. I was unsure if he would get along with having other dogs around or not but she was quick to put me at ease and to my surprise Biscuit was a little angel lol I dropped him off before work and came to pick him up at lunch time. He looks great!! They cut his hair just how I wanted and left the fuzz on his tail and ears just like I asked (with a little trim). He smelled great and he was so soft. He was one happy puppy!! I tried to take a picture of him but he is a spaz and wouldn't sit still lol Don't hesitate to take your fur babies here. They are all a wonderful group of people. read more

I had my dog Ringo groomed by Wenchi last week and she did an amazing job. I have never seen my dog so happy and relaxed after coming back from the groomers. Usually he cannot wait to get out of the grooming salon but this time he was laying down when I got there and was not in any hurry to leave. His haircut was done very nicely and Wenchi used a special shampoo for his sensitive skin. They even sent him home with a nice bandana. I will definitely be taking my Golden Retriever here from now on. I've had him groomed a few times and really didn't see much of a difference from what grooming I give him at home. I was searching for a mobile groomer at first but somehow I landed to this place. I messaged them on Yelp and they responded very quickly. Even though they are not a mobile groomer, I feel very comfortable taking my dog here. Let me tell you how awesome this place is!!!!!! First off the prices are amazing compared to petco and the quality of work is just amazing. Everyone is extremely friendly and my dog felt super relaxed. Very disappointed in my silky terrier's groom. In a nutshell--he looked nothing, and I mean nothing, like a silky terrier when I picked him up. He honestly looked like an untrained novice had taken clippers to him. Everything was wrong. All of his features were cut out of proportion (e.g., he had no muzzle) and standard grooming practices like shaving his underbelly and clipping his nails were not done (aspects I did not notice until I returned home). The other dogs being picked up looked professionally groomed, so I don't know why our dog got the short end of the stick. This was our second time at All About Paws; the first time was better, but not great. In all fairness, I should have spoken with the owner about my dissatisfaction. She did not groom our dog, but she did see him. Wish I could recommend this establishment, but it fell far short in grooming our dog to his breed's standard. read more

Let's start how I found this pass , I would always pass this place but never bothered because I only had a short hair dog and she is really picky on the people she lets hold her . Well this year I receive my husky Cam .Well let's fast forwarded to now she one year old and she is a medium fluffy white husky. I started noticing she was shredding a lot. Which I wasn't use to because I only had small short hair dog before. Well she goes everywhere with me hiking , dog park , the pool , camp, workouts. Which she gets extremely dirty and you can notice because she white. Well I love her clean but it doesn't last for long and she shreds a lot especially since it's summer. I just got tired of all the hair flying around everywhere. So I started looking for groomers to take her. I went literally everywhere and I just didn't feel comfortable or trusted to leave my dog there. I went to Petco first Omg it was a lot of money , $42 for a wash and basic+ $32 de shredding no thank you , I'm a college student on a budget but I still love my dog though. I came upon All About Paws , Pet Spa best choice ever , they greet you so nicely , you feel welcomed no matter how you look , I went in to ask for a quote for my dog , I did have my dog with me the prices are amazing and how they treat and care for your dog is the best . My Cam came out looking gorgeous and fluffy white ( cream) omg she looked amazing. She looked amazing I was getting complements from everyone about her and she smelled so good I think it was totally worth the looking and driving to get to here . I think this place is so amazing !!! that after my appointment I booked another appointment the following month. Staff is the best and friendly, they love and care for animals like they were their own. Great looking place , amazing vibe and atmosphere 5 out 5 stars. They even put a cute flower on her so just looked amazing I almost cried, I highly recommend this to anybody. I already recommended to a lot of my friends I love this place Price I payed: $50 for everything . Oh my gosh this place is amazing!!! I have a Shih tzu who is a little over 4 years old. We just moved to the area, so we tried this place out for the first time a few days ago--and my Shih tzu has NEVER looked so good! His face looks so clean and symmetrical, the hair cut he received on his legs and body also looks amazing. Wenchi and her team are professional and do high quality work. I was so happy with my pups service! I came in for the first time last month with my old lady chihuahua who is very sassy but she was super happy when I picked her up and they said she did great. She smelled amazing and her nails were clipped perfectly...also she stopped rubbing her tooshy across the floor lol I can't wait to bring her in again and get her a "paw"dicure. Great work all around! It's great to see groomers that are on a personable basis with their clientele. I've noticed how they remember every furry friend's name and pay close attention to their grooming and health needs. It really is a full service! They not only wash & groom your dog, but they also express their anal glands (which I could & would not ever do myself), brush their teeth, trim their nails, and spray doggy cologne on them. I would definitely say my furry friend, Curious George (corgi - chihuahua mix), and I are more than satisfied with their service. One of the best groomers I've ever been to. Everyone at All About Paws is a true animal-lover and fantastic at what they do. Erin is the best groomer my cocker spaniel, Mousse has ever had. We recently moved to Nor Cal and I've looked for a groomer here. We cannot find anyone as good as she is. She was always patient with matts and worked them out. She was gentle when cutting him. Plus she always treated his ears with care since they are prone to eat infections. She treated him like he was her own. He would always look so handsome after leaving her. She would even put a cute seasonal tie on him. She knows about breed specific cuts also. We want a particular cocker spaniel cut and she did it with expertise. We really miss her. She is an excellent groomer and a great person. I highly recommend her! read more

Our ShihTzu LOVED Erin! We were taking her to another place and all of a sudden one day they told me that I had to give our dog a sedative before she came in for grooming because she was too aggresive and wanted to bite. I thought that was weird because Jackie wasn't like that. Anyway, that's when we found Erin and she said Jackie was fine and absolutely did not need a sedative! I think the other place just didnt know how to handle her properly so my dog didnt like her. Anyway she loved the pampering she received with Erin and always smelled so good. She always came home with a happy little trot in her step like she knew she was cute. Our dog recently passed but when we get another, they will definitely be going to Erin for grooming. I have taken my miniature poodle to Wenchi twice now for grooming and I have to say she does an excellent job. Wenchi was very friendly from the start and you could tell she obviously cared for dogs. And afterwards, my pet looked so cute with his teddy bear cut and he smelled so nice. And they also gave him this cute bandana to wear afterwards.
