Although we were a bit hesitant on the price at first, when things were all said and done we stayed within budget (as Yazan had promised). There were some minor delays along with the way but the project finished ahead of schedule in just under 5 months. It did take a bit longer than expected to get our permit at the beginning, but once the project started, things moved rather quickly and efficiently. We were particularly impressed with the efficiency of the foundation and framing crew. The structure went up quite quickly. Our project manager Alex was very knowledgeable straightforward. At times he was a bit blunt, but we appreciated the honesty and responsiveness. He always made time to make sure our needs were addressed and our concerns were listened to, with action plans to resolve provided immediately.
