Jury still out. Been here a few times. Need to get some explanation on latest repair as I had to take my BMW to a dealership to address what I thought were basic repairs. Some repairs may be result of their work. Wires cut? Crack in transmission pan totally missed? Incorrect washers used? I hope to get explanations to these issues as I had such good experiences prior. read more

I think probably 1 star may be too many. The owner, Marlon, charged us for replacing the condenser​ on our car and gave us a one year warranty​. After a few months of cold winter, we tried the air conditioning only to discover the AC was not blowing cool air. After three weeks of attempting the get Marlon to fix the car, we realized he was putting "band-aids​" on his own work. Then insisted there was a leak in the hose and all he had to do was replace the hose. Meanwhile, we were leaving the car, being promised the work would be done, but the car was never touched, not even moved. We attempted to retrieve our car, but, The facility was locked up he stopped answering the ​phone. We took our car to a very reputable company only to discover the work that had been done originally actually damaged the air conditioner, left metal pieces inside the AC and destroyed the clutch in the AC. We had to rent a car because this was our only vehicle. Several attempts to get a full refund have failed. read more

Do Not take your vehicles here for any type of repair. They take your money and do not repair your vehicle and then you may also have parts missing from your vehicle after they supposedly repair your vehicle. They also are not mindful to take care of your vehicle when left for repair. Over 1 year later...car still not repaired and parts missing. They promised an engine swap. Delivered nothing. It was one thing after another. Changing deals, this and that. After about 6 weeks of them having my car, I go to see it's sitting outside with windows down and pieces all over their junkyard. They left my new engine sitting outside in the elements where it began to rust. Then tried to charge me 800 dollars. They did absolutely nothing for me but cost me more money. Wouldn't let them fix a Hot Wheel car. read more

This absolutly disgusting excuse for an auto repair shop is a joke. The mechanics are never there, they donot do the job well, and the owner is always playing video games on his computer or eating when he should be doing what he charges outrages prices for. I took my car in because it wouldn't start. After days of waiting the moron told me it was the computer and he needed to get an entire compuer,c it was going to be $900. After getting another person to look at it, the computer was just fine and it was the timeing belt. Soo what would have happened if this con artist put a new computer in the car, and it still didn't work? He would hve charged me for a new timeing belt too. Seriously take your money somewhere else. You also want to wash your car five or six times after leaving the shop because of how dirty it is there. It cannot be legal how bacteria ridden that bathroom was. read more

Warning do not take any thing you cherish to this location. They are not professional mechanics at all. Do not take anything especially a Volkswagen here for anything like a timing belt replacement or engine work that may have any kind of head damage like bent valves. I went here on a recommendation due to a timing belt breakage and a couple of bent valves. The shade tree mechanic they had totally destroyed my engine and took forever to get anything done I had to buy another engine and allow them to replace it and they still could not get that one set up properly. Also they scratched up my fenders which where perfect through part all over the vehicle inside and out. The owner who has the experience and training is no better he is the one that allows all this to happen and is the one that destroyed my engine. Find someone professional even if you have to pay a little more because it's gonna be well worth it in the end. If you go here you're going to be playing Russian roulette. read more

Left my car over the weekend and went out of town to visit family, got back and not only was my motor mount fixed, my gas cap had been replaced as well, at even cheaper than I originally expected. Awesome service at a great price, will definitely go back next time my car needs work. read more

Stole a brand new battery out of my car when they had it in the shop to fix an oil leak. They are very hard to reach on the phone and never return calls. I'm having to get the police involved due to the theft. read more

allen foriegn and domestic just keeps getting better and better, this time his new mechanic marcus palmer was stellar at getting my wifes jeep safe from over heating and got the brakes done without stopping haha, radiator replaced brakes and overall diagnostic makes me feel safe to send the wife out on the road again, even left a tip .....twice ...who does that anymore ....top notch marlon , thanks read more

My husband took his car into this place. They told him they needed to order the parts for the timing chain. It had been repaired previously by them about three times. After two weeks of not hearing anything, he called them to see what happened. The mechanic said they forgot to order the parts. After we got it back there were still noises coming from the engine. My husband took it back to them to get fixed. Long story short, they told us the engine needed to be fixed. After months of not hearing anything, my husband called to see what was going on. For weeks we got the run around. We were told they were working on it. Several times they told us they would bring the car to us, but never got a call communicating the issues. One night I had to keep calling to see where the car was. Finally they answered and said it wouldn't be ready until the next day. That didn't happen. I went up there to talk to Marlon about the car. He didn't make eye contact and just said yes or no ma'am. Was not upfront. When we finally got it back, we noticed the oil was leaking pretty bad. We had enough and took it to another mechanic. The new mechanic told us they did a bad job. Some of the screws were stripped, some bolts were missing, and used some type of sealant to put the engine back together. Luckily nothing happened when my husband and daughter were on the highway. If there had, there would be a lawsuit on their hands. Will never go back to this place and have told others not to go here.
