Fire , truly bringing Hawaiian flavors to Cali. The have great variety of flavor including my favorite, POG Juice. Love the topping options and ice cream bases that bring the whole experience to a whole. Wish they might have fresh fruit in the future to set it over the top. Try the condensed milk or snow cap as a topping. Will be returning to explore more flavors. Glad they set up outside our church and do catering for parties.

Levi and Kyah, owners on site for event!

Best shave ice I've had on the mainland!! They catered my 40th birthday party for 75 people at our home and it was the highlight of the night! Countless flavor combos with or without ice cream and some special sauce on top...it was so so delicious. The Aloha Boys are friendly, easy to work with, they set up quick and were so helpful with all my crazy guests! Cannot recommend enough to make your next event stand out, seriously stoked I chose shave ice vs cupcakes or churro wall haha, it's tastier and fun to watch them make! Also most important is that it's in my budget Excellent value ...the price is really worth it ! Mahalo Kyah and Levi, coolest brother team for sure in the OC.

The Japanese shaved ice is incredibly soft and melts in your mouth. It's light, refreshing, and not overly sweet, which makes it perfect for a hot day. The shop itself is clean, modern, and has a sleek vibe that's different from most dessert places. The biggest surprise was discovering that they also carry Los Angeles Fruit. I used to drive all the way to the San Gabriel Valley whenever I wanted their fruit, so having it available this close to home is such a bonus. I took home a box of peaches, and the staff carefully checked every single one before packing them. That attention to detail really stood out. The peaches were perfectly ripe, super juicy, and had a wonderful natural fragrance. They honestly reminded me of the peaches I grew up eating. Before leaving, I also grabbed the Greek yogurt bowl and a fresh fruit cup. Both were loaded with fresh, high-quality fruit, and I even got to try pink blueberries for the first time. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and made for a perfect summer snack. Great shaved ice, premium fruit, friendly service, and a relaxing atmosphere. I'll definitely be back--and next time I'm bringing friends!

I went with the tiramisu flavor. Midway through my bingsu, I realized they may have used the wrong base in mine. I think they mistakenly used pistachio instead of coffee! The employee apologized, which was totally not a big deal, but I do worry if anyone has specific food allergies, and if the labeling was a problem. Other than that, I appreciated the friendliness of the staff and how clean the place was!

I don't like other shaved ice places that use just plain ice and then add syrup on top. The ice they use is milky and flavored so the shaved version comes out tasting like ice cream except in shaved form - does that make sense? They have a plethora of different flavors and toppings. We tried a bunch and they were all good. I like the plain vanilla base best. I had a bite of the mango one and the mango's were nice and ripe. The kiddos in our party loved the tongyuan, the tiny chewy balls. I think we ordered too much...

The matcha bingsoo was good, with a generous amount of matcha syrup, mochi, and red beans. I appreciated the stronger tea flavor, which balanced the sweetness well. The jasmine green grape bingsoo was refreshing with a nice tanginess. My only small complaint is that the outside of the paper cups gets extremely sticky and messy. I wish they prepared them a bit more neatly so the eating experience felt cleaner, especially for those who are particular about cleanliness. I don't eat bingsoo very often, but Heybings seems to use quality ingredients without tasting artificial. Not the most comfortable place to eat when it's crowded, but I'd come back for the bingsoo.

This week were herbal tea samples! :))) Meet Fresh is a Twainese dessert chain focus on shaved ice with red bean soup desserts and boba. I stopped to try their matcha dessert along with a Hong Kong egg waffle, and both really hit the spot. The matcha latte was not overly sweet, with that slightly bitter, earthy taste you want from good matcha. That said, the Thai Ice tea is good but desserts feel a bit watered down compared to what I remembered. The base prices seem reasonable at first, but once you start adding toppings or upgrades, the total climbs quickly and can be a little shocking at checkout. The HK matcha egg waffle was fresh, warm, and had that perfect contrast: crispy on the outside and soft and airy on the inside. It's a simple item, but when done right like this, it's super satisfying. Honestly, it pairs really well with the matcha desserts. There a several tables to enjoy your teas.

Came here the other day to catch up with a friend and we both really enjoyed it. This spot is located inside an Asian market next to a dumpling place, and they had so many different desserts to choose from that I honestly couldn't decide I ended up playing it safe and got the bubble waffle with red bean filling. The waffle itself was really good.. crispy on the outside and soft inside. I just wish the red bean filling was a little more smooth and pasty instead of having whole beans, but it still tasted really good either way. My friend also got one of their pudding-style desserts and we both loved it because it wasn't overly sweet at all. Perfect balance of sweetness and super refreshing after eating. Definitely planning to come back to try more of their desserts because everything looked so good. Thank you for the yummy sweets ... you've officially gained a forever customer
