Great new spot in Downtown Long Beach. Good variety of beers from IPA's lagers Pilsner stout & seltzer's. Full bar as well. Pizza was good and you can buy by the slice or whole 18" pie's. Sliders where also very good and the pretzels bits and cheese sauce are good. Plenty of TV''s to watch sporting events. Also has a coffee bar for the morning cup of Joe to get your day started and pastries too. Service was good as well Sam the bartender was very helpful on what beers to try. Terrible service. You can literally stand or sit around for minutes and no one will acknowledge you despite making eye contact. My family and I didn't give them just one try we gave them three and several employees don't have any customer service skills. The food is a 5/10 not terrible nor worth another visit. Decided to visit this new brewery that opened in October 2023 and located on Pine Ave and it didn't disappoint. The new energy was nice to see and on a Saturday night it was crowded but there were many tables open. We were able to find one, sat down and was greeted immediately. We ordered some of their starters like pretzel balls with a cheese dip, buffalo wings, and their brewery salad and all were delicious. We tried their brownie and vanilla gelato and it was a perfect blend of savory but not so sweet. Their Pilsner and IPA were great and the atmosphere was warm and casual. The brewery is beautifully designed with an exposed roof concept and modern style bar & set ups. They also had a back table which can be great for large parties and happy hours. We were told they also have a party space on their second floor for large events like corporate parties etc. I would definitely come back and try their sandwiches next and possibly use their place for potential happy hour outings. read more

I've been here before in January and the inside is so cool inside. I recently celebrated my husband's college graduation here and we had the back area to ourselves from the help of Jon and his team! They were amazing and attentive to all of my guests. The food was great Pizza was great, tots hit the spot and the wings were the non stop talk that night. Five stars for our servers Tim and Sarah, ambiance, and beer selection. Nice chill crowd. Our table liked: 3 Pillars, Todos Los Dias, Great Architect got two thumbs up and a repeat order. Only three stars for the food. The taste of our pizza was good, but... super soggy. Crisp up that crust please. Biggest complaint- the house salad. It needs to leave the menu, very disappointing. I recently moved to downtown Long Beach and anxiously awaited the opening. It's just what the neighborhood needed. A clean, modern non-pretentious space to hang out in a crowd or alone. I went with a group of friends and the sausage pizza is delicious. The sliders are simple but so good. The cheese sauce for the pizza bites have a burst of flavor and just enough spice. I am a Pilsner fan and theirs hit the spot. The bartender let me try the Nutella brown. I don't prefer dark beer but it was really good. Great food and great, friendly service. read more

Incredible beer and food selection. Try the chicken zingers. They are unlike any chicken tender you've had before. Excellent service from everyone including the bar tender and server. Great location in the heart of downtown. This building is the old Masons lodge, built in 1903, gothic revival architecture and is one of the architectural gems in downtown. It was lovingly restored by my colleagues in the late eighties and we held our wedding reception here in October 1990. It's had many lives and alterations since then. Finally, it's been brought back to life! Felt a casual, unpretentious ambience when we arrived on a busy Saturday, early evening. Received friendly, attentive service from various staff. Enjoyed a flight and pretzel bites. Ambiance, service and food were a great experience overall. Looking forward to returning next time we're in town. Lastly, we want to thank the manager who took us on a tour of our reception space upstairs 33 years ago. It was one of the happiest days of our lives and many of our loved ones have since passed so to be there again brought back precious memories. It was truly magical. It felt like we came home. A friend of mine recommended this place so my wife and I decided to check it out. The atmosphere is super cool. They said It is the oldest building in Long Beach. It has a classic look and feel to it without the problems typical of an older building. I think there are four levels. The bottom level is where the magic (brewery) happens and you can watch them make beer while sampling their wares due to the open design. There is a BIG classic ballroom on the third floor with rooms above. The people that designed this did an excellent job repurposing the building. We enjoyed some wings and pizza while sampling their extensive brewing selection. The food and beer is first class. I expected a pretty hefty bill, but they are actually very reasonably priced-especially considering the quality of the food and drink. Next time you are in downtown Long Beach, do yourself a favor and check this place out. read more

Our server was awesome, and the beer and food were decent, other than the pizza which wasn't great. However, the biggest issue is that we were given a ton of trouble by the manager for our service dog. She is a task trained medical alert dog and, after we were seated and she was settled just fine, we were told by the manager that the dog could not cause a "disturbance" or we would have to leave. He proceeded to tell us that service animals were trained not to bark or alert, and that we would have no choice but to leave if she did. He told us this on multiple occasions, and claimed that other patrons would be disturbed by her. There were maybe ten other people total in the entire bar, on a Friday night at peak hours, so honestly he could use the business instead of alienating customers. We were made aware that he has targeted certain dogs before, regardless of whether or not they are designated service animals, and regardless of their behavior. Something like this makes me feel like he was being discriminatory toward disability or my LGBTQ identity, since he targeted us when clearly no "disturbance" was taking place, and we made clear our dog was a task trained service animal, with a vest and even a resting mat. Despite our great server, we left early due to the manager's discriminatory behavior. Would not recommend for anyone. read more
