It had visible contamination on it (4 day old vomit 40% coverage), and I took it to three different dry cleaners before coming here. Every single one either refused outright or gave me that look like it was done. At that point, I had basically accepted the loss. Then I found Zeppelin Cleaners last minute. And when I say last minute, I mean I literally called right at closing time. Not only did they answer, they kept the store open and waited for me to arrive. I appreciated their help very much. I was scheduled to be out of town and needed some of my work clothes that were in their shop. The owner and his family responded to my urgent Yelp inquiry, and opened the shop to hand me my clothes. They are pleasant and truly kind to do that. If you have an urgent need for your clothes, I think it's important to call ahead and ensure the shop is open. And do your pick-up a couple of days ahead of any scheduled store closure.
