One of my favorite local movie theaters until today. Stood in line to buy tickets, because there was only one cashier. A second cashier opened her window and started a new line. At this point, she decided to take a customer who had been waiting less time than me, because she was a preferred customer. I wouldn't have minded so much, except that my leg is in a cast and I'm walking with crutches. I was really appalled by the cashier's lack of customer service and overall disregard for my situation. Luckily, for me, this is a temporary condition. I hate to think about what people with permanent disabilities go through. It was disappointing that when I pointed to the disability decal on the cashier's window, her reply was that I must wait until her preferred customer had been helped. The other cashier also knew I had been there before the other customer, but she chose to look the other way as well. read more

A little pricey but overall good experience. The snack bar had a lot of items to choose from. I also enjoyed the smell of popcorn as soon as you walk in. It was relaxing feeling, almost like watching a movie from home. Definitely would go back! read more

This has got to be my favorite AMC theater of all time. The reclining chairs makes movie watching more relaxing and enjoyable. All you gotta do is bring a pillow/blanket and you're all set. Haha.They have reserve seating so you don't have to worry about walking in and contemplating on where to seat. AMC tickets are worth paying for but this theater is definitely worth it. I Just don't like the part where they sell out or ran out of seatings/tickets on the new premiered movie days.It's a pretty small theater but the reclining chairs compliments the place. A friend and i went to go see the movie 'IT' and when we ordered our food it took longer than expected, like 15 minutes long. We were forced to miss the beginning of the movie. A man named Henry saw us waiting and helped us get our food faster. Turns out they had been calling the wrong number of our order the entire time. Henry told us to see him afterwards so we did and then he gave us 2 free movie tickets. Shout out to my guy Henry for great customer service and thank you AMC Fallbrook 7! Many blessings!! read more

Just had the worst movie expierience of my life. I will never be going to this theatre ever again. The on line seat reservations is a joke. I chose 2 seats on line in the back that were indicated as regular available seats and NOT marked as handicapped. I got to the theater bought my girlfriend and myself food and drinks walked into the theatre and sat in our seats. The movie started at 4:30 and at 4:40, ten minutes after the movie start time, an amc employee said that he had to give our seats that we paid for to some handicaped people that were wanting to now see the movie. Really AMC? Really? What a giant waiste of my time energy and money. This place sucks. don't go here. read more

Called in before a movie started to make sure the caption device's were charged for my deaf nephew. Previous experience they were plugged in but the charging jacks were frayed and not working. So movie was skipped. The next visit Omar saved a charged caption for me and placed my name on it. In the beginning of the movie the caption device wasn't working and we returned it..no one knew how to work it so we just sat back down in our seats..with my suprise Omar came to our seating area with a device, that worked, and the look on my nephews face was priceless. read more

It's a small theater, to be honest, and feels somewhat cramped. But the staff is nice and the movie selection, while limited, is fine. The seats lean back and are very nice. The only problem is the occasional random slovenly Los Angeles person sitting next to you, who may stink of sweat or third-world BO. read more

Really enjoy coming to this theater. Seen a couple movies here with my lady and definitely enjoy the recliners! Had to keep moving my legs though to let people by because there isn't quite enough leg room, which is the only reason I'm giving it 4 stars. Also haven't bought anything from the snack bar, usually because we eat beforehand, but also movie theaters tend to be fairly expensive. read more

This is the nicest AMC in the area for now(Porter Ranch location coming soon). My only gripe is that the movie selection is predictable and one-dimensional. If there's a new rom-com, drama or Disney flick hitting the big screens, you can expect it to be playing here. 3 stars because the team that builds the movie lineup tends to cater to a narrow audience(middle-aged women and families). Don't get me wrong, I'm sometimes down for a good cry. It's just unfortunate that action/horror films don't typically play at the Fallbrook 7. As a horror movie junkie, I feel shunned and it hurts. If the new Porter Ranch AMC offers a more colorful lineup of movies it will certainly be the premier location in the area. read more

I usually love going to this theatre but unfortunately tonight is not one of those nights. The manager was terrible. He is was rude. He lacks customer service and should not be a manager. He took someone in line after us and does not even apologize for it. He simply just was rude and told us to basically deal. Unacceptable, poor customer service. read more

A great theater with nice employees. My main gripe however is that when I saw a 3D movie, the glasses were scratched and the movie was hard to watch. There is no point to 3D anymore at AMC. read more

I don't usually have problem with this AMC and most of the the the people that work there are great. Today is a different matter. I went to see Moana with my two kids at 11am and one of the seat was totally broken. It's kind of annoying because Fallbrook Amc 7 is known for their director seat but I didn't want to report the problem because one of my son has autism and he would be anxious if we have to go in and out again. When we're done with the movie, I told the guy who stand at the entrance to check the tickets. I told him that we just finished our movie from studio 4, and my seat (G6) was broken and he needs to tell the tech support to fix it. You know what his answer: "Did you finish watching the movie?" I said yes. And he said "Then I won't give you any refund for whatever reason!" He didn't even hear what I said earlier about him to fix the seat. And I told him, "I didn't even think about asking for a refund, I just asked you to fix the seat so nobody has to share the same freaking experience with me!" And then he took my ticket, wrote down the information and not even a sorry and thank you. He just wanted me to go. Somehow I wish the place will have a manager to deal with it not some people who never get train how to even talk with people. I'm just trying to be nice to the company and to other people. I don't even care for them to give me a refund. read more

Extremely unimpressed! The seats were all oily and full of popcorn when we came in to watch our movie. I am not used to this. They definitely should have cleaned up way more before we came in. Maybe they were short staffed that day, but I felt icky the whole time and wasn't able to enjoy my movie as much. Not fun. read more

Easily the best movie theater in the valley and (arguably) the entire world. I do miss Laemmles since they featured more independent films, but the La-Z-Boy style recliners are more than a fair trade off. No more rushing to the movie theater to battle for the best seat, simply purchase the tickets in advance and pre-select your seats. Coming from someone who used to see 1-2 movies per year, I have seen 3 movies in the past month. I was so excited for this theater, AMC even managed to con me into purchasing a Stubs membership card. SO much cheaper than other comparable theaters-move over Arclight and iPic-this one is a no brainer. If AMC Fallbrook 7 is not showing the movie, I ain't seeing it. read more

I bought the alist movie pass and the refillable popcorn bucket this year I asked 2 rebuy the refillable popcorn bucket .. I was told sorry only certain ones now carry it .. and that I would have 2 visit on of them the closest one to us is 4-5 hours round trip on the freeway to get a refillable popcorn bucket ... I asked if I could cancle my alist as it was disappoint then the lady proceeds to tell.me u know if u cancel u cant join again for 6 months like threatening me like total jerks instead of offering to help me get a bucket i was will to pay for it and shipping and mail it to me or helped find a answer to the issue she was just ride and nasty I love the theater its amazingly nice and the people that work there are nice but the management of the corporation is sucks .. I feel I am paying 24$ a month to go to the movies and soda and popcorn and its 11.74 in the refillable bucket now they took that away from popular theaters.. where it gets used frequently bye customers... but offer it where there are hardly any people to use it now .. it's a total ridiculous joke of bull to be pulled on the people who spend there money with u read more

I love love love the comfy red reclining seats! The price is also very reasonable compared to other reclining theaters in the area. I find this AMC to be the most comfortable venue because it is well maintained and provides ample seating, along with great movie choices. I recommend buying tickets ahead of time as it does get crowded on the weekends. Parking can also be tricky. The spots are small and tight aisles. read more

The best seats ever! If you are fat this is the place for you! If you like to snuggle with your BF, GF, DP, etc this is the place for you! If you want to hook up in super comfortable place because you still live at home with your parents then this is the place for you. The seats are like gigantic lazy boys and the armrest in the middle moves up for you lovers. If you are from Westlake Village - the seats are like the ones at Cineopolis at half the cost! Don't let this movie theater's location fool you. Sure, it's hidden a bit, but what a treasure! I only went into one theater, but I'm sure it's safe to assume that all of them have this insane luxurious seats. They are huge and plush and comfy and recline so you could literally lie down like you are at home (if you happen to live in a fancypants mansion with a private theater and super nice jumbo leather seats). It almost makes the $14+ matinee ticket price worth it. read more

I miss the independent films. But outside of that a big improvement in seating. Reclining seats are a bit much (I'm told they clean them everyday) - but the sound and screen to digital a big improvement. Not sure I'm a fan of reserve seating - space is still small so I would think anything closer than Row F would simply be too close to the screen. Since this is not stadium seating - if you recline to far back you can't see over the person in front of you if they keep their seats up. Concession stand looked OK. - wish they would add some sort of local fair (Pinks?) to the menu. Fallbrook Mall still lacks a good restaurant (Olive Garden coming) Best thing remains parking - always easy in and out and plenty of spaces if not in front behind the theater. Ticket prices are good for now $8 for early shows and $11 at night. But beware - this is AMC and I'm told the prices will shoot up shortly. They retained Senior Tuesday, but would be nice if they did Student Sunday. read more

The movie theater was fine, but unfortunately two of our seats were broken. When I reported it to the staff all I got was attitude. I had to show them which seats they were and they blamed me for not reporting it before the movie started. Attitude, attitude, attitude. Best seats in a theater I have ever had the honor of sitting in. Reclining chairs! Seriously. Best part is you know when a movie is bad, you can actually hear people snoring during the quite scenes due to the comfort of the chairs. Other than that it is the standard AMC style. Clean in and out, decent popcorn and good sound and pictures. Get a stubs card if you see lots of movies, it saves after a few times of using it. read more
