Definitely my favorite movie theater. Love the reclining seats. Also the prices for tickets here are much better than other AMCs. Promenade I think is $2 bucks more and you don't get reclining seats. Reserved seating is the way to go. Saves so much time and guarantees you a spot. Anywhere you sit in their rooms you will get a good view. Even the front rows aren't too bad as you will be reclining on their comfy seats so you won't be uncomfortable. I also love that this place doesn't get too overly crowded. Even in a sell out show you have plenty of space to move around and won't feel cramped. Come to this location and you will surely have a great experience compared to other places. read more

love this place, why would you ever go anywhere else unless your lazy which happens alot to pay more for a movie and not even get recliners. Every theatre has recliners, they are kind of grouped in 2 which is perfect for a date or if you are going with a buddy its still not awkward, its full recliner so you can lean back pretty much allllll the way, plenty of room to walk by plenty of room between each row and plenty of room between the people next to you. Love this theater. Small with only a few rooms. So come and reserve your seats early if it's a popular movie. Seats are reclining leather seats. I'm short but never have any issues of someone blocking me. Popcorn & drinks are expensive here. Small popcorn & drink comes out to over $12. read more

Ok I got to be honest, because of its hidden location I always thought this was one of those tiny ghetto theaters that played 6 month old movies for $3, and had two people max working at a time. Never been so wrong in my life. This is the best kept secret in the valley! Beautiful theater with recliner seating great movies and friendly staff. This is the only place I'm going from now on. This is my favorite theater in the valley. All of the seats at this theater are plush and they recline. They're like really comfortable lazy boy chairs, so you can put your feet up and relax while you watch a movie. The only down side is that sometimes people get so comfortable that they fall asleep and start snoaring during the movie. read more

I can't go anywhere else to watch movies anymore. For practically the same amount of money as the shitty seats at Pacific Theater in Winnetka, you can recline in red leather seats. All.the.way. That's right, you're practically lying down on your own bed, in public, with butter popcorn. It's never too crowded here, and there's plenty of places to eat within walking distance. read more

I love this theatre for their reclining seats. I used to go to Promenade 16 all the time but they have yet to upgrade their seats, through Promenade does have premium recliners for the newly remodeled Dolby theatre. Anyway, this review is about Fallbrook not Promenade LOL With the AMC Stubs $5 Tuesday I have been to this location a lot in the past few weeks. I save my rewards for when I really need it, and with the double points promotion I prefer to pay and earn the points. But this one particular Tuesday for some reason my rewards were automatically applied even though I had not activated it. I asked Emil about reversing the rewards that were used so that I can earn double points. He advised me that he is unable to do that but instead offered to add the points to me account including what I would have earned. That's awesome customer service. Onto the concession, for some reason the register would not apply my Stubs number, again for the points. When I came back later, the card did work, and instead of waiting for the nuggets, the employee offered to deliver my order to my seat! Another awesome customer service experience. I did tip him for the delivery cause hey, I wanted to let him know I appreciate his awesomeness! This is my go to theatre until Promenade upgrades all of their theatres then I will bouncing back and forth between these locations. BTW for those unsure about the Premier Stubs program, it is totally worth it. In the past few months I earned at least $50 in rewards. I do however take advantage of the promotions that offer extra points to see a particular movie on designated days. An upcoming promotion is the movie IT. With a ticket purchase I will earn 1,000 additional points. Another promotion - I received 2 free tickets of an early screening (one week early) of Home Again at selected theatres -- available only to Premier Stubs members. AMC is the primary theatre I go to. read more

Tried to see Kong here. Noticed during the previews the poor screen quality, very grainy and dim. Walked out five minutes after the movie started and got a refund. Positives are the reclining seats and good sound. AMC did not upgrade the 80s screens when they took over the theater. Maybe it was just theater 6 as I've seen other movies here without issue. read more

I've been coming here pretty often, always have a great time and absolutely love this theater, and this is the first time that I've experienced the theater being dirty still after previous showings. I came to sit in my seats D 10 & 9 in theater 5 to see Only The Brave and there were tickets and drinks and popcorn on our seats and the ones surrounding. Pretty surprising considering this is a popular movie theater so you would hope to think that they would regularly keep it clean for the next showings. This theater is right around the corner from my place. Convenient and comfortable, you can't beat that.

This is about the 20th time we have seen a movie here since the renovation. The new seats are amazing there is nothing like them. The best part is that somehow these tickets are cheaper than be promenade theatre which seats are terrible and don't recline. We love the first showings which are also much cheaper about 8.00. The one complaint we seem to have every time is the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the main hall carpets they always seem to be cluttered with popcorn and trash. It seems like they need either more employees or someone needs to check on how things are being cleaned. Popcorn is always good and kids packs are great with chocolate milk. read more

I love the updates this theatre has done. My issue is the people at the front window are lackluster and asking questions seems to really annoying them. I also have an issue with the low class, inconsiderate people that frequent this place. More than once I've had kids running around being a HUGE distraction and the parents did absolutely nothing. No attempts at controlling their kids oh and I'm sorry infants should not be admitted. I'm a mom with a small child and if she acts up we leave. I just can't stand the lack of common courtesy that is exhibited by the patrons of this theatre. read more

I'm a loyal premier membership customer for years & tonight I spent $35 For a movie & food and then I asked for an extra BBQ sauce & they said it was .80cent and they wouldn't give it to me for free even after I JUST renewed my membership!!! Love this theatre! Their seats recline and are so comfortable and soft I could fall asleep. The staff are super friendly and accommodating. Every time I ask a question anyone is happy to help me out with a smile on their face. It's a very clean theatre and I love how the theatre rooms are set up. We came here for the first time tonight and I don't think I'll ever go back to other theaters. The tickets were only $15, which is comparable to, City Walk, The Grove and Americana prices. The Grove and Americana have comfortable seats but I have NEVER experienced comfort like I did at this AMC. Each seat is a plush, leather recliner with foot rests and recline all the way back to a laying down position. There is so much leg room that even when the seats are back and the foot rests are up it's no problem for someone to walk by. I find a lot of theaters have trouble controlling the temperature to keep comfortable. This theater neither got cold nor stuffy. Hands down, this is the best viewing experience I have ever had in terms of comfort. I would have given this place five stars if not for the unkempt lobby space and the bathrooms could have used cleaning. There was trash visible everywhere I looked in the circulation and concession areas (probably to be attributed to the heavy teen demographic). At least the guests weren't rowdy. A lot of the bathroom toilets were messy, with unflushed toilet paper and wet paper stuck to the seats and the floors. Even considering the last bit I wrote about the mess, I wouldn't hesitate to come back here simply for those recliner seats. With the prices of movie tickets these days, this is what I feel like the consumer deserves to get for their money. read more

This theatre has hands down (and up- we're celebrating, right?) changed my movie going experience and I no longer go to other theatre's. Of course I miss the Laemmle and its ... feel ... but I will take reclining leather (likely pleather but who cares! reclining! happy!) chairs any day of the week. I even love the sound of people discovering the reclining feature for the first time, and each chair making the squeaking noise as it lays back in to place. It's comical, really. The theatre is so clean and the people who work there are so nice. Maybe the "new-feel" will give off soon, but I hope it doesn't. Every theater should be like this! Reclining, leather seats great screens. My wife and went to one if these upscale theaters a couple years ago and ever since have not been able to truly enjoy the common movie going experience. Uncomfortable chairs, too many people in the theater and limited food options became such an inconvenience until realizing it costs nearly $100 to see one movie! The AMC fallbrook 7 offers a more intimate experience with less seating and a more comfortable experience with these awesome seats! And all at the same price as any one of their other standard theaters! The only thing missing is some more food options, but let's not get too picky. 5 stars! read more

Glad this becomes an AMC theater! Recliner seats, great atmosphere yet a few thing seems they have lack of staff. The concession area is a mess most of the time we come and watch movies here. They're a bit more expensive than the other AMC in Oxnard maybe because of the leather recliner chair. They don't post movies availability till the week of showing unlike the other theater so buying ticket in advance is tough since they only have a few seats. Lots of shared parking in front and back as well. read more

Y'all seriously must go check out this theater. The huge red leather seats that recline are THE BUSINESS. Good service, not too big of a theater and fabulous seating. The only problem, as with all theaters, is the darn price. I paid $33 for two tickets to see Transformers. Eek! read more

This is a great AMC theater the reminds me of the IPic theater in Pasadena, minus the waiters and drinks. This theater has reclining chairs which really adds value to the movie watching experience. I saw people that bought their own blankets which I thought was a great idea and one that I will now be doing. If you want to go watch a movie in a theater, might as well be comfortable doing so. read more

This theater almost seems like something out of a dream. Prices are a few dollars cheaper than the AMC close by at the Promenade Mall. What do you get for cheaper tickets? Wide leather seats that with the push of a button fully recline both back and front so your back is nice and comfy and your feet have a foot rest. I came from Chatsworth to check the theater out and ran into a friend who lives in Granada Hills and has a ton of closer theaters but would rather make the drive and come hear. Seating is all reserved seating so get them in advance for a new release so you're guaranteed a good seat. read more

Favorite movie theater hands down! So comfortable and clean and you are able to buy advance seating so that helps. This may be my new movie spot. The theater is clean and cozy. I loved how there weren't a ton of seats and the seats were comfy. Popcorn was cheaper than other places too. I thought it was cool how they use paper tickets and not the usual cardboard which allows them to save money and keep their prices low for the consumer. read more
