I like America's tires but had three service failures since Friday7/14/2023. 7/14/2023. Stopped by Indio to make an appointment for a tire for my wife's car. They said they did not have it but it will be in on Monday7/17/2023 I came by on Monday at my appointment time, paid for the tire. I waited about 15 minutes and they took my wife's car into a bay about 15 minutes went by they told me they did not have the tire. FIRST SERVICE FAILURE. A supervisor sat with me and said the tire would be in on Tuesday and we would get next bay service. He also said they would call us when the tire arrived. Tuesday by one p.m., no one had called and so we called them and they said the tire was in and we would get next bay service. No one called SECOND SERVICE FAILURE. My wife went to have the tire placed on her car. She spoke with a person to get next bay service and was told they do not do that. She had her receipt. She explained what had happen the day before and was told their were 16 cars ahead of her. THIRD SERVICE FAILURE. I spoke with her from home twice in the next 25 minutes and suggested she go back to some one else at the desk and they took her car in for the new tire. Like I said I like America's tires and have used them on many cars for over 10 years but THREE SERVICE FAILURES on one transaction is not acceptable. read more

I ended up with a flat tire parked at the airport. After getting enough air to get home, I found America's Tire just a couple miles away. They were able to take me without an appointment. Although I waited in the waiting area for almost 3 hours, the flat was repaired successfully. The best part? NO CHARGE! You just don't see that kind of friendly service anymore. I was driving around and noticed my car wasn't riding right. Decided to drive it to America Tire's Indio Store and have the guys check it out. Sergio assisted me and we noticed a huge nail bolt stuck in my front driver side door. Sergio and staff took car of me and had be back on the road in no time. Always providing great customer service. Been coming here for years can't beat them for price and speedy service. I love that they fix flats , give prorated replacements and are in just about every city in every state. We ate next door at maxcy's while we waited just 46 minutes to get new tires put on. Super busy location and yet super friendly & efficient. Wr've been coming here forever and will continue. This review is over a month late, but better late than never, right? Last month I arrived in LaQuinta late at night and got a blowout on the sidewall of one tire. Next day I was towed to America's tire where they gave me a great price on four new tires which I'd been needing, as well as a rim for one, so I'd now have a spare. They were very efficient and friendly and even assisted with selling my sister the 4 new tires she's been needing! DO NOT GO HERE!! They lied and claimed my tires were too old to put air in them even though the tread was healthy. They deceive customers and try to get them to buy new tires even when you don't need them. They claim it's illegal in CA to put air in tires past a certain year regardless of how healthy the tread. No such law exists in CA. They are scammers. I took my car down the street to Firestone and they put air in the tires no questions asked. read more

Hands down the best customer service I have ever had at any business in a long time. The staff greeted people as they waited in line (it's a shame that this is so novel, but it is--it feels nice to be acknowledged while waiting). Brandon helped me out and was efficient and professional. There was a bit of a mix up in getting my tires done, but I could tell they were genuinely upset it happened and did whatever they could to make it right. I took my other vehicle back to get a nail repair done and it was no charge! The guys remembered me from the time I was there a few weeks ago and were super friendly. The technician was very friendly and courteous when handing back my vehicle. I will be a loyal customer with this business for sure. read more

Great customer service. I came in to get my tires checked because a low pressure sensor was on. Irvin was great. I personally saw home have to deal with a completely helpless lady who was so so lost. Parked backwards in the line, couldn't figure out how to turn around. Irvin displayed complete patients with this senior citizen. He check my tires and got the sensor to read correctly and I was in my way in 10 minutes. Keep up the strong work work America's Tire Indio. read more

Extremely disappointing. I've put tires on several cars at this place. The service has normally been good & they took care of Classic Cars for us. Unfortunately not so today. Extremely inept check in the parking lot & then they want you to check in again at the desk. Unfortunately they don't say anything about this after putting our name in at a canopy in the parking lot. Very poor communication & interrupted by a guy from inside to tell the outside man he messed up. Guys I've personally seen extending great customer service in the past act like they could care less. Now over 2 hours to get 1 tire fixed & it's very likely they will lose a customer. More importantly I will not be recommending them like I've done in the past. Check yourselves because your far from the only game in town. BTW this is written while waiting. read more

Staffed and managed by professionals at every level. Sent my wife here by herself to get new tires on her hot rod. They weren't pushy, no useless upsells, and ended up recommending the same tires I wanted to her get. I've taken my Jeep here for aftermarket wheel and tires installs, never had a hassle, even put my old wheels back in the box. It's the attention to the little details that make for great customer service. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else in the desert for wheel/tire work. read more

I would give this place 5 stars if they had a better caring selection of used tires. The always repair or take out nails from your tires for free. I love that about this place. The service is pretty fast considering how big and busy they are. I feel like this is the Jensens of tire spots in the desert, you will probably pay a little more for your tires, however you know that the process will be successful and that they are professionals. If you have a nail in your tire come here they will take care of you, and they will be honest about the state of your car. read more

I cannot say enough good things about this tire shop. First of all Luis recommended a great set of ZR 20's for my high-performance sports car. We were able to find a terrific value without compromise in quality. The tires came in that same day but unfortunately it was too close to closing time for me to get over there with the wheels. The next morning I showed up at opening and the place was already bustling with customers. So when it was my turn to get to the counter Brandon shook my hand and took the lead on my wheel/tire project. He assured me that he would assign just the right guy for my job since I was a little apprehensive because of the wheels are a brilliant white and no longer in production. About an hour and a half later they called me to tell me that they were ready to be picked up and when I arrived they were even more beautiful than I could imagine. I had to buy a tire their salesman made a mistake on . STAY AWAY! They put on a tire I did not ask for and charged me for it . I don't work for them so why is the error mine? The employee was trying to speak to me as if he had some legal background, but he did not know what litigation was. He did not understand that a car has 4 tires not 3. I did not accept that tire , but was charged for it. I was in a hurry to drive back to Phoenix so I was stuck. The person had a Nike sleeve on his arm . I guess the customer is wrong and I pay for the mistakes they made. Since they had my credit card and need a tire put on I was stuck. In summary 2+2=5 here . P.S. They should not try to use adjectives in situations that don't call for them . The passive aggressive threats were pretty dumb, confusing, Idiotic , and lacked reality . It's cheap , but don't expect anyone to understand basic arithmetic. read more

I was in Thermal for a horse show and I hit a huge pothole that shredded the two tires on the driver's side of my car. I had it towed to this location on a Friday evening. I needed four new tires and luckily my rims weren't damaged too badly. My car was ready to pick up Sat. afternoon. I dealt with Larry throughout the whole process - from my first phone call to explain what happened until I came in to pay and pick up the car, and he was so helpful, professional, and kind. Unfortunately, I had a problem with the right front tire going flat on my drive back to Thermal. So I once again had it towed back to the tire store in Indio. They were closed on Sunday and I booked another night at the hotel so I could get it fixed on Monday. Larry happened to drive by on Sunday and saw my car out front. He took the time to fix the tire on his day off. He made sure the car was safe to drive and spoke to both me and my husband (who wasn't with me) to explain everything. I was so thankful to get back on the road and get home on Sunday! A bit of additional work was required, but Larry coordinated everything with our local America's Tire in north San Diego county and I am very happy with my new tires. :-) It wasn't quite the fun weekend I had imagined, but this trip restored my faith that there are still good people out there who are compassionate and willing to take the time to do the right thing. Thank you Larry for caring so much and for going the extra mile for us. We are long time customers of America's Tire and will continue to be because of this experience. read more

Albert and Steve did a great job finding tires for my work truck and wives Ford Fusion. Steve directed us from Michelins energy savers to pirellis P7 all seasons plus. It saved us 400 dollars and they have a 70k mile warranty! They grip just as well if not better then the michelins. Albert checked us out and was very efficient and friendly. Visited America's Tires this morning and they had me wait 22 minutes before they attended me. They have this new system (I say new because I have not seen it before and this is my go to tire place) where they take your name and then assist you when their phones slow down. I was #3 in line when I checked in but it took them 22 minutes to get to me because of all the calls they were taking. I feel they need to serve customers who walk in before the phones but I guess that's not their policy. I might give them another chance but now we have more options in the valley. read more

This is a great location. Make an appointment if you can, but all these guys work their butt off and they're super friendly. Which says a lot considering it's over 110 degrees in the summer and these guys are working without air conditioning. They won't rip you off, and will do their best to give you the best deal possible. Patience and kindness as a customer goes a long way. And if you're a returning customer with this company - they will notice. Randomly get a screw/nail in a tire you just bought? Don't be surprised if they bend over backwards to hook it up. I had a flat tire with a nail in it I called early in the morning as soon as they open they told me no problem bring it down I asked them how much a patch would be they told me the patch was free I said I'm sorry I think I'm having trouble hearing you did you say the patch is free? He said yes complementary I explain to him that I did not get my tires at his place of business is that going to be a problem ? He said no it doesn't matter where you got the tires we will fix your tire for free. They also have a line out side you can just pull up to check your tire pressure they will do it for free everybody at this place was very nicely dressed was very courteous and was very helpful I'm amazed because I live in Los Angeles and nothing is free if you're in this area and you need tire service of any kind you should stop by this place is amazing!!! read more
