We…read morewere moving out of a single-story SFH in San Francisco into a multi-level townhouse with a mix of elevators and stairs, and Fito and Stas handled every step like true professionals while keeping a smile on their faces the entire time. From the start, they took the time to walk through our home and clearly ask about everything we wanted to move so they could mentally map out how to load the truck efficiently. They were extremely diligent with protection, using blankets and/or shrink wrap on all furniture and electronics, and they were very by the book when it came to reviewing the contract and confirming details. I especially appreciated that they checked all electronics before and after the move and even had me climb into the truck at the end to verify that nothing had been left behind. The move‑in was just as smooth. We had labeled certain items to go to one level and others to another, and they followed those directions perfectly, with everything ending up exactly where it was supposed to, with no damage and no confusion. Their organization and care were obvious in every box/container they carried and every piece of furniture they placed. Moving is usually a very stressful experience, but Fito and the Pure Moving team made it feel manageable and even reassuring. I found them to be excellent in every way, and I would highly recommend both the company and this specific crew to anyone looking for reliable, thoughtful, and professional help on moving day.

And they did an incredible job getting our closet-less 1 bedroom tidy and organized. I've never hired a service to organize and unpack before, and man, it is SO worth it. Antoinette even came in the day before and did an estimate of our place. If you've just moved in somewhere and simply don't have the time to unpack and organize, then this is the company you call. Speedy Packing Organizing saved us so much time (and headache) that it freed us up to focus on getting started in a new city.

They showed up on time in a clean, branded truck, with all supplies, moving blankets, and plenty of wardrobe boxes for our closets. They did an amazing job wrapping every piece of furniture, loading the truck, and then unloading in the new place in exactly the same way they packed up. They also hustled the entire time - did a 3 bedroom house in less than 5 hours, including drive time. And I had plenty of garage items, outdoor furniture, and a staircase from the primary bedroom.

They were professional, efficient, careful, and impressively fast while still taking great care of our belongings. They safely moved an extremely heavy marble table without issue, and at the very end of the move we asked them to maneuver a very large, heavy dresser through a narrow hallway in our newly renovated home. They somehow managed to do it safely without damaging the walls, floors, or furniture. I was honestly amazed watching them work. What stood out most was their attitude throughout the entire process. Even when delays and complications came up outside of their control, they stayed calm, solution-oriented, and hardworking the entire day. I almost wished they would take longer breaks because of how nonstop they worked. They were also very transparent about pricing, which was fair, and communication throughout the process was excellent. Also, please feed your movers during lunch and ask if they have any allergies or dietary restrictions. This crew absolutely deserved it. After this experience, they'll definitely be our go-to movers moving forward, and we'll gladly recommend them to our family and friends. Highly recommend.

When I first made my move in between cities in SoCal, we found Prodigy through Yelp and we were very glad we use them. Because we had such a good experience when we made another move a few years later we reached out to them again. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our move out date and packing dates had to be changed multiple times, but Iliya worked with us patiently to help find us a crew within just a few days that was able to move us out efficiently and conveniently. Carlos and his moving crew were superb and worked quickly, with a positive attitude, and were willing to accommodate a lot of our requests. If we move again in the future we would definitely be reaching out to Prodigy again.

Everyone knew their roles and worked hard throughout the day to make it a pleasant moving experience. My furniture was delivered the following morning, and the team lead that day was Leo. His team did a fantastic job as well. I have a special shout-out for Lalo. This guy was amazing and made my overall moving experience over the top. He made sure my wife and I were 150% satisfied. Our furniture was placed exactly where we wanted it, and he maintained a positive and professional demeanor throughout the entire day. Everyone I encountered from Prodigy was exceptional. It was my first time using Five Star and I was basing my interest off of other Yelp reviews. You read good reviews but you never know. Well, they made the move seamless and stress-free. From the first inquiry and quote to the booking and moving day, the entire process was great. There are follow-up emails, a personal link to the quote with the contract and a breakdown of all costs and the "fine print" is easy to follow and understand. No scamming or surprise charges. You get a call the day before from the dispatch confirming your move and the movers call you on the day when they're on their way to give you a more accurate ETA. Kay was friendly and a total professional. She explained everything really well and answered all my questions. Tons of value for a long distance move (Palm Springs to Los Angeles area). The move was for my 89-year-old mom and Kay made me feel secure and confident about the service. The two men that showed up on moving day were rockstars. I feel like a jerk for not writing down their names. They were so nice and went above and beyond to help me get my mom settled in. They were so nice to my mom. I can't say enough good things because this was one of the easiest moves I've ever experienced. I did all the packing, I am super organized, and we were prepared for them, so I cannot speak to the more all-inclusive service, but the guys did wrap furniture, hang my mom's clothes in their wardrobe boxes, and carolled odds and ends, and they did it all with care. I ended up having to drop the car off 3 weeks earlier than expected and it was not a problem. When I dropped off the car, Alex and Alan were super assertive in explaining how the car would be stored. I also ended up picking up the car earlier than expected and they had my car ready within the hour and I got to keep the car cover and battery tender I bought for next time. I also liked the fact that Stephanie kept my contract open in the event I needed to bring the car back, she was so accommodating. I will ABSOLUTELY be using this service again !!!

The biggest bump in the road was something that was completely my fault, but unfortunately, my sofa did not make it up the stairwell and had to go back to storage making it a very costly move as the drive time became much more expensive. They had really tried to make it work and sadly, my sofa didn't come apart so they had no option to even break it down. My only feedback would be that I had wished they had told me the estimated cost of moving the sofa back into storage as I probably could have gotten partway to a new sofa. Prior to the move, I discussed pricing and payment terms directly with the owner/manager and confirmed the agreed-upon amount. However, when the movers arrived, they immediately demanded cash up front and refused to provide any services unless payment was made on the spot. This directly contradicted the prior agreement. After loading the couches, they demanded an additional $100 that had never been disclosed or authorized. The situation felt coercive and inappropriate. In addition to the payment dispute, the movers caused multiple damages: * One of the couches was damaged. * The garage door was damaged. * A component of the security system on the back door was broken. Furthermore, one of the workers raised his voice and yelled at my wife and daughter. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. When I contacted the company to request information regarding their insurance coverage for the damages, they refused to provide any details. This company demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
