Ok, this was my second time here, and I still got my usual vermicelli noodle, pork, shrimp and egg roll. It was pretty good. Although seemed a bit light on the shrimp. Overall the one thing you have to be prepared for is sharing tables. They don't mind sitting you next to other people. Ambiance, was about the same as the last time, but maybe slightly louder guests this time. The rest of the service seemed a bit slower than before. No one came to refill our water, and my friend had to ask for something three times before he was served. Service is always prompt and the food comes pretty fast. During my last visit, I ordered the 4. pho tai chin - pho with rare beef and brisket. This is my go to with most pho places (unless there's a specialty that I should order instead). Just a great, consistent bowl of pho! You get the usual basil, sprouts, citrus and you also get a side of onions here...or did I ask for a side of onions in vinegar... anyway, I'm a fan of this place. I usually don't write reviews, but this has happened to me so many times that I felt like I had to say something. We usually come here for pho because they're open late, but unfortunately they mess up my order almost every time. I always order flat noodles, but they keep giving me the small noodles instead. This has already happened multiple times when we came, and today the exact same thing happened again. When I called to tell them about it, the response I got was "let me check." I was like, what do you mean let me check? We had already brought the food home !!! what exactly were they going to check? Orders should really be checked before being handed to customers. Either they forgot part of my order or they gave me the wrong noodles again. It feels like the staff isn't paying attention to what customers order, or the orders aren't being double checked before they go out. It's frustrating when the same mistake keeps happening.
