Everyone's favorite noodle dish was the Stir-Fried Shanxi Knif-Cut Noodles though. It was super flavorful and delicious. For protein, my favorite was their orange chicken. We all found the Kung Pao chicken to be wayyyy to salty. It was edible with the stir fried cabbage though. The lady working there was really nice and made sure to bring us everything we needed.
