Every time I'm in the area I will stop and so should you!! Pizzas are amazing and "oh my" to the pasta dishes. Fan favorite is the ziti . It's a hole in the wall gem. Service has been great every time . So satisfying. I highly recommend!!

Food - pizza was definitely oily and not what we ordered. Service - definitely messed up because we wanted a grandma pie. Ambiance is n/a.

There's a lot to unpack here. Angela's definitely has a cult-like following in Islip. It was always a little far for me growing up, there were just 12-13 closer pizzerias. But I remember hearing great things. I've gone a few times now. I enjoy it, my wife does not. Which hinders my ability for repeat visits haha. Many people rave about the sauce. I think it's pretty good, not my fave. But sauce is a highly subjective business. Where they really excel is the variety of options. They have tons of specialty pies. A cornucopia of pizzas to pick from. Garlic knot crusts? You got it. A half pizza half calzone monstrosity. No problem. The tough thing with a pizza calzone hybrid is it takes a while to cook the plump calzone half, usually resulting in an over cooked pizza half. That was the case with this bad boy. The bottom was rough at best. But it was fun! A novelty item I wanted checked off the list. Will I get it again, probably not. Am I glad I did, hell yea.

Whenever I come across a consensus best restaurant I can't help but hold them to a high standard, in this case Angela's lives up to the standard set. This place is situated on a relatively quiet local road, it's rather small with about 4 tables inside and maybe 4 outside and 3 employees running the show at the time I was there. I went with their hot honey pepperoni slice and their chicken bacon ranch slice. The hot honey pepperoni pizza I noted has been trending online lately so I wanted to give it a shot. The crust on this thing was THICK so if you like bread you'll love this. I however wish the ratio of topping to crust was a bit more equal, aside from that this slice was a total flavor bomb. Salty pepperoni, sauce, and hot honey. Sweet and salty. A tried and true combo. I will note that there wasn't much spice at all but that may be for the better. The chicken bacon ranch was LOADED and tasted superb, I loved that the chicken was not dry at all as opposed to some places I've been to for a cbr slice. Oh yeah and the slices are MASSIVE. It took me a while to actually finish these slices over the course of the day but I did and I enjoyed every bit. I was super impressed with this pizzeria, so much so I think it might be my new go-to spot.

Okay this has been one of my go to's since I was a child and I completely forgot about it until the other day when I stopped in for a plain slice. Their sauce is just PHENOMENAL. It's sooo sweet and tangy I love it! Their plain slice was thin and just slightly burnt, how I enjoy it, maybe grandma allá vodka was lacking a little in flavor but the dough and the service well made up for it. I haven't been to this spot in forever but will eh dragging my boyfriend towards coming here over Gio's from now on.

This was the coolest and most unique pizza I've ever had and I want more! The service was great, super friendly and got the food out quick. It's non stop busy in here and it's fantastic. You're not waiting long and your quality is amazing. It's really fun and and festive inside and it's a nice spot to just relax enjoy a slice and have a laugh. I already can't wait to come back and try some more. MAKE SURE YOU GET DESSERT! Fried Oreos, peanut butter cups and rainbow cookies were heavenly. This is one spot I'm glad I ventured all the way from Levittown for

We drive 4 towns over for the best pizza on Long Island. Today we went traditional but their specialty pizzas are absolutely amazing!!

Baked clams are my "litmus test" for Italian restaurants, and theirs are in my top 10. Their menu is insane! So many choices, so many specials each day, and a huge assortment of desserts. If you cannot find something to eat, there is something wrong. The bar area is very small, so don't plan on spending too much time there before you get seated. Their staff is attentive without being annoying, and their dining room is large and welcoming. Once seated, you are greeted with complimentary bruschetta and their ample bread basket. Two things I recommend ordering are their clams and if you eat rabbit, definitely get theirs when it is offered. Portions are huge and the quality of seafood is always fresh. They have a small lot in the rear of the restaurant, with both a rear and front entrance. There is also street parking available (do NOT park in the bank lot across the street--you will get towed).

He wanted my friend to sit in a certain seat and my friend preferred to sit in a different seat. The male host responded with sly remarks. My friend ordered a glass of Chianti and told the Male host that it tasted off. The male host told him it was not and begrudgingly brought him another glass. The wait staff acted like we were a bother to them. They were cold and distant, and did not make us feel welcome. The food was just OK. We spent $300 with tip and the service and food did not meet up to this expectation. It was a Tuesday night and it was quiet in the restaurant.

First we ordered the bread basket because we were starving. That was a little disappointing because the first piece of bread was dry. Also, it bums me out to pay for pre-dinner bread. Even the local pizzeria serves a very delicious offering of bread before dinner but I guess because ITA is elevated Italian, perhaps it's a little too casual for an upscale restaurant. So, the bad news is they forgot to hold the stratiacella cheese. Then when my pasta came out, it was cooked past al dente. I was disappointed but so hungry. So I ate it. Then as I was putting the leftovers in the bag, to take home, I decided to say something to the waitress. Having to reheat it would cook the already overcooked, would turn it in to mush. And that was a $28 pasta dish, not including the crown. So I decided to mention it to the waitress because I'm sure they would rather me tell them, than give a bad review. They immediately apologized and offered to make a brand new dish to take home. On top of that, they also comp'd to desserts!! The Rainbow Cookie Crumb Cake, which was divine, and the Pistashio Cheesecake, also outstanding. So they get an extra star for treating the customer right!! I would recommend and come back again. I would order the Spicy Rigatoni again and skip the bread basket. Also, it's very cute inside. Insta worthy.
