Even after the second attempt, it still wasn't right. For a restaurant known for its steaks, that's unacceptable. To make matters worse, the entire place had a strong mothball-like smell that was impossible to ignore and lingered with us even after we left. As we were walking out, another patron commented that the food was "barely palatable," which pretty much summed up our experience as well.
