Annie is super friendly and made it a point to remember my name, which is nice. Trina (I think was her name... I'm not as good at remembering names lol) did an amazing job on my toes. They turned out great and she took her time to get it right. Nicky did my fingernails. I got the gel with white tips. She did a good job, but I had to have her fix some of the nails before we set them in the UV light and made it permanent (not spending $30 for gel to have it look bad). Only complaint I had was I have quite a bit of the clear gel on my fingertips that I will need to peel off, and a couple need to be filed. I called to make an appointment and ask about pricing,so was quoted a certain price and after the gel fill in which there were no broken nails the technician charged me an extra five dollars for having to file the nail down.Last time I checked that was part of the service.There were no broken nails to fix just fill in with acrylic and file and polish. I have been going here regularly for many years, and was always happy in the past, but it seems like the quality of their services have really gone downhill. The past year or so the mani/pedis have gone from great to so-so ... my last visit was an absolute disaster and I will NEVER GO BACK. In early June I made an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure. The gel manicure was a nightmare; the polish was old & globby and wouldn't adhere. They kept trying trying different gel colors, to no avail. They filed down my nails repeatedly to get the old coat off --- a month later I am still growing out the mangled wreckage they left me with! The employees looked embarrassed and uncomfortable, chattering in Vietnamese and not answering me when I kept asking what was going on. One of the girls even had the nerve to try to convince me that the problem was MY NAILS!!! By now 1 1/2 hours had passed, and I was getting angry. When they tried to convince me to pick yet *another* gel color, I refused. I'd had enough. I let them finish with regular polish, but I could still see the globs of gel they didn't remove all the way. And the pedicure they gave me started to flake off within 2 days. They didn't even offer me any sort of compensation for my time of the mess they made. As of today my finger nails are STILL paper-thin and full of dents where they ground them down to nothing! read more

I went to Judy for my hair, I showed her a picture of how I wanted my side bangs cut and instead she gave me very thin blunt bangs. Not at all what I asked for. After the horrible cut job, I received a full set from Trinh. Every single nail is cut uneven. Every time I come here they always say come back they don't have enough staff I never got my nails done here because they say all the time come back. They did not greet me right away and they are mean and rude. I don't know why they are still open if they don't want to do business. I have been seeing Annie since 2002, that would be 11 years! In all those years I see her every 2-3 weeks, I have never had a problem! Annie takes pride in her work and it shows! I get compliments on my nails all the time, in fact, they do not even look like I get them done, that is how good she is. Years ago I had to visit a different salon since Annie went out of town. The other salon did a horrible job, especially in putting on the polish, I could do a better job with my left hand (I am right handed). After that I just wait or make sure I see her before she takes a vacation. Annie takes walk-ins, and tries very hard to accommodate everyone! It is a fabulous place for men too. I have been going to Annie's for a few months now by randomly walking in after dropping my car at the Jiffy Lube. I was luck they were free as it can get busy and Annie doesn't like taking you if they are too busy. She is very accommodating and is honest about the wait time. If too long she prefers you to come back. I have been to quite a few places where they have you soak your feet for 30 mins... The hair stylists look like good quality ladies. Reasonably prices....
