Went for Sunday brunch with some friends after church. We were put on the waiting list and was told the wait would be an hour and fifteen minutes. We considered leaving but I'm so glad we didn't. After waiting only thirty minutes we were seated. We started with some drinks. The strawberry lemonade sparkler was so refreshing. A drink is good to me if you can't taste the alcohol and I couldn't taste any. It was just like drinking punch. For my meal I ordered the chicken and waffles. We did wait a while for the food but they were very busy so I patiently waited. The chicken was in strips and very crispy and everything was drizzled with a chipotle sauce. This is a gem type of place! I love coming here alone and being able to sit on the outside patio just enjoying the atmosphere. Also, the cute little playground outside seemed like fun if you have kids. Family vibes, great service, quality specials. Depends on where you go the location in The Colony was in terms of food wonderful. I went to location in Panama City Beach was very below average. I will say the wait times are really not great when went on Mother's Day 2 Hr wait small establishment. The overall value vs time waited makes excellent food at The Colony location for service was good. I suggest never go during a holiday or special event. read more

After hearing great things about this restaurant from multiple people, I was so excited to eat here. Boy was I disappointed with my experience today. Long story short, the bourbon pancakes I was served weren't cooked thoroughly. I'm talkin friggin mushy pancake batter inside my pancakes!! on top of that, I ordered my eggs over hard and never in all my years have I seen eggs cooked so horribly. You're supposed to break the yolk for over hard eggs! My over hard eggs were watery with a half cooked yolk. How do you mess up eggs and pancakes in a brunch restaurant? They replaced my pancakes with a bourbon waffle and it was cooked thoroughly and tasty and I enjoyed the blueberry mimosa but I will not be back. I don't know who was cooking today but they need more training. Extremely disappointed. Won't be back. read more

This is probably my favorite brunch place! If you are going to splurge, this is the place. Ambience is great. Friendly staff. Great customer service. Very nice lady who was helping me had the answers to all my questions regarding the ingredients and such in their offerings. I get that all of you love IHOP or any other breakfast place but try something different.. not just good food at this place but presentation is tempting. Besides the location was easy to find, I visited the one in Colony, TX. Everything you've read about this place is 100% true and then some! My food was cooked just right. Don't skip their famous Bloody Mary and Spiked Nutella iced latte (my favorite)! C'mon who doesn't like Nutella, even better when added alcohol. I totally recommend you visit! read more

Sooooo good! Love me some cajun infused menus and this place does not disappoint. Amazing shrimp and grits with the cheesiest grits ever. Lemon blueberry and goat cheese pancake was a nice treat that I didn't add anything to. My daughter loved the potatoes and was sad when they were all gone. We got a free order of biscuit beignets since it was our first visit (but they never mentioned it- we just did not get charged for them after we put in an order although we said it was a first visit). Went for breakfast today for the first time and it was really good. My boyfriend and I got there right before a crowd of people came in so we didn't have to wait long for a table. Bracus was our server and he was great. I guess they're suffering like everyone else and we're short of staff but he definitely was as attentive as he could be juggling quite a few tables and the bar. I had the chicken and waffles and it was so good. It came with about 4 strips if I can remember that had a good seasoning, a nice crunchy coating but still tender on the inside. It paired great with the syrup (I'm not a fan of honey). The waffle was really good with the syrup. I also got the strawberry mimosa which was delicious. Yesterday my cousins and I had brunch at this fantastic establishment. Upon arrival, we were told it was an hour and a half wait, so we went to Nebraska Furniture and walked around for a bit. The overall experience was amazing and so worth the wait. Our waiter Bracus was beyond top-notch! He was so personable, friendly and called us each by name at all times. He was an absolute breath of fresh air and proof that kind, amazing people still exist in this world. This was my 1st time dining at this restaurant but it certainly won't be my last. I definitely recommend this spot for anyone in the area. Be sure to ask to be seated in the section being served by Bracus! Can't get coffee, the busser guy cleaning the tables was bothered by waitresses asking and did a lousy job. Service was weak at best. No sweat , next time she comes around I'll remind her. What can you say, breakfast is breakfast. What you see is what you get, but here what you get is mediocre (to poor food) and a bill that makes no sense for what you got. The place missing many of breakfast essentials like hash browns or bagels. Don't get the huevos rancheros unless you want to be greeted with 6 soggy chips, half a can of black beans, and 2 eggs for $13. Preposterous. This cafe provided the best breakfast I have ever had. Amazing on all levels. The Bourbon Street pancakes were the perfect level of sweet, no syrup required. The cakes tasted homemade and the bourbon sauce was to die for. The bacon was cooked ( baked) perfectly. The house brand coffee just right. My husband loved the gravy. The pinnacle was the hashbrowns! When the "balls"arrived I was doubtful, but Wow the were amazing. The ham and cheese inside gave them a great flavor and they were fresh, not greasy as you often get. They were technically my husbands, but I stole a bite or three. All of this was capped off with the best service I have ever had thanks to Bracus.
