Now you get tater tots instead of a hash brown patty. Also they add mayonnaise to the sandwich. Not sure how I feel about this much mayo early in the morning. Lastly, this establishment uses the type of pay system that asks for a tip after you swipe your credit card. Not a fan. read more

First off, what enticed us to try Apollo Burger was smell of flame grilled burgers. As soon as we walked in the manager Diego did not greet or say hello. We proceeded to still order and he didn't seem to acknowledge us , merely just stared at us and we didn't know if he actually heard any of our order until he said the price... When I inevitably got up to retrieve our food there was no ketchup and I asked the staff for ketchup please. One of the shorter workers grabbed a handful just to throw on the counter . Seriously everyone has an attitude. Now let's Get to the food. The steak sandwich wrapper- not even the food, the wrapper was beyond greasy. The sandwich was not cut or toasted , no mayo which made for a dry block with mushy bread. Our burgers looked good but no seasoning , no salt , no pepper, just bland. And our "freshly made fries" were cold. At this rate were chaulking up the dining experience as a complete loss. So we head to the exit and the door is locked , unable to exit . it was 930 and their listing says open til 11. Why is it locked. So we head to the front to have them unlock. Super star diego says to use the alternate door , which leads directly into their drive thru... Seriously!!! Not only are we dodging cars we also have to do take a huge step to get out of their way to go all around to get back to our car. Simply ridiculous, imagine if someone is in a wheel chair . I went for some takeout on Fri, 30 Apr, and the food was delicious. There were items missing from my order, that I was charged, and paid, for, but I did not find out until I got home. I tried calling the restaurant, but the "phone was unavailable". I sent them a mesaage in Facebook Messenger since I like to resolve things privately ibstead of publicly. Since it has been over a week, and no response has been received, I leave a negative review. Apollo has great food, but never trust the order to be accurate. Check your order carefully before leaving the restaurant, if entering, or leaving the drive through. If their management cared enough to respond on Facebook or have a working phone, that would be another thing. read more

For years after I moved out of State I have remembered how good the burgers were atApollo Burger. We went out of way to visit today expecting something wonderful. I can't express how disappointed I was. The restaurant was so very dirty. An employee was sweeping but it looked like it had t been done for a few days. Okay went to the Taylorsville location From the time I ordered which was 10min to when I got to the window it was 45min. Not only myself but 5 other customers drove thur after waiting so long. Now I understand why you have those concrete barriers to keep people. After waiting fuel because it was over 92 degrees out. I only hope you had to though the orders away because fuel isn't cheap. My husband and I went through the drive through during RUSH HOUR in the food service industry and it only took 15 minutes from order to leave! That may sound long for some people but having been in the food service industry for two years before I give this location props for getting orders out at a reasonable time with how many large order they get at this time. When we got home we found that inside of two grilled ham & cheese sandwiches we were given only one normal grilled cheese. We called them and told them what happened and even without a receipt, Monnie, invited us back to have it remade with a gift of a large fry for the hassle. Since we only live ten minutes away we scurried back and sure enough Monnie and the rest of the hard workers here cranked out our order within 2 1/2 minutes and they were extremely genuine and apologized. Apollo Burgers - Taylorsville, UT I just ended my workout at 24 Hour Fitness and was starving. The good news...there's a ton of restaurants within a mile from the gym. The bad news...nothing is open after 10 PM. I guess that's what I get for working out late. My choices was Apollo Burgers or Carl's Jr. I picked Apollo Burgers since I never been here. I entered the building at exactly 10:28 PM to find out that they close at 10:30 PM. The staff still welcomed me and even extended their hours for me. Now that's service. For my post-workout meal, I got their Texas Bacon Burger minus the BBQ sauce. This is basically a cheeseburger with bacon and two onion rings. The burger wasn't all that and the bun was soggy. I have to admit, the bacon was lovely. Overall, I didn't expect a lot from Apollo Burgers. I also didn't get a lot. I recommend Apollo Burgers if you're hungry and when everything else around is closed. TIP: I found out that In-N-Out is located about 2 miles from here. Good to know. read more

I really do love a charbroiled burger, and their fries are pretty amazing, but I gotta say, so not worth it anymore. Frozen in the middle burnt on the outside corndogs...the smallest most expensive soda and the shake, so expensive for a teeny tiny thing. They are just not up to par and the teenagers working there just don't seemed trained enough. I know I was a young fast food worker, but I had pride in my job! This place has the best black and blue burger( blu cheese). The fries are always falling out of the bag. The fried mushrooms and zucchini are really great. The price to food quality has really came together. The fries sauce is way better then what you get at artic circle. I have never be disappointed with this location. Hi Guys! I would select 0 stars if possible.. We just stopped here to pick up French Fries. We waited in the Drive Thru for 13 minutes and finally she handed out a box with three drinks and an ice cream to the guy in front of us.. then when I pulled up she takes my bag of French fries off the counter and hands it out the window to me it had been sitting there the whole time getting cold.. when I brought them in and ask them for fresh french fries the manager proceeded to argue with me telling me they were fresh then he reaches his hand into my bag of food takes out a french fry and eats it tells me it's fine and then wants to hand me back the bag of food that he just put his dirty hand into... this place is an absolute joke and it's filthy I will never step foot in this place again.... ever read more

This place used to be so good, I would go all the time. However, recently it had been a very unpleasant experience getting food here. The staff is very rude and uninviting, and they are very unhelpful. The last 2 times I got food here my order was wrong. The first time i just took the L and send home, but the second time I went back inside for my onion rings. The woman working was very mean to me insisting that I did not order onion rings. When i finally pulled out my receipt, she just walked away. Eventually someone else was able to help me, but i was unimpressed. This will sadly be the last time I eat here, from now on I'm gonna spend my money at the places that value me as a customer. read more

I've been to this place twice now; once to eat in and once for take out. The building is dated inside and out, but they do keep it clean. The staff is pretty friendly. I like the open kitchen, so I can see my food being prepared. The food is slightly above normal fast food. The burgers are delicious and the fried zucchini and the fried mushrooms are where it's at. I did try the onion rings and I didn't really like them very much, despite being told by various sources about how awesome they are. They just had this really weird aftertaste. Maybe they were in the freezer too long. I don't know. They just weren't for me. There's a couch where you can wait for your food, if you're taking it to go, and it's really comfortable. The booths are pretty standard fast food type booths as far as comfort goes. Overall, there's not really much to say about this place. Three stars for A-OK. I'll probably come here again sometime, but they're not really a 'go-to' spot for me. read more

Visited the store today ordered a patty melt it was absolutely disgusting the patty was cold and the cheese wasn't even melted i literally ordered it and 2 minutes later it was ready. Very disappointed they use to have good food. There was another table of 4 near me complaining that their hamburgers were cold and the cheese burger the cheese wasn't even melted.
