In case you're not aware, Deep Sentinel will either sell you their wireless security cameras, their POE wired cameras, or may be able to use your existing camera system to monitor your property 24/7 with "Live Guards!" So, I contacted Deep Sentinel who have excellent customer service by the way, and asked them if they could work with my existing Reolink camera system. Since they have never tried Reolink cameras, they told me that they'd try to see if Reolink was compatible with their Deep Sentinel Hub & technology, but they could not guarantee that it would work. They then recommended that I work with their premier vendor named Avati Audio Visual. I originally contacted Drew who was very helpful and from then on I dealt with Dick Hall who turned out to be Amazing! Since I was Deep Sentinel's first customer to try working with Reolink cameras, Dick had his work cut out for him. It took months of installations, troubleshooting, out of the box problem solving, numerous talks with both Deep Sentinel techs, as well as Reolink techs, just to get all of my cameras working. That's what happens when you're the guinea pig for a camera that's never been tried before. Anyway, after months of Dick's determination and him not giving up on me, he finally got my Reolink camera's to successfully work with the Deep Sentinel system! He is definitely an asset to Avati Audio Visual, Deep Sentinel, and the tech / installation industry as a whole. He needs to be commended for all that he does and given a raise! If you need any type of TV, Audio, tech, speaker, security system or camera systems installed, look no further!

The solution was to hang a screen that would come down in front of my existing screen and equipment racks. One problem is that the screen needs to be too far out to hang from a wall and the second problem is it needs to hang from a slanted cathedral ceiling. Premier AV Tech met me in a video call to survey the room and they kept in close contact the whole time. They let me know that the screen they ordered for me was defective when it was tested. When they reached out to the manufacturer, they found that a replacement would take way too long so they worked to get me an even better screen at no increase in price. On installation day they covered my equipment and had the screen up and running in a few short hours. A++

I had a long laundry list of items I needed done in a 50 year old townhouse ranging from adding can lights and ceiling fans to replacing switches, plugs and circuit breakers. Everything was done well. We had one small problem, but it was a communication error and was redone as I wanted it with no questions asked. Ted and his crew were prompt, professional and got the job done in the time estimated. They understand how to deal with permitting, inspections and scheduling each step in the process. Specifically, Ted is very familiar with local nuances in each city, related to inspections. My house, being an older structure with older wiring and an oddly placed riser pole, was not a straight forward project, but it was no problem for the crew. They completed the work as planned, kept a clean job site and were very courteous throughout the project. Ted, Apollo TB owner, was nice and professional to work with. He responded quickly to my emails and scheduled the job as soon as possible. He and his crew came to my house on time, installed a Tesla wall connector in about an hour. Their work was neat and beautiful. Besides the installation, Ted checked the main service panel and pointed out that a pair of power/ground wires for newly installed heat pump were not in proper gauge / amp rating. Thanks for catching this big mistake, Ted! You just helped me from getting into some potential safety hazards. The real deal, this guy gets the job done! A neighbor referred me to Chris. We got a new cooktop from Home Depot - and I wasn't ready to try (fry?) wiring it myself. Chris quoted me a reasonable price and showed where the main panel was (duh!) so he could safely do the work. He was done so quickly he went ahead and installed the new motion sensor front lights that had been sitting there for a month. Yeah, I could have done those myself, but who knows when I'd have gotten around to it? Now everytime I come home after dark I'm smiling and not stumbling up the steps. Another electrician quoted me $8,000 to replace the main panel at the side of my house. Apollo Electric came at 8AM (early actually), did a five minutes of diagnostics work at the panel, then tightened two screws that had probably just backed out over time. Power was completely restored to the house. I paid for only the flat cost of the visit. Highly recommend these guys; came highly recommended to me by a friend who had much more work done.
