When we bought our home 10 years ago, the home inspector told us the fireplace and chimney were unsafe. He took detailed photos and walked us through exactly what was wrong, why it mattered, and what would be required to fix it. His explanations were clear and confidence-inspiring, and he provided a detailed, fair estimate. Even better, they were able to start the work the following week. The project took five days and involved significant work. The team removed the old terracotta chimney liner, installed a new liner, and insulated it properly to ensure a strong, reliable draft. They also replaced the hot water heater exhaust liner, which had been incorrectly sized after our boiler was no longer venting through the chimney. In addition, they repaired deteriorating mortar, waterproofed the chimney, and performed extensive repairs to the firebox to ensure smoke transitions efficiently into the chimney. I asked them to come over here to fix my chimney. The chimney over the roof needed to be rebuilt. They rebuilt the chimney over a row of bad bricks on the bottom that already were broken. I told them the the bricks on the bottom were weak so they called their boss Carlos and he told me that I am a f...ing ...hole. Then he came to my property and wanted to hit me. I did not say anything to him but I yelled at him on the phone after he called me f...'ing ...hole. I had to call the police to get them off my property. He is an angry man. Seriousely, they might be cheap but he is exteremely angry and dangerous. DO NOT HIRE THEM! Now, my chimney is wide open and I have to find someone else to come here and correct their work before it rains. He says I provided a false review but it is not false at all. Now, he is being polite. He forgot when he wanted to hit me and called me all the bad words. He says "a good service is never free!" Your service was not a good service and I would pay you whatever was on your estimate. First you need to learn how to treat a customer, then do business. read more

We used Aragon Multi-Services to replace a brick chimney with a B-Vent pipe chimney. Carlos was prompt in his arrival for the estimate. He took a good look at the existing chimney and suggested that the chimney be replaced because it was in terrible condition. I appreciated the fact that he gave us options when we thought the first quote was quite high. We didn't receive options from other companies. The day of the work, Carlos arrived with his crew a little late but that was okay because they worked almost straight through until the job was completed. I had to make them take a lunch break. They did a great job with the installation of the B-Vent and the clean-up afterwards. I appreciated the fact that he was good enough to use some of the bricks that he removed on another project at the house. I was looking to get our chimney cleaned and found Aragon with good reviews and much more reasonable prices than the other companies. There was a bit of a wait to get an appointment (probably because December is a busy month for chimney cleaning), but I'm glad I waited. Carlos and Mauricio were great! They were on time and came and inspected to make sure it NEEDED cleaning before going ahead which I thought showed a great deal of integrity of the company. Since it needed cleaning, they brought in covers for the floor to protect the carpet from the front door to the chimney. They sealed around the fireplace before putting up the brush and vacuum. It probably took only 30 minutes, and when they left, the only sign they'd been there was the clean chimney! I'll definitely call again next year. Aragon Multi-Services is a top notch company. I contacted them to clean my free standing wood stove, and I was very pleased with their service. Carlos arrived to our house on time as promised. He was friendly, knowledgeable, clean and thorough. He meticulously cleaned the wood stove and the chimney on the roof of the house. I was impressed with the amount of time that he put into the job-almost ninety minutes which far exceeded the time put in by other chimney cleaning companies who I have used previously including "Priddy Clean," which was in and out of my house in less than 20 minutes. Carlos was far more thorough in his approach in comparison to the other companies; he even cleaned the glass on the door, which Priddy refused to do because they stated that it wasn't part of the job. Carlos and his crew were very careful and neat during the inspection and subsequent repairs. I have had Carlos work on a number of things at my home. He re-pointed and capped my chimney and repointed the inside of my fireplace. He also fully regrouted my bathroom, replaced my sink, replaced the tub and sink plumbing fixtures and a number of tiles. They also painted. Carlos came over to clean my chimney for my wood burning fireplace. The previous owners had not cleaned it in over 5 years! He came and needed an extra tool because of how dirty the chimney was and was nice enough to come back on a Sunday to do the work. He gave us a nice discount on it because it was unexpected. We just had part of our foundation re-stuccoed due to old, crumbling mortar. Carlos arrived and inspected the foundation and chimney and provided a detailed estimate with photos and explained the work and length of time it would take. We were very pleased with their service and they were able to come the next day to clean out our chimney/fireplace which was unusable due to the creosote build-up.
