Since we have been dealing with COVID-19 people are less likely to go into a restaurant. Also, with wearing a mask it is more challenging to tell the expression on the employee that is serving us. I went to Arby's drive through on the 7th of February and received GREAT service. This starts when you are at the ordering area and you are greeted by an employee. The gal that took my order sounded happy, friendly and was paying attention to what I wanted. When I got to the window I could tell that she was smiling even with a mask on! She was also soo friendly!! The outside of the business was clean and the order board was in good condition and had a clear speaker. I spoke with the manager (also friendly and welcoming) that told me the employee's name was RiRi. It is employees like this that help a business excel. The Arby's commercial was advertising a Smokehouse Mountain Burger so I decided to go try it, through the drive-thu. I've only been to Arby's twice before for their delicious sliders, but this burger really looked good. I accidentally ordered the regular Smokehouse and it was still plenty of food and I was happy. I signed up for Arby's coupons online and got a free roast beef sandwich. Yum. Total was $6, next time I'll order more carefully. The bread looked like a brioche bun with roasted meats, cheese, onion rings and tomato. I'll be back to try other menu items. read more

This is an Arby's, what you would expect. I dropped in on a Sunday night and they were not busy, but the staff was friendly and creating a fun atmosphere. They had a new sandwich, the Smokehouse Brisket. Don't know if it is only a temporary special or going to be added to the official menu. My Dad is a fan of "the place with all the meats" and this is his favorite location. I've been here with him a few times and each time we've been greeted by friendly employees and a clean restaurant. The test is whether or not the beverage counter is kept clean and it is! The tables are serviced as soon as customers leave, which ensures that the restaurant is always ready for the next wave. The drive-through, which I've used a time or two when surprising Dad with his favorite, is efficient and also has friendly people working it. So no complaints. Please keep up the great work. As usual, since this is fast food, I'm not reviewing the food itself. Arby's is great for curly fries, it's kind of okay for everything else. The Fire Roasted Philly sub tasted okay, but it wasn't particularly cheesy. If I held the city of Philadelphia in any regard whatsoever I'd say the sandwich was an insult to the name. It was an alright cheesesteak though. When I went the place was dead as hell, one other group in the place. Ordered to dine in, got my order in a to-go bag. Yes, I told them that I was dining in. Never a good start. As you can see from the photo, 1/3rd of my sandwich was bread. I actually don't think I got shortchanged, since the sandwich felt like it was the proper weight. However, it was just really... lazily done. I would have been fine with them not adding more meat/cheese/veggies if they bothered to take the time to make it look halfway decent. Everything about my experience just screamed lazy. Not paying attention to how the order was done, not bothering to make the presentation worth a damn for the sandwich, etc. It wasn't expensive, it tasted fine, but meh. read more

The worst service I have ever had! I went through the drive thru and ordered a 2 for $6 Beef and Cheese promotion. I asked if I could please not have bacon. The assistant manager Samantha told me that I would have to pay regular price $4.29 per sandwich if I didn't want bacon. I asked if it was already premixed with the cheese or the beef and Samantha said no. I asked them why she couldn't just not add it? I even said she'd be saving on food cost and it was against my religion to eat bacon. Samantha continued to argue with me explaining that this is what her GM specifically said! I finally conceded and just asked her if she could put it on the side! Again worth the attitude, FINE... I eventually cancelled my order and asked to speak to her manager. She said he General Managers name is John and after a back and forth a little more, she slammed the drive thru window and walked away. She literally spent over 7 minutes arguing with me however couldn't come up with the idea to just throw the damn bacon away and give me the sandwiches the way I wanted them? I won't be back... Previous experience/side note: Always had been a 5 star! I don't remember her name but there was a girl with tattoos and red hair that always made sure my food and experience was great! I'm not a fan of fast food under any circumstance. Call me a foodie snob. However, my adult son said that the newest promotion of 3 different types of Gyro's were really pretty good. So we relented. Place was clean and service was good. Hubby and I had the (regular) Gyro. However, I can't believe it was what you get in a Greek/Middle Eastern restaurant. It was thinly sliced juicy maybe beef, certainly didn't taste like lamb wrapped in a soft pita bread with onions and tomatoes. It was huge. The deal is you get two for 6 bucks. So all in all it filled us up and was OK. . Son that the turkey gyro and liked it. He has had it before. So he knew what he would be getting.Had the onion rings and was really tasty. Greasy and huge. A week ago I had the two for 5 bucks crispy fish sandwich. They were very good and the personal were fine... Today they were not on sale but I had one anyhow. The cashier spoke fast with her mout almost shut. I had to ask her 4 different times to repeat what she said. Then she badgered me twice to donate to some cause. If I am badgered I do not donate and it just made the ordering process longer. The sandwich appeared much faster than usual. Apparently it had been sitting on a shelf and they just nuked it a hit to warm it up. IT WAS NOT CRISPY!!!!!! I woyld describe it as a CHEWY FISH SANDWICH. This restaurant strives to make its customers happy. I ordered a blt that had burned bacon and the cashier Salil immediately made me a fresh one and brought it to me. You could tell that he genuinely cared and made a perfect sandwich instead of having the original cook make it. They do offer military discount here. You just have to ask. They do stay fairly busy during lunch but, it is worth stopping by. If you are unhappy with your meal allow them the chance to resolve. Be sure to order the Triple Thick Brown Sugar Bacon BLT. It is delicious. If the bacon is overcooked....let them know so they can get it fixed the correct way. The employees were friendly and kept the atmosphere less than boring. read more

My family enjoys eating at Arby's maybe once or twice a year. The location closest to us closed so it had been a while. We weren't wanting to heat up the kitchen so we got dinner here. The lady at the drive-thru was very polite and friendly. Our food was ready in a just a few minutes and was freshly prepared. The curly fries were fresh and great as always. My girls ham and cheddar melts were well received. Our only problem was the slicing of the roast beef on the other sandwiches. To my knowledge, the roast beef is sliced in house and usually is consistently nearly paper thin. This was sliced way too thick. I had trouble biting into mine because the meat was so thick and tough. Hopefully, the person who did the slicing that day was inexperienced and this was an isolated incident. The next time we want Arby's, in about 6 months or so, we'll definitely give this location another try. read more

the arbys roast beef jrs are good but I like to make them deluxe to add lettuce/tom/mayo and add a packet of the arby sauce! I kind of wish the price was a little better though. Occasionally I get the curly fries w/ranch to dip them in or potato cakes. The jamocha are the bomb and have been for years! I also love their $1 apple or cherry turnovers! Not the cheapest food but never disappoints. I once tried the brisket sandwich, yummy but too expensive for me. Then again it is better than spending that much on a crappy burger somewhere for just as much:) read more
