I moved to the area and needed to find a new go-to nail salon and came across Aria. It's very close to me and parking is very easy. This is probably the most hospitable location as they offer complimentary beverages and some times the staff hands out snacks. They're very vast and friendly and that's something that's very important when I'm looking for a salon on top of a good job. They're very affordable and clean and all the nail tech's are talented. read more

I took a break from this place due to poor service and unfortunately I was met with the same energy. Lack luster and dismissive. I really wanted to like this establishment again but this is the last time I'll be here. I'm also witnessing other patrons not receive proper service. Its neither a management or employee issue bc the energy is the same. I'd stay clear of place if you're looking for at the very least the bare minimum. While the actual work on my nails was well done, the pricing at this salon is completely misleading and, frankly, dishonest. I came in expecting to pay $38 for a fill-in, as clearly advertised. ($50 at most, since I did have one nail missing) Instead, I was charged $70, nearly double the listed price. They tacked on $8 for "long nails", which is baffling considering my nails were not long by any stretch of the imagination. On top of that, they charged $17 for gel NAIL POLISH, which is excessive, especially in today's economy where every dollar counts. I was genuinely happy with how my nails and feet turned out, and had they been upfront and fair with pricing, I would have gladly left a $15 tip, and more importantly, I would have returned as a regular customer. But the sneakiness of the upcharges left a bad taste in my mouth, and instead of a tip or repeat business, they've earned a one-star review. This is not how you build loyal clientele. It's how you lose good customers. To management: Do better. Be transparent, be fair, and stop trying to nickel and dime your customers through deceptive pricing. I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this nail salon to others. read more

I just had a terrible experience at this salon. The technician didn't trim around my nails properly and just applied a chemical instead. When I tried to wash my hands, they tried to trim again but couldn't do it right. Also, they filed the top of one nail so roughly that it's now full of scratches, and I didn't let them touch the other hand. read more

I got a LUXURY PEDICURE and could not be more disappointed with the service, the massage was sub par - she was just lightly rubbing the lotion in, the scrub was sh****, didn't exfoliate anything. So disappointed at my last visit. I asked for Julie because I remember what a great job she did before but I guess I got her in a bad day because she acted like she didn't want to do my nails and was annoyed she had to service me she was not friendly at all. I felt very rushed and uncomfortable to where I just wanted to get out. I wanted a design but after her tone and the way she acted I just said paint them a solid color. Despicable behavior from staff! Chris the manicure person. Rude! Nasty! Unprofessional. They make up prices and charge what they want! He man handled my hands, and spoke in his language in regards to me with peers near. I used my phone translator. He walked away once done and didn't say a word. Fine by me. I wanted a specific design (a heart) and the lady doing my nails could not do it, why attempt a design you know you can't do.. I asked multiple times for her to fix the side of my nail as it was uneven and she did not understand and after multiple attempts just left it as it looked at the start. I don't even know what to say about my thumbs. Overpriced in my opinion for what I got, and the time it took. I'd say find another nail place. read more

Anna is really good. If your looking for design and stuff, I wouldn't recommend. But if your looking for just something simple. Than I would recommend. I do want to say I've never walked out with a bill that's less than 90$. Usually I get a gel mani and pedi. Design is 15$ more It's hard to say if I would give it a 3 or 4. I've been going to Aria nail salon for almost 2,5 years. Very beautiful, cozy atmosphere. They offer water, wine and juices for their clients, which is cute. Their staff is polite, friendly and professional. Usually I do a deluxe pedi with the scrub and 10 minutes massage, which is amazing! You should try it, it worth every penny! read more

The place was very pretty, but the man who did my nails, Jason, who has many other bad reviews, cut me 2-3 times and almost ripped my thumb cuticles off. I felt very dizzy after he did this. He was so sweet, but perhaps he could be a little more gentle in the future. Be aware or you go. The people were lovely though. read more

I could cry! My mom treated me to a nail day. Monday. SOMEONE (wide side eye and love lol) in this group recommended Aria Nail Lounge. Well my moms gel toe nails chipped and my nails are already lifting. Aside from that I chipped the ends of my thumbs. My fault! I know. I call and asked if I can get a reshape? tell them exactly what I got ombré included, and they said $10-20. I get there today she says $35 per nail because it is gel with ombré powder. Wtf is even ombré powder? I told her I didn't want gel and she said she had to because she used ombré powder. She also said I could come back Sunday for the tech that did my nails to look because she knows the color powder she used. I told them I wouldn't mind if it was slightly different I just wanted them fixed to go out of town. She basically said no. She was telling the other tech about the color and brushing her hand as if to say she didn't want to pick the wrong color for my skin tone I get that but as customer I didn't care I picked the color and wanted it fixed. What I use to get and showed the technician a picture of use to be what I thought was done with regular acrylic dip powder I would get that but with white powder as well. That is what I wanted and should have stopped and asked but it has been so long. I feel they used that ombré and gel to upcharge. What is a basic acrylic manicure called now a days? I'm so confused. read more

If you are just starting out or looking to add sugaring to your menu line up I highly recommend her hands on class. Her class offers theory which clearly prepares you for the class as far as what to expect. Her demos are real models who are lined up back to back as if you were working your own studio so you know and understand the fluidity of running a professional business. Every time my technique was wrong she corrected me with patience and positive reinforcement to help guide me to better performance. Truly I cannot recommend a more professional and well versed individual for sugaring technique such as Olga. I was humbled and honored to be taught by her as she knows what she's doing, she explains everything very well and goes deep into the business aspect of running your sugaring business aside from all the hands on. Great tips all the way around from technique, to product placement, which products to use, different hair types, mapping, all in one course. She is also very responsive to messages and immediately gets back to you if you have any questions. I got a gel mani & gel pedi by Lee... SHE DID SUCH A GREAT JOB! I came in with really short nails after I took off my acrylic and filed them down my self. Lee was still able to give my nails a really perfect round shape with NO PAIN. She also left my toes looking perfect and exactly how I like them! And she's super fast too. Beautiful nail salon with great service :) the inside is so pretty, clean, nicely decorated. I got a gel manicure by Eva and basic pedicure by Halley. The were both very efficient and did a great job! The staff was kind and welcoming and you can tell a lot of regulars come here, with some clients greeting the staff with hugs. This review is difficult to write because I gave this salon multiple chances and truly wanted to support them as a Pasadena local, but what started as disappointment over birthday nails turned into concerns about sanitation, professionalism, pricing, and customer treatment. Please consider looking at the photos of my nails an hour after they were done. I initially overlooked things because there was one employee in particular who was very kind and I kept hoping my experience would improve. Unfortunately, after several visits, I began noticing issues that became impossible to ignore. I observed sanitation and maintenance concerns that made me uncomfortable, including openings in walls with exposed plumbing, tools appearing to be reused between clients without proper visible sanitization, and a communal nail brush in the bathroom that was later used during service. This raised hygiene concerns for me personally. My birthday appointment was the turning point. I specifically requested Serena. During removal, my nails chipped significantly and I felt the service was rushed. I requested nail strengthening treatment and a simple French tip, but the final result was thick and not what I had asked for. When I politely said I was unhappy with the outcome, the response immediately became uncomfortable. Cameras were repeatedly referenced even though I was simply discussing the result of my nails and not disputing what happened. I was told that whatever I chose next "better be right" because they did not want me returning unhappy later. The repeated references to surveillance felt unnecessary and unrelated to the issue I was trying to address. There were also concerns about pricing. The posted pricing showed removal and regular polish charges, however I was charged more than expected and left confused about the final total. The polish reportedly applied "free of charge" did not feel free when the overall bill had already increased. After payment there was little acknowledgment, no effort to resolve concerns, and the interaction felt abrupt. When my husband later tried to discuss the pricing and service concerns, the conversation escalated further. Cameras were referenced again, we were directed to contact the owner, a phone number provided was unreachable, and the situation became increasingly hostile rather than solution focused. At that point it stopped being about the money and became about customer treatment. I gave this place multiple chances because there were staff members I genuinely liked and wanted to support. Unfortunately, I left feeling dismissed, uncomfortable, and disappointed. I would encourage management to focus on professionalism, sanitation transparency, customer communication, and handling feedback without escalation. For those looking in Pasadena, I would personally recommend seeking a salon with clearer pricing, stronger customer service, and a cleaner environment.

There's plenty of parking, but it might be crowded due to nearby businesses (e.g., Food 4 Less). The inside is usually clean. For the few times I've been there, only one lady (Sally) has been there working. So depending on the time and day, you may be waiting more than what you expect. However, Sally is pretty efficient without sacrificing quality in her work. She pays attention to the details and usually follows through with what I ask of her. She takes her time and kept making sure that my eyebrows were balanced and the same shape. This took approximately 15min for my threading (eyebrow was $12 and upper lip was $6). It would be nice to have package/combo deals but I think they compensate for a stamp card system (if you go 9 times you get your last threading service for free). Convenient for those living in the area. Get your eyebrows done while you're out running errands.
