We went here to enjoy dinner for my "last night" before my 1st knee surgery. I had been here a couple times and it was always good. However, tonight was different. The service was amazing. Very attentive. The appetizer - Dolmathes were sooooo good. The drinks were spot on and those that were recommended complimented our meals perfectly. My Greek Salmon? OMG! I LOVED this salmon. The seasoning on it was so good. Honestly, I use this as the standard that other salmon should try to reach. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I am looking forward to the weather getting nicer so we can sit outside.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] ([[HIGHLIGHT]]Although, it seems like it might be a little loud out on the patio but I am still giving it a try.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]) [[HIGHLIGHT]]The inside is a little odd with one room in the middle of the whole dining room.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Hmm, I wish I had asked why? [[HIGHLIGHT]]Anyway, the ambiance is cozy and did I mention that the service was great? It was![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We will DEFINITELY be back. Salmon....mmmmmmmmmm.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Great, chic place.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I went for the Sunday breakfast buffet which is $20 from 9-1pm. Good parking. Full bar which is a plus. I wrongfully assumed it was a Greek breakfast buffet, but it's an American breakfast, but the rest of the menu is Greek. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Other than that, love the decor and the fact that they play sports on the tv.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Will be coming back, especially when the waitresses are bombshell beauty's. And the host is very attentive and pleasant also. Converses with the customers and even takes dishes, that's a leader.

I ordered the Taramusalada appetizer because I'd never tried it before. Sorry no picture! I really liked it. I'm into salty! The service was good and [[HIGHLIGHT]]the atmosphere was okay. Nothing "out of this world" here, but not bad[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]].

Enjoyed some tasty Greek food at this southwest city BLUE restaurant. Choices include some typical choices in this cuisine, but nicely prepared and delicious. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Quaint setting, comfortable and casual.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Ample appetizers to share and nice menu selection of Greek favorites. Small bar menu at lunch of sangrias.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant lights are dim inviting you into a calm space for a meal.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Their Greek Mediterranean options are always to expectations. This evening l enjoyed their famous Gyro sandwich. The service is present and the food did not take long.

Went to an early dinner for New Year's Eve. Susan our waitress has served us several times and is always very pleasant and accommodating. We always have shrimp saganoki as an appetizer, it is fabulous with the pita triangles, followed with the Greek blt and a fish sandwich, both with fries. 3 glasses of wine and soon on our way home to wait for the new year. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is quiet and comfortable and not crowded or loud that time of evening![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Relax and enjoy.

A nice place to enjoy a sit-down meal with family or friends. Located at an easy to find location on Hampton and Arsenal in South St. Louis. The serving staff has always been wonderful. The food is exceptional. Always fresh and flavorful.

Salmon croquettes were filling. I did expect my scrambled eggs with cheese to actually be cooked in. The cheese slice was placed on top & apparently the eggs weren't hot enough to melt the slice...I didn't like that; I mean who likes cold cheese? Service pleasant enough just a tad delayed. Price point decent. ~Christy

Family owned businesses with fantastic Greek food. The service was exceptional 10/10 would recommend to anyone!

The food is always good however, a bit overpriced for the area. My favorite is the gyro salad. Large portions!

Service was great and our server was attentive. Food was utterly terrible. Bland, overcooked, under proportioned.

Ordered the wings "trashed" it is not on the menu - you need to ask for this. The tangiest, crispiest wings with some heat and parmesan sprinkled on top. Absolutely delicious. We also ordered the burger med well and that was also juicy and full of flavor. Tasted like a homemade burger on the grill. Fries were also battered to perfection. Must try spot!!

We took the first table available, which happened to be in the middle of the entry way. It was a rather odd placement, but it beat having to wait! Our server was prompt and immediately gave us water and menus. Since it was late, I opted for something light and chose the blackened white fish that came with rice pilaf and veggies. Score for being healthy and fitting my macros without having to substitute. My boyfriend got the hot wings and a gyro salad, while his friend got the chicken kebabs and a salad. Their food came first while mine came later. I sampled a piece of the gyro meat and it was quite tasty but had a taco flavor, which I found odd considering we were at a Greek restaurant! My dish was good. It wasn't that blackened but it was still seasoned well and had great flavor. The vegetables were a bit basic and could have used more seasoning. Aside from that, the dish was a hit and our service was great. I'll for sure be back.

Parking is easy within a block or two. Outdoor, booth, and table seating is available. My husband had the gluten free pasta because it is also vegan, and no lie and true to form, it was delightful and light! The tomato sauce is Perfection: not too acidic, not too sweet, letting the grand yet humble tomato shine. I chose the puttanesca, one of my favorite traditional Italian pastas. I would order this again!! Had plenty for lunch the next day. Not to be left out: the toasted ravs and cannoli. I've had a few T-ravs since moving to StL, and these are excellent. The tomato sauce for dipping, once again, is a real treat. The cannolis? Precious, flaky, and dreamy. I ate one at our table and took the second bad boy home. FIRE.

The restaurant was packed on a Monday evening, so I'd recommend making a reservation if you're dining with a group. I stopped by without one and only had a short wait. It was also fun seeing the photos and memorabilia from when Guy Fieri featured the restaurant on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Service was friendly and quick. I started with the toasted ravioli, and while it was nicely fried, it didn't quite live up to the hype for me. It was basically deep-fried ravioli without much flavor on its own, though the marinara sauce helped. For my entrée, I ordered the Tutti Mare in garlic butter sauce, which I enjoyed much more. The seafood was cooked well, and the pasta was light and flavorful without feeling too heavy. Overall, I had a great meal and left completely full. Even though the toasted ravioli wasn't my favorite, I'd still recommend Anthonino's Taverna if you're looking for authentic Italian food in St. Louis!
