Jennifer was amazing! Never experienced this level of customer service from someone over the phone and in person. I was out of town on business and was calling multiple companies to find the right service. Once I talked to Jennifer...I stopped making calls. She was extremely helpful, professional, not aggressive at all, and very much interested in assisting me. When I went to the location to sign up for the services, she was equally upbeat and helpful and as people came in and out of the store, she literally knew everyone by first name and greeted them. If I could give this place a zero star, I would. I came in today to mail a package via UPS. The dimensions of the box were 16×12×8. When he measured it it was slightly over 16 inches since I did not compress the tape tight enough. He started measuring it as 17 inches which made the package jump up by $20. I explained to him that those were the measurements of the box. He proceeded to explain to me that he doesn't make the rules and that UPS will charge extra. Then I said can you just give me a quote on price for USPS. Then he told me that he thought it would be better if I just take it somewhere else. So I was very disappointed that he did not even want to take my business because of the fact that I was questioning why he was charging me more than the original dimensions of the box. I told him that I came to the store to support local businesses but yet he was sending me away when I was asking for A different quote. Mind you, this was the owner I was speaking to. Very disappointing, do yourself a favor and bring your business to UPS directly. read more

This incident happened back in 2013 and I have now closed my mail box with this horrible company (ASAP) and opened a new one at A local US Postal Service place. Much happier with them plus they now supply you with a physical address instead of a P.O box Address at the US Post Office. And their box fees are way cheaper then these Mom and pop middle men postal services. In the end the US Postal Service get your mail first then these shops like ASAP go there and pick up your mail from them, best thing to do is go through US Postal Instead and save more money on your box fees. Best advise here is to STAY FAR AWAY FROM ASAP- AMERICAN SHIP AND PACK! WORST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD WITH A POST OFFICE. I would put no stars if I had an option with this unprofessional business. The owner Richard is to old to understand proper business conduct, but claims to have been running this crap shop for 20 years. I had shipped two packages to this place showing it was received on the 25th of July yet nothing was in my box showing notice, I waited a day or so because I know it sometimes takes to sort through mail, come to today July 30, Still nothing. I contacted the person I bought the items for thinking it was and issue with them, but they sent a tracking number claiming it was shipped to the address I provided which was unfortunately this place. I then called American ship and pack, and stated I should have a package at there location, the manager stated she would look it up by the tracking number and find out what had happened, she then saw it was at the postal service on Hollywood way but they must of not of gave them the package, I said "ok, well wheres my package?" and she stated "I wouldn't have know your package was even missing until you called, I don't know where you package it? I was shocked on how this is how business is conducted there, I'm paying them to know where my package is, and here they are offering the same security I would have received if I just had it shipped to my resident address. I then spoke with Richard the owner who is still obviously stuck in the 1920's with his business ethics. He was informed of my situation but just blamed it on the post office stating "How would I know where your package it?" .What the fuck am I paying this place for?? I told Richard wow that show be your marketing tool for advertising your crappy company "Open a box with us, How will we know where you package is? This place is a joke I was asking Richard for some compensation for this inconvenience of me having to track down my packages which was there job to make sure I receive it. I asked for a couple months free on my box for this. Richard said "No, we don't do that. It wasn't our fault" This is the exact words that came out this mans mouth, he just tells me " We're going to try and find your package, but this has nothing to do with our business". I couldn't believe my ears, because it has everything to do with you business because now your losing a customer due to your lack of business ethics. Any true owner takes responsibility for the actions occurred and stated they will fix it and offer something to keep the customers happy, Obviously Richard is still stuck in the times where tumble weed and guns shots blazed in the streets to even have a clue to conduct business in 2013! DO NOT OPEN A BOX WITH THIS BUSINESS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. read more

Very slow to help me, even though they weren't busy (interrupted helping me when they finally got to it by taking a call and chatting for a long time) then their prices were literally 4X more expensive than where it ended up shipping the package after their astronomical quote. read more
