It felt like hanging out with friends instead of moving, but that doesn't mean that they didn't bust their humps from the second. They showed up until the end. it was a long move. We had a lot of boxes and we had stairs on both and we moved 50 miles away in Los Angeles. They never took a break. They were grateful for us for doing small things like sandwiches and donuts. They took exceptional, and I mean, exceptional care of every single item. I have moved a lot and I have had a lot of bad moving experiences or just boring. Nothing bad nothing good happened but these guys really made the experience great! And the thing is, we were so exhausted by the time they showed up on that Sunday morning they came and they just made us feel so relaxed and put us at ease that everything was gonna work out and it was just great. I was actually sad to see them go. I cannot recommend them enough! Professional, courteous, careful, thoughtful, thorough, exceptional service! and the lead on the job, Jose texted us after to make sure that everything went OK I've never had that kind of service. They also turned on our televisions on both sides just to make sure that they were OK and that they worked and I really love that. It shows that they go the extra mile. They really care and that's the best part! They do what they love and it shows.

When I first made my move in between cities in SoCal, we found Prodigy through Yelp and we were very glad we use them. Because we had such a good experience when we made another move a few years later we reached out to them again. Due to unforeseen circumstances, our move out date and packing dates had to be changed multiple times, but Iliya worked with us patiently to help find us a crew within just a few days that was able to move us out efficiently and conveniently. Carlos and his moving crew were superb and worked quickly, with a positive attitude, and were willing to accommodate a lot of our requests. If we move again in the future we would definitely be reaching out to Prodigy again.

Iliya, the operations manager, was very knowledgeable and communicative throughout the entire moving process. Carlos was the foreman on moving day and ran a tight ship with his team. Everyone knew their roles and worked hard throughout the day to make it a pleasant moving experience. My furniture was delivered the following morning, and the team lead that day was Leo. His team did a fantastic job as well. I have a special shout-out for Lalo. This guy was amazing and made my overall moving experience over the top. He made sure my wife and I were 150% satisfied. Our furniture was placed exactly where we wanted it, and he maintained a positive and professional demeanor throughout the entire day. Everyone I encountered from Prodigy was exceptional. However, when the movers arrived, they immediately demanded cash up front and refused to provide any services unless payment was made on the spot. This directly contradicted the prior agreement. After loading the couches, they demanded an additional $100 that had never been disclosed or authorized. The situation felt coercive and inappropriate. In addition to the payment dispute, the movers caused multiple damages: * One of the couches was damaged. * The garage door was damaged. * A component of the security system on the back door was broken. Furthermore, one of the workers raised his voice and yelled at my wife and daughter. This behavior is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. When I contacted the company to request information regarding their insurance coverage for the damages, they refused to provide any details. This company demonstrated a serious lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect. I strongly advise others to proceed with caution.
