Sad day. I've been coming to this place since they had their grand opening. They have recently been changing ingredients. Last month, i ordered Mongolian beef. A bit disappointed that he had told me it would be spicier due to new chili oil he purchased and it wasn't. I just figured I'd order other things now that i also enjoy on his menu next time. This time i ordered the pad thai. This is something I've ordered several times and liked better than what they serve at the Thai place a couple doors down. It was hideous. The sauce was not like any pad thai sauce. They had soggy basil throughout which overwhelmed the dish and made it inedible. And to top it off, the peanuts were over grounded it was like almond meal Trying to be a good customer knowing he was super busy (waited an extra 20 on top of the 25 i already waited) and it was near close, i just used the chat feature from Google to tell him if my displeasure. He didn't offer anything so i asked directly for a credit. He offered a 20% discount. Considering i could only eat the shrimp and none of the noodles which consist of 80% of the dish, i find this unacceptable. I've been loyal. It all comes down to customer service. I had another fav spot, but it was further away. Guess I'll be traveling for my take out from now on. read more

And they first open this restaurant the food was good but little by little we been having bad experiences. Last night was the last straw. My food was disgusting I ordered lemon chicken and sesame chicken worst decision ever! The lemon chincken as soon as I opened it smelled like a dead bird and the sesame chicken was super dry. Just had our second take out meal from here. It was ready quickly and packed very well to keep it hot until I got home. The portions were more than ample and delicious! I had the garlic shrimp and was hard pressed to eat all the large shrimp that came in it. I saved the vegetable and rice for dinner tomorrow. Easily two meals. I ordered food a few days ago around closing time and they called me and told me my food was ready even after they were closed and the food was amazing. Compared to golden China the rice was delicious and not greasy. I will definitely be ordering again the prices are so cheap! Ordered the orange beef.It is supposed to be like a sliced flank steak.It was round.When I tasted it ..it was like a very tender meat with no flavor.When I cut it open ...it looked like a fibrous piece of ????? I was looking forward to trying this place due to the yelp reviews. We ordered three entrées for takeout but when we got home, I realized the fried rice was not in the bag. We called to inform them there was a missing item and they became very argumentative and refused to acknowledge there could have been a mistake. They didn't want to give us the rice we were missing but we came back anyway only to have them refuse me service, demanded our whole order back, waved the receipt in my face, and refunded our money. Received a flyer on our door about two weeks ago. Wanted to order in. Easily ordered through their website around 7pm and they were here within 20 minutes! Food was still warm and seemed fresh. The egg drop soup was delicious! Everything was actually. We also got the beef broccoli dinner special which came with the soup, pork fried rice, and spring rolls (or choice or pork roll), and teriyaki beef sticks. I honestly don't have one single complaint about the food or service. The delivery guy was prompt and very thankful of our business. This will continue to be our go to stop. I was in the area and I been wanting egg rolls. I get disappointed with most places because eggs rolls are just fried wraps and the inside is all smush vegetables, that just doesn't taste good. I walked it a just wanted to order an egg roll and saw they were reasonable and I ordered two. Omg these have been the best egg rolls I have tried in a long time. I wished I had ordered more. You can tell it is a family owned business as soon as you walk in. Which I love because the staff is usually way nicer. I first tried this restaurant through post mates hubby and I tried the beef and broccoli and the chicken teriyaki bowl. Food was amazing and still hot when we got it. The food was so good here it is not even a week later and I want more. I called in my order and went to pick it up so my encounter inside was quick one but good. Very friendly welcome. The inside was small maybe a couple tables which is fine with me. I've already made plans with a girlfriend of mine next week to dine in. I'll be a regular customer for sure.
