Just need to give them the ingredients on a plate & sauces of your choice. I loved everything except the chicken items. They were way too salty, especially the pepper chicken & hibachi chicken. But chicken satay was soft & yum! It was super busy so servers were a little slow. I saw on TikTok that Asian Delight Buffet in Raleigh had crab legs, so I had to check it out. The reviews were really mixed, with some people saying only the seafood was good, but honestly, everything I tried was solid, especially for a buffet. My server was friendly and attentive, even though it was really busy. It's not a big restaurant so it fills up quickly. I went on a Sunday evening and it was packed. They don't have as wide of a selection as some other Asian buffets I've been to, but it felt intentional. The food trays were constantly being refilled, and the staff were on top of it. Regrettably everyone, this review will be totally different from the one that was written by me 3 months ago. Since learning of this all you can eat buffet restaurant offering crablegs (my specialty) and it's other delicious food in February 2026, I have visited this location at least once a week if possible, and I think maybe one time twice. I have referred many now customers here as well as visiting myself with people. I had never had a problem there and have always enjoyed my experiences here until recently, on Wednesday, June 24th. It was unbelievable!! After working, I decided to drive the usual 40 miles from home to Raleigh to enjoy a dinner at my new favorite restaurant, Asian Delight Buffet. I think my arrival was around 4:45 pm. Mind you that dinner buffet with the Crablegs's began at 3:30pm on Monday-Friday. Upon arriving I was seated by the hostess in the section that I love, in the center. Being a senior citizen with knee and some heart issues, I want to walk as little as possible to get food. (smile). I also usually like to sit at a particular table whenever it is available. (Smile). On June 24th, when I arrived, an employee was sitting at the table eating that everyone knows I like. Of course, I was then asked where I wanted to sit in the area and I told her.. Okay, so now I am seated with my Dr. Pepper and it's time to eat. I, as usual look for crablegs first but there are none available at the moment which is not a problem for me. I then go to the hibachi and get some grilled shrimp only for my pasta. Then some crablegs arrive. I go to get some and keep in mind, they only bring one pan out at a time of them so unless you are in the first few people in line, you are out of luck this trip. Also, when I am getting crablegs, if there is a line, I try to be considerate of others waiting for some. Therefore; you may have to wait quite often for the crablegs to be replenished. I never have a problem with that for I am usually not in a hurry when I go here. I sometimes talk with other diners and have occasionally happen to run into customers that I have referred there. Well, lo and behold, on this day, not an extremely busy Wednesday afternoon, the lady hostess comes up to me while I am getting some crablegs and starts fussing. She tells me that there is a 2 hour limit and that I had been there longer. She continued to say that I always come and get the big crablegs and leave the small, she mentioned that I always want to sit at the same table, that the employee was sitting at that day.. well, I never expected the employee to vacate that table for me nor would I have asked anyone to do so. She also said I come late all the time and always during the week. Please help me understand that, I come during the week to avoid the Saturday and Sunday crowds. Who is she to tell me when to come as long as I arrive during their business hours? Is that ridiculous or what? This woman followed me back to my table and we began to go back and forth at each other because now I am hurt and sick of her. She was so awful and ridiculous to the point that she was drawing the attention of some of the diners. A couple dining with a child came over to ask me if I was alright and what was going on. I was explaining to the lady but the hostess was so determined to get her point across that she rushed back over with her phone, to show us where she pulled up on the website I guess it was, the two hour limit policy.. She told them that I had been there over two hours. Please understand, I would never be there anytime for 2 hours if they were busy and needed seating. Also, I definitely can't eat continuously for 2 hours . I on this particular day was talking to others in between eating and waiting for crablegs, I was drinking hot water with my crystal light in it to stay warm as I tend to get cold easily. The hostess also said to the concerned couple that I come once a week, sometimes twice a week. The couple questioned why that would be a problem. They also let her know that crab legs aren't available all the time on the bar and should be if you have a time limit for people, noting that crab legs weren't available when they first came in. She was asked by one of the young ladies if she time every customer that comes in or if she is singling me out. Now this definitely was not the end of her unprofessional and rude behavior. Believe me,, she said more.... I asked for contact information for the owner while still there but it was refused. I even called back to the restaurant when I arrived home and left my name and phone number asking that it be given to the owner for him to call me but I have not heard back from anyone yet. Probably did not get it. This review is to in no way have a negative impact on the food. It's still great!!! I am hoping to get to speak with the owner soon to see what his view is on what happened in his/her restaurant to me on June 24, 2026. Thank you read more

Food was decent but soon as i got home, i threw it up. All i could smell was the general tso chicken. just disgusting. they need to lower prices or get better quality. also plantains aren't fried bananas... please label your food correctly. read more

The crab legs were over cooked. They don't have crackers setting out. I don't believe we will ever come during the dinner hours. Service was good and did provide a cracker when requested, but the legs were so over cooked it really didn't make much difference. read more

The customer service is really bad the manager seemed kinder then my server. I went about a month ago. My server checked on people who came after us so many times and refilled their drinks a lot and would go to pickup the plates they had multiple times. In fact they would get 6 plates at a time and they appeared to be a couple. My mother came with me and she's pregnant so I would get her a plate and myself 1 at a time. The women who served us never once refilled our drink. We were there about 2 hours and only came to take our plates when she brought the receipt out. It's unfair I've worked as a server before and I seen she only had our table plus the other one that was all. The food is good but I wouldn't recommend going if you are muslim and black. read more

All the food was cold even under hot plates, whole time we were there no crab legs were restocked which was the one of the things we drove an hour to come try, cause we seen the viral tiktok video and thought it would be super good, sadly very wrong, $43 later definitely won't come back, waste of trip n money, might as well call the sweet tea water cause that won't no steeped tea. Chicken taste good flavor wise but cmon how you gonna restock the chicken that's not even warm, like it's been sitting waiting to be restocked. This is a newly opened Chinese Buffet that serves food that you will see at other Chinese buffets. I am not sure why that fact has surprised the previous reviewer??! Most Chinese buffets in the U.S. served Americanized- faux Chinese food, which in my opinion, is delicious. My food was hot and everything I tried was delicious. Friendly staff. This area desperately needed a Chinese buffet because the the vast majority closed down years ago and the lackluster Hibachi buffet chain is what we have been stuck with. I came to this buffet to try this place out. Unfortunately it was a disappointment. Most of the food at the buffet were cold like is been out for a while. The selections were normal nothing different from a Chinese restaurant buffet place. The staff is friendly and attentive and the only thing I like from there was the chicken wings. The sweet plantains it seems like they added sugar to it which I don't know why since they are sweet already. We had lunch on a weekday and used a coupon that said "Free iced tea with purchase of lunch dine in buffet." We ordered the dine in buffet but were not given the iced tea. I asked for it, but was told that it was not free with my dine in buffet. Why not? No explanation. Apart from that the food was OK but not the best. As they had just opened for the day you might think everything should be hot and ready. But even though I could see the steam, some of the foods were only lukewarm. Wasn't good but wasn't awful. Just your standard buffet. Drove an hour for crab legs but wasn't worth it. They had no crackers to open them. I'm going to be as honest possible here. Nothing at this restaurant is going to be super unique or amazing. HOWEVER, 17$ for all you can eat crab legs AND an Asian buffet is a steal. It's clean, quieter than most buffets, and the service is friendly. For what it is, it's pretty great. I totally recommend if you need a cheap crab leg fix or want some decent sesame chicken and udon. read more
