    I went in to Replace my old 10 pro iphone for the new 13 pro. The deal was too good to pass up. Derek (a nice gentlemen) assisted with the transaction. Everything was fine until I got home and noticed that my Original charger cable from my BRAND NEW Iphone was missing/taken. The only person in contact with my phone was Derek. He even upsold me 2 new chargers to replace the 1 taken from my NEW BOX and the other as a replacement. The reason given for the double up-sale was said to be because the new cable was NEEDED and no other cable would do. Complete BS. I have plenty of cables that will charge my phone. What I am missing is my ORIGINAL LIGHTING CABLE that was supposed to be in my NEW IPHONE BOX. For that dishonestly and lack of loyalty to me the customer you deserve this review. Make sure your cable is not taken from your new purchase.

It is best to make an appointment just in case, but the wait here is less than ten minutes. We were here to get a new cable box since ours was over six years old and had stopped receiving service. Our service person, Olivia, was also able to reduce our overall service bill by a third of what we were paying. This was accomplished by adding a secondary e-sim to my phone, which added a second separate telephone number and line. I will read the fine print for this deal as it may be more costly. The second phone number is free for a year, but I will be charged $30 per month should I decide to keep the new phone line and number after the initial year. The new box worked great once we got home.

I came in to upgrade my phone and was assisted by Simon. The very first thing he said to me was not "Hi" or "How are you?" but instead "Let me ask you a question. Is your iPhone working fine? If it works fine, then what's the point of upgrading if the new one is coming out in 2.5 months anyway?". I immediately felt judged and uncomfortable. I explained that I personally didn't care about the next phone release and still wanted to upgrade. From there, the interaction only got worse. Simon barely spoke throughout the process and explained almost nothing to me. He charged my card without first explaining what the charges were, what the monthly payments would be, or reviewing any terms and conditions. I had to ask afterward just to understand what I had been charged for. He also transferred the eSIM to the new phone without informing me beforehand and did not assist with setting up the device at all. Instead, he handed me the phone after setting it up incorrectly. None of my backed-up data had transferred, meaning I now have to completely erase the phone and restart the setup process from scratch. When I asked for help, I was told I had to do it on my own. Every other time I've upgraded a phone at Spectrum, associates have always helped with setup and data transfer, so this was incredibly frustrating. As I'm writing this, I'm sitting in my car using my new phone's hotspot just to access basic information because my contacts, apps, and data are unavailable until I can get home and connect to Wi-Fi to redo the entire setup process myself. Side note- Simon repeatedly wiped his nose with his hands throughout the interaction and continued touching my new phone afterward, super uncomfortable. The other associate that was there who was a lady seemed very pleasant and friendly, I can imagine my experience wouldn't have been so abysmal if i was helped by her instead.

I agreed and said I would come in on the 8th. A few days later, I messaged to reschedule to the 15th. The owner replied on Yelp that it was fine. On the morning of the 15th, I texted my arrival time a few hours in advance, to which he never replied. I arrived at the shop with my laptop, and the employee working said there was no order for me, which was confusing because the owner had been so communicative. He said he would order the part and it would be there later that week and I agreed to come back. I got a text confirmation with my order number and everything. Fast forward a week and a half: silence. Nothing. I replied to the order confirmation text asking if it had arrived, and I don't know if it went through or not, but it's just weird they wouldn't have the part by now or some kind of update. I gave up, bought a kit on Amazon for $35, and installed it myself in 10 minutes. I don't know where this project fell apart, but if the shop didn't want to take it on, they could have declined it. I'm just confused by lack of follow-through because they have so many good reviews, and I thought I had done everything I could, both in person and online, to confirm I wanted the service.
