One bite out of everything you can just taste how fresh these were made and you can feel how these were made with love~ A pretty good amount of seating but it does get busy so it will take awhile to get a seat. The ambiance was nice, simple, and clean! Only downside is that there is always too many people waiting in line to get their hands on these inari sushi. Once they are busy they will be sold out of their inari sushi(It happened to me before when I came around the evening they were all sold out of everything!). They explained that if we proceeded with a second order, they would cancel our first order. We asked if we could just order 4 more pieces for my husband and I, otherwise we would have to go to a second restaurant for our dinner. The answer was no. It was 4:15 PM, so off-peak and outside the usual dinner rush. Posting this policy clearly visible from the street, at the entrance, and on Yelp could be helpful. Very small ship with probably 15 seats approximately. But you can definitely take out their sushi. So I'll start with my favorite one which is the eel. The eel feels very fresh. Cooked properly and sauced properly. It matches amazingly well as an Inari sushi. First time trying it this way. Second favorite was the salted lemon salmon. The lemon and salt really enhances the salmon which had been seared. Perfect combo as an Inari sushi. Third favorite was the regular salmon. I think it had some mayo inside for sauce. Their salmon is so fresh and the flavor was great. My 4th favorite was the spicy tuna. Mind you is VERY spicy. They don't get shy with the Sriracha. Kinda overpowering imo. My least favorite was the ginger tuna. I couldn't tell if there was ginger in it because there was no ginger taste. Just the sweet sauce they use only. The tuna was fresh. I just wish the ginger actually stood out. But it wasn't bad. Just disappointed. Overall though the flavor were better than expected and the fish was super fresh. The employee grabbed my kitchen receipt, asked and wrote down my name, then informed me that it would take 20 to 25 minutes. When I returned to pick up the food later, I overheard that the wait time then was 40 minutes! I would highly suggest to visit them early to avoid long wait time. Now, about the food. I was disappointed with the Garlic Butter Crab and Myungran Crab because they tasted very similar. I couldn't really tell the difference -- the hint of butter and garlic was nowhere to be found. The food was ready fast, it was neatly presented and it was delicious. We ordered 3 for each of us. I thought 2 would have been fine, but my bf said he could have eaten about 4 more. The salmon was my favorite! The bathroom was clean, as was the rest of the restaurant. The restaurant it'd has tables and bar seating. When I went, it was pretty full, but by the time our food was ready, a table had cleared up. My only complaint is that the stool/chairs they have for the bar aren't very comfortable, so definitely opt for the tables if you can. The free lollipops are fun along with the water station, and self grab utensils are really nice touch. I would recommend this place and will be going back to try more flavors soon. read more

Overall our experience was good. The restaurant is super minimalist and plain inside with limited table seating and plentiful bar seating. We placed our order right away at a tablet and there was a worker there to guide us just in case which was very nice although we were able to navigate just fine. I was surprised at how good the service was since usually I feel like at these types of restaurants it's more hands off/independent through ordering yourself on a tablet, walking to get your food and bussing your own table. However, there was a server bringing the food out who took initiative to make sure we had everything we needed and not just disappearing. We got the Lemon Pepper Salmon: it was sweet with a smoky flavor from the sear. The seasoning was great. The Fresh salmon was very mild and like the name, tasted fresh with good flavor. The rice underneath tasted like there was a hint of mayo so if you hate mayo, beware. The Bulgogi was smokey and sweet but definitely not as much protein compared to the fish based ones we got. Every component of the bulgogi one tasted sweeter than the Lemon pepper one such as the tofu skin, rice, and meat. One thing we noticed was that our portions seemed slightly smaller than everyone around us and I dont know if that's just coincidence or something since also in reviews they looked bigger. Overall I wouldn't necessarily become a regular, but if I was in the area and needed a quick snack I would come back. I would much rather spend my $5 on this rather than a mediocre burger. read more

I thought all the toppings were fairly pretty good but my issue with this place is they put a creamy sauce layer in between the protein and the rice, making the rice wet and fall apart. It also looks like some sort of mayo to me which I don't enjoy at all, I wish this was listed somewhere on the menu because it's not very typical and I wouldn't have even thought to ask about it, had I know I would've opted out for this sauce on all of the yubus.
