I had Micheal come out and give us an estimate. He did a great job and we decide to go with this company over the other two. Their price was higher but we thought worth it. Then after a delay getting contract out, they call and say they are rejecting the job. When I asked why, David called and gave a reason that the 3rd party asbestos company raised their price. I then offered to pay the difference and was willing to work with them. David then went into other reasons to not do the job. This guy seems dishonest and shady which is hard to believe with the reviews here. I wouldn't waste your time because they have too much business or want to overcharge. read more

They communicated very well and their quoted price was fair. Once we selected the date of service, they communicated when they were planning on coming, and when they were on their way. My house has had rodent issues for 1-2 years and I just realized that after going up my attic while checking my cable wiring and found tons of droppings over the insulation. Shortly after I reached out to a few companies for quote in addressing this issue. After getting quotes from a few companies I decided to go with Attic Bros as their quote seems most reasonable among all. Plus Eric who came by to give the quote is a great guy. Things went a slight downturn from there as they had to change my first two appointments (I made arrangement to stay home during those periods) due to sickness of the worker and their truck had an accident plus the communication was poor as there was no proactive communication about these until we called after not seeing anyone coming during the designated time. As this was the first two appointments, I became increasing skeptical about the company. After the second event I raised my disappointment to the manager Joey. He apologized and promised to make things right. He went out of his way personally to drop by my place on the same day as the second appointment and took care of any work needed. After the 2nd appointment it took a couple more appointments to really eradicate the rodent issue. Everyone came on time for those appointments and did a great job. I wanna specifically call out Carol who did a great job with rodent proofing and the final sanitation. To get some peace of mind I also purchased 5 year warranty which Eric promised to repeat the same work they did this time around if any rodent issue happens again (which they are confident it won't as they stood behind the quality of their rodent proofing work). Overall I'm happy with the fact the business is committed to make things better for customers. And really took care of the rodent issue on my attic. Rodents in the attic lead me to the guys of Attic Bros. Due to the damage done, I put the guys to work. Not only did I need to rodent proof my house, I also needed to re-insulate the attic. Isaac and his team made sure to walk around the house with me and pointed out the most vulnerable entry points into my attic to reassure me they were going to seal it off. Additionally, they made sure that the two day process wasn't going to interfere with the cleanliness of the rest of the house. The house was always maintained well. And while I had them working up there, I decided to switch out the furnace because winter was coming and I no longer wanted to live without a heater. Just moved to the area and needed the air ducts of my new home cleaned. I knew the house was in disrepair but when we saw the "after" of what was in the machine when they were done.... Wow! And yuck! This company is one of the best I have done business with they came out for the estimate and explained to me each step of what they were going to do. Carlos and his wonderful crew just finished cleaning and sanitizing our attic and crawl space as well as insulating our entire attic. They came in and got right to work. They first encapsulated all areas with plastic sheeting to prevent debris from getting into the rest of our home. They then suited up and got right to work efficiently and thoroughly. After the job was completed Carlos's crew removed all debris and even cleaned our porch to keep the wind from re-depositing the dirt. Excellent service! We were very happy with our experience with Attic Bros. The first step was an inspection and estimate. Michael came out to visit the house and was very thorough, detailed, and transparent in his explanation of the steps that needed to be taken to fix our infestation problem. Even though the actual inspection only took 20-30 minutes, he and I chatted for another good 30-45 minutes discussing the project. He was willing to answer every question I had. We had received new roofs at our Condo complex. Knowing what a mess it created in our garage I felt the attic needed to be cleaned. It had not been cleaned since 1974 when we bought it new. Ori came to give us the initial walk through and estimate and he was just wonderful. We felt the estimate was very reasonable. Our attic had not had its insulation changed since the 80s. It was pretty disgusting I wish I could share photos but the amazing before and after photos on their website give a good idea of what our attic looked like. We had been having a rat issue in our attic for close to a year and finally decided that our traps and the random dead rat wasn't working. We needed to find the entrance and get it closed up. I called 3 different companies and decided that eric seemed the most knowledgeable and sincere of the 3 and the price, although not cheap, was in the ball park of the others. The 5 year warranty was a huge selling point and looking at reviews it seems like they honor it. We had Abraham and pedro finish up taking out the insulation, rat proofing, disinfecting. They were polite and hardworking. Pedro showed me pictures of the finished attic and it looked great. He put in a few traps to catch any remaining rats. He said that they could come back and check the traps which they did. My wife and I went up in the attic later that night to check out the work. It looked good, as the pictures had shown. We added a few more traps as I could still hear some activity. By the next 3 days we had caught 5 rats in the traps. For the last few days I have not heard any activity so we are hoping that they were able to find all the openings and have closed them all. I will call now for them to put in the new installation. I called Attic Bros late April to get to the bottom of a leaking situation in my roof following a hard rain. I had met with another attic appraiser who shall remain nameless. Upon first glance, I thought id be given the runaround and be sent off to another roofing agent to would then tell me the issue was with my insulation, as i had previously assessed. Attic Bros sent over the young professional Joseph to take a look at ground zero. Within an hour, he sussed out the cause of the holy situation in my attic was attributed to a set/family of squirrels that were actually finding some housing in my materials. I had always suspected such, but never had and inkling as the three other companies i had called simply defered me to roofers.
