Update They didn't left me any messages about my experience of course. Instead they called and told me that there's an urgent safety recall on my car and I need to come to fix it asap. So I did. I booked an appointment, was on time, waited for 15 minutes of course because the only manager was on a call. When they finally found time for me they told that it's not an actual Audi recall. They just wanted to offer me this motion for Audi service that tracks your car's location. And funny thing is that I already have this service for more than a year. And at this point I already know what to expect from these people, and I'm just quietly telling this lady that it took me 20 minutes to get there, 15 min wait, and 20 to get back home. That they wasted an hour of my time just to try to sell me a subscription that I already have. And I see in her eyes that she doesn't care. She's just waiting when I leave the moment she learned that I have this service, she lost any interest. Yeah, someone very special manages this dealership because people don't do this kind of stuff. Notice that all/most of the compliments on here are for the Sales Organization. Few mention how great the service department, as a matter of fact, if you read through the reviews you will understand that the service department here sucks. From check-in (30 minutes after appointment) because we had to stand in a "line" due to Covid, yet they walk right up to and around you to get in and out of the door... (Yah, this is safe.) even comes around the "safety glass" to explain the work they will supposedly do. One of the service writers is simply uncool. I have had to deal with this guy twice so far and every time I am reminded why I dislike him. I'd rather take my Audi to Honda for better service. Now, I own a TTRS and a Q3. They can't even work on the RS unless the single tech that is authorized to work on it is in that day. Unfortunately I was scheduled on a day that the tech was off. So, we drove over to the dealer service only to find that the tech was off, which pretty much ruined our day plans because again.... Slow ass service and clueless on scheduling for even their own employees schedules and if there is a failure to be able to perform the service, the least you could have done was call and saved your "valued customer" the unnecessary drive and time. I was told once onsite I'd have to come back another day EVEN though I had an appointment already. I will NEVER let anyone here touch my RS. Check out Audi in Palo Alto, It's a bit of a lovely drive across the bay, but at least you will get good service, treated like an Audi Customer and not feel like just another number for the service shop to deal with. Really... Aweful experience! Trying to see the new Q8 etron and made an appointment with Jose. He showed up 10mins late, no introduction to the vehicle, no introduction on how different buttons work. Only pull out the vehicle, sit at back and ask me turn AC to max. After test drive, I would like to know more aboit package details, leasing terms and details and downpayment etc. But his first question to me is, " Are you goingto buy the car today?" I said "Not yet, I still have some questions and maybe you can help with them". After heard I'm not buying it today, he left and have another guy came and told us they are super busy, and if I don't plan to buy it today, they will serve other customers instead. And I can go to Audi website for my questions. I was absolutely shocked, this is not a cheap car, is there anything I did wrong to know more about thr item before purchase? If I know everything before coming to dealership,what's the point of your job? There is no customer service AT ALL! Not the worst experience but not the greatest. I came in to test drive a couple of their used vehicles. I wanted to meet with the person I spoke with on the phone, unfortunately; she was busy with another client. No problem, I thought I would wait for her. Then, someone else comes along to help me, but he was the most boring salesmen ever. I asked a couple of questions to get a feel for his personality and his style of customer service, or lack thereof. I could tell all he wanted to do is go through the process and make a deal. I get it straight to the point, but where is that salesmanship personality that I notice from other dealerships? I swear he probably needed coffee or something. So I test drove the car by myself because COVID. (That was a weird experience). When I came back, I was enthusiastic about it I was ready to ask some questions. I walked up to his desk told him about my drive, and his response was, "oh that's good. Do you want my car?" Well with him, not anymore. I thought how do I get out of this situation without being awkward? I didn't think of anything clever, so I made it awkward and confusing. He politely asks, "do you need a moment to think about it?" I said sure and walked out the instance he left his desk. In conclusion, if you're gonna sell a car, put some flare to your zing. Very disappointed. My husband and I leased a car 2 months ago. We paid for a couple extra services and we were promised a loaner car because we would be out of a car for a week. Fast forward two months, we *finally* got an appointment and when we went to drop off the car-- the sales manager Yohan H. -- told us we were liars and he never agreed to giving us a loaner. He made a scene in front of everyone and this was the most unprofessional sales experience I've ever dealt with in my life. For a high end e-tron spending that much, you would expect a little knowledge of customer service, a little empathy, a little anything really. I also complained with an email to Audi and he told me "I got the email and there's nobody higher than me". He didn't even bother to respond. I feel scammed and horrified to ever go back here. The way I was spoken to was unacceptable. Stay away from this place. Ismael D-- the guy we dealt with at service was very nice and empathetic. Then, last year I looked at the new Q4. I placed an order with a non-refundable deposit and waited. Finally, a few weeks ago I was connected to Nick Y who specializes in the eTron products. He has been very responsive as I either call or show with a list of questions. He will do a face time or a Zoom call if you need even more help understanding your vehicle. The service department is amazing and knowledgeable too. I got my Q4 2 weeks ago as the sales manager found a car which matched my requirements at another dealer. Intrigued and hopeful to test drive this auto I called and talked to Mr. Waid who cordially booked an appointment the next day. We were immediately struck by his integrity to explain the car's lease history and to confirm the features during our test drive. As this sale was to be made to my son, Mr. Waid and Frank prepared all the necessary paperwork and set aside the car -- a high class expensive layaway --for my son to arrive from LA to sign the paperwork and drive away. All in all a very professional experience with Mr. Waid and the whole staff were willing to chip in. Extremely rude and unprofessional! Here is the thing: We went to Livermore and tried to get a better offer on an A4. The sales manager Larry Liu took a look at our offer and said he would lose money for that offer. My friend doubted that and he got very angry and very rude. He said that he worked here many years and it was impossible to lie to us. And he yelled to my friend 'why are you smiling', also put his chair back behaved like he wanted to hit us. We all were threatened. And we asked his name and he looked more angry, and he asked our name rudely, it seems like he would get it back if we report him. But we ignored him and left. Scheduled my oil change appt & showed up but they didn't have my name or info on file. So, I dropped it off 3 hrs earlier where I was told it suddenly had 3 recalls that would take a couple days to update. From there, I was told I couldn't have a rental car but that I'd have to Uber myself to and from work. Then, the guy in the line behind me was offered a rental car! From there I was upset so I decided to keep my mouth shut and just leave in the Uber. Later, at work, I called to check the status of the car and lady said she'd call me back in 5 minutes... an hr later, I call back just for her to tell me they hadnt even started working on the car. So, I tell her that I need it for work tomorrow and that they inconvenienced me but she said, "we will just stop the recall on your car" My frustration is that they offered poor customer service without any sort of accommodation or alternate solution other than "go figure it out!" Paid far too much for terrible quality! Issue needs to be addressed. Will not be conducting future business here! read more
