Updating my review from 4 to 5 stars. After spending more time with the system, I wanted to update my review. The shop worked with me through a difficult issue that was hard to reproduce. They replaced components, updated the wiring, retuned the system, and the problem appears to be resolved. The difference in sound quality is significant. The bass is much deeper, cleaner, and more consistent than before, and the entire system sounds better overall. If you've done as many cars as I have inevitably, something won't work right and Sam just took care of it no questions asked. Product warranty is also big. If you buy speakers, dash-cam, amplifier, or any product and the product breaks, he handles any Warranty work with the manufacturer and takes care of the labor as part of his service when you buy the product from him. Finally, Sam has a policy that if you buy it product or system with him and then get rid of your car, he will uninstall the product that you purchased and put it back to factory for free. Top notch sales and service. I had front and rear camera system installed in my 2022 BMW X3. I called at 11am on a Wednesday and by 4:30 that same day I was driving home with a newly installed camera system. They had the camera systems in stock with straight forward fair pricing for the system. One minor surprise was an extra $40 on the invoice for supplies (wires, connectors, etc.) which I thought was part of the $400 install cost. I took my 2007 Mercedes in with a Kenwood system that had dropped one door speaker. It was in the car when I bought it. They told me that it may need a new amp but may have been a loose wire. Told me to drive it but if it came back, it was under warranty. Drove it, car is now fine but a problem with the door lock. When they put it back together, something was wrong. Took it back, fixed it in about 30 minutes, no charge. I love that they are very generous with their help and time. Talked to Sam the owner and Paul the tech. Both very helpful and never pushy. I have a 2006 Volvo. I had very little hope that I would be able to upgrade the stereo system to accommodate Apple airplay. Not only were they able to do that, they hooked the system up and adapted it to the steering wheel controls, and installed a back up camera. Although they needed to order the parts, I had my new system within a couple of days. The price was incredibly reasonable given all of the parts and labor. I have been having issues with the Sync 3 system in my ewer Ford F150 for some time. It was slow, would just be a blank screen. I had it replaced / serviced several times under warranty and was fed up and wanted to replace it. Originally I looked online and was going to do it myself as I had done a lot of installs years ago but decided time wise and integration with everything I would see if I could find a good local. I called AudioLab and spoke with Joey, he gave me some basic ideas on the phone and asked me to come in the next morning at 10. He was ready for me, walked me through a few options at different price levels and said they could do the install right then. Great work, really great work, really really nice people. everything was as clean as factory, I now have wireless carplay and zero issues, Huge bonus of if I ever sell the truck and want the OEM equipment back in the re-install it at zero charge.
