Shane came out to help me with a car that had suffered a front end collision. He was super communicative during the whole process and was super friendly as well. He came out early yesterday morning and really tried to work with my crazy work schedule. I'm so glad I got him to come over and check it out before I spent money towing the car to and from the shop not knowing if it was going to be worth it to fix it. Did answer and come out immediately. Found a burnt wire, claiming that was my problem. Claimed it was my problem. Did check my fuel pressure, said it was fine. I didn't catch on to the ruse until later. Tried leaving and stalled two more times. Went back to original parking lot by luck. To their benefit they came back. Took the Rv for a drive. Here is where I should have realized the ruse. Had me shut down the generator. Of course it worked fine. Made it to primm and stalled getting off the off ramp. Dragged to gas station. Came to realization I had been duped. Hoped to still get home, so turned off generator. Made it to Baker no issues. Stopped to check on everything and never left. Fuel pump done. Let them know what all happened. His answer on text" thank you I'm glad we could help" So if you have something simple and know what you are needing, go for it. Anything complicated or you want to avoid a dangerous situation, please avoid. Update my Rv was towed by roadside to a professional who has had replaced the fuel pump. I can't enough about how professional, quick, and reliable Shane and his company is. Our '91 Ford Itasca RV ran into some trouble driving through Baker. We were towed to a hotel in Henderson at night and Shane was able to come check things out first thing in the morning...6:50 am!! I messaged through the Yelp profile in the morning and they came out to my house in the afternoon. I just needed a simple battery replacement but due to the poor design of the car, I couldn't do it myself. Once the battery is dead, you can't put it in neutral, you can pop the trunk (where the battery is located), and the emergency pull in the trunk was broken off. But they came out and fixed the issue in no time. It was a bit more expensive ($145) than I anticipated but in hind site, I probably would have spent about the same having it towed to a shop and fixed. This company is absolutely AMAZING! Extremely quick response to quotes, friendly, and shows up when they say they will. We were so worried that if we couldn't find someone to come to us we would have to spend so much on a tow and in a shop to still not have it fixed. One thing I hate it car shops/dealerships! I never know what's really wrong until the next day or I don't have my car for a week and the worst is when my car is in the shop for a week! After explaining that cosmetic repairs were something I could handle but I was really in need of help with the mechanical aspect of the vehicle he jumped right in to help. I would just like to start this review by saying that this is pandemic and a lot of people are struggling financially and I was hoping businesses and shops hopefully don't take advantage of customers in these times. I saw Auto Medic Mobile Mechanic in Yelp and I sent them a consultation because my 08 tundra my daily transportation to work wouldn't start in the morning. I immediately knew it was my starter so I let them know the situation and they called me I gave them the EXACTED year, model and the engine size. The person I talked to quoted me 500$-600$ fair price because I know at the dealer it's 5.8hrs of labor plus parts, and the OEM part at Toyota cost 314$ with tax. So I had no choice and just go with it. He sent a tech to look at my truck and now they said that they made a MISTAKE and THOUGHT it was an older model and said they have to do more work and now the price went up to 1073$ Almost double! I was confuse on how they made a mistake thinking my truck was an older model, when I gave them the exact year, model and the engine size. I couldn't afford that amount due to budgeting. And the person said "I still have to charge you $65 for my tech for coming" then I was upset. I wasn't home because I was at work and my sister had to deal with the tech. I didn't want them to harass my sister so I just told her to pay. I contact a different auto mobile mechanic and there doing my starter for 745$ with a oem Toyota part! Lesson learn be careful with this company, CALL other shop first if you have a choice! read more

I have a 1990 Jeep Wrangler; very old and with lots of problems. I have used this company three times so far and plan to use them forever. The first time I used them, Shane came to my home; he did lots of minor stuff and took my carburetor home to rebuild. It took about a week but I wasn't in a hurry and he kept in contact with me. The second time, Shane and Dane came to my home. I had purchased all the parts for a new fuel tank; lines, sending unit, the works, and they had the daunting task of putting it all back together. You can imagine how difficult it was, dealing with the rust and multiple issues of such an old vehicle. They did a great job! The third time I used them was a couple hours after the second time. I had taken my jeep out for a test drive; the repairs they had just made were fine but my starter went out. I called my insurance agent and Shane. I could've towed my jeep home and waited until Shane had time to replace the starter but he told me he would finish up his current job then come rescue me. I decided that he was a better option than my insurance company and I trusted that he would come through. He sure did! He and Dane showed up about two hours later, replaced my starter in the parking lot, and I was on my way. These boys are compassionate, knowledgeable, trustworthy, friendly, and they don't dilly-dally. They do a great job in a timely manner. It's very clear that they love what they do and I have already scheduled them to come back for at least three more jobs. Who am I kidding? I have an older motorhome and some parts are out of production. I had an electric jack stop working on me and it died with the air valve open so I could not fill the air tanks for the brakes. Our fifth wheel RV's main slide had a cable that frayed through, and it was iffy that we would be able to get the slide back in so that we could even leave the park we were staying in. The slide has had other issues in the past, and other repair shops we took it to were never able to make it work smoothly.
