Why is this one so special and better than the rest? Well, let me tell you. The customer service here is exceptional. And the attention to detail is beyond super. They really take the time to help you, determine what the problem is, and take all the necessary steps to relieve that problem or issue. They truly tackled the problems head on. For example, Fernando was amazing. He went above and beyond what was required of him. I would like to write his service five out of five for helping my elderly mother, replace her headlamp bulb. Amazing guy. They might not have all of the tools or specific parts that you need to fix your vehicle in stock at any given moment. But they are willing to help direct you in the right direction, and they have a can-do attitude which to me is everything. On a sidenote, it's quite interesting how that right across the street is an O'Reilly auto parts store. I'm sure there's a huge rivalry from street to street. No hate against them, I especially love their jingle. Oh ohh ohh, O'Reilly (ohh'Reilly) auto parts. Yow! But I'm gonna have to give it to the get in the zone, AutoZone. The parts here are usually higher quality and I have fewer returns for subpar "NIB" failures. The AAA discount brought the price down a bit so they were competitive. However, every time I go in here, the music is cranked and it appears I'm inconveniencing the staff. Looks like I'll be going to Phoenix or Chandler next time. Sometimes a convenient location isn't the deciding factor.
