I just left Autozone and have to shout out Danny! My car has been shaking and accelerating slow. Engine light on. I walked into Autozone for a diagnostic and right away Danny came out to get a reading on my car. He printed and emailed me the codes and also let me know exactly what each code meant. He mentioned it could be my spark plugs/ignition coils. After telling him it's been years since I had them changed I decided to purchase the 4 spark plugs and the tools (ratchet, socket etc) to do it myself. He offered to do it for me in the parking lot. Took less than 10 minutes! As soon as I started my car, the shaking had stopped! My acceleration was back to 100%. I'm so happy. Danny saved me the headache. After watching him do it, I now have the tools and knowledge to do it myself next time. Which saves me a $290 bill from the Kia dealership. He was very helpful and knowledgeable! read more

Poor service. Walked into the store was standing in line and there were 6 people working, didn't get help for a good 10 minutes. Turns out that they don't offer the check engine service because someone "stole" the scanner and that they need to put in an order for a new one. Don't recommend coming here. read more

Unfortunately, for me, this location is my closest auto parts store, but avoid this place. The service is absolutely terrible. The people working there have absolutely no idea what they doing. They can't even look up items on the computer and on top of this if you're unfortunate to go in there and is one or two people in line by the time you get seen by somebody they'll be 10 or 15 people there I was there today there was six people in front of me nobody behind the counter not one single individual working there for about 10 minutes when a person appeared and I asked, was there anybody working in the store? They said yeah they're in the back, that was it. I stood there for another 10 minutes five or six more people got in the line and then I decided to leave. I recommend you go to O'Reilly's, which is only five minute drive away they want your business they want to sell you parts for your car avoid this auto zone it is a horrible flat place full of lazy people who just don't want to do their job. The ones that are there have no knowledge to do the job. Before I posted this review, I had to select a star if I could've selected no star that's exactly what I would've done. This is not the only time I've had a problem at this location. I've gone in many many times, and had issues with the people working there being totally incompetent. Why did I go back? Unfortunately, it's a little bit closer than O'Reilly's but from today I will walk to O'Reilly's. If I have to. I'm not entering this terrible terrible store again lazy dumb people. read more

Went yesterday around 2pm and not sure if he was the manager or just a team member but whoever Mike is was really rude to customers because there was a long line. He literally embarrassed a kid trying to return something and sent him to the back of the line for mishearing him and kept urging people to "hurry up, we have a long line". It made the whole shopping experience uncomfortable. Having a long line is not the customers fault and we shouldn't have to pay with bad customer service. Moments when the store is busy is when customer service should kick in a notch and they should have better COVID guidelines if that is what they are worried about. read more

This AutoZone is walking distance from my house. I do all my own repairs to all of my vehicles. I would like to use this store because it's close to my house. I regret it every time I call or go in to the store. I always get resistance and attitude. I know it's not just me because I see them doing it to others people unless it's a friend or family members. The Manager Jose has either zero knowledge of their own return policies, or simply lacks the desire to give good customer service. The store refused to accept a return of two brand new un opened items because I didn't have the receipt. Now keep in mind that I asked that specifically when I bought these and was told that I wouldn't need a receipt. The manager told me that if I didn't have a receipt, that there was absolutely no other way to return the item. I scrambled home and searched everywhere with no luck. I called their corporate and they said that there were several others methods available to the store to look up the order. They, unlike the manager, were quite helpful and gave me my transaction number. I returned to the store with this info and successfully returned my items. Yay to corporate. I went to AutoZone today to buy a new battery for my ram pick up. After I purchased the battery $222 with tax they loaned me some tools so I could replace it outside and bring the old battery into the store ,no problem there. When I walked back in I noticed the sign where they said they honor their veterans and give military discount. So I asked about that it's a 10% discount which would save me $20. So I asked if I still can get that discount refunded. The clerk there was very nice and very helpful but he said he had to ask his manager. The manager said no they could not do that. The store was not busy at the time no one waiting in line or being helped. They could not take a few minutes to refund me my veterans $20 discount. Shows me how much they honor their veterans even though the sign says we honor our veterans. Unfortunately I will not be going back to that AutoZone again. read more

Went in for a battery test. The guy wasn't happy about it. Whatever. I have a Honda Pilot, and the negative connection wasn't accessible, it lays under some sort of rubber airflow part. So he stands there and says "welp. I can't connect to the negative." Asks his coworker for some help. Coworker says "I have to move my car." So then, the guy helping me walks inside. Coworker moves car and completely ignores me on his way back in. I was standing there for about 5-7 minutes. I don't think they wanted my business. Went to O'Reilly's and the guy working there managed to connect to a metal part and successfully test AND replace my battery for me. Seems like autozone hires people to swipe cards, not assist customers in any way. read more

After a long day of helping patients, as a therapist, its nice to have a little help once in awhile. Last week, I received the best help I've had in a long time. Victoria, who I assume is one of the shift managers here at this location helped me out on my way home from my third day in a row of a 12 hour shift. I had to change a bulb in my headlight and have never done it before. Victoria gladly helped and showed me how to do it and replaced both lights for me so I can go home with less stress since I didn't know when I'd be able to. I'm grateful for this person and the service she gave me. I will be coming back to this location if I need help again. read more

Online it said they had a certain item in stock. It didn't say they had one, but two. So I drive all the way there only to be told they don't have it in stock. They told me I can order it and it'll be there the next day. So I ordered the item, and decided to call the next day before driving over there, since it's not near me. The person on the phone told me that my item had arrived and it was there. That was a lie. It hadn't arrived at all. They didn't even seem apologetic for having wasted my time. Horrendous customer service. Walked in the door right up to the counter where three cashiers were trying to fix an order they had apparently messed up. I called and spoke to hiro the shift manager who stated only the store manager "BRENDA" could assist me with my issue which was December 24th since then I have been calling for Brenda and showing up to the store but this store "MANAGER" seems to never actually be on the clock physically. Today is now December 28th and I have still yet been able to catch "store manager Brenda" actually be in store or on the phone when calling. Once they finally do speak to you they just look up what you need on the computer and tel you it's in stock. Not once do they get there lazy asses up and actually check in the back to see if the part is actually there so when you get down here then they check and tell you that they have to order it which is a waste of anyone's time cuz that was the point of calling them !!!! The battery in my truck was dead and not holding a charge. I stopped by today with the receipt and was told to remove the battery from my truck and bring it to the store for a warranty replacement. I drove home knowing the store did not have a direct replacement in stock and pulled the battery. After returning to the store, Alberto confirmed the Optima battery vendor was out of stock. However he quickly found a suitable replacement and had my return processed in less than 10 minutes. I needed my rear brake light replaced on my Toyota Corolla last night. A young lady named Victoria walked out to my car and removed the burnt out bulb. We walked back into the store and I bought a replacement bulb from here. She then walked back out with me and installed the new bulb. That was so nice of her. I truly appreciated it. I came here looking for windshield wiper fluid and a headlight bulb. They didn't have the fluid but they did have the bulb I needed. I asked the cashier, Kyle Y. where I could go that was cheap and would install the bulb, he offered to do it for me, and I was so grateful. Kyle has excellent customer service skills and I can tell he's a diligent worker. He was very helpful and answered my questions about car maintenance. He's a keeper, he needs management training!
