Hidden gem- I'm sure all the locals close by in all the apartment complexes and businesses near by, know about this place. Pro tip: call in or order online, so you're not waiting for your food and drinks. Everything's so good- I love that they put sprouts in their salads and their balsamic is delicious. The Chuy sandwich is my favorite (GOAT CHEESE!) There is underground parking and a few spots in front. It's small and busy inside, but there's tables outside to wait and eat!

Cute little cafe serving breakfast and lunch bites. Also with selection of smoothies, coffee, and teas. Tucked away in a residential area which must be so convenient for residents to simply walk out in their nighties to grab a little something for the morning. The tower 9 sandwich was monster and also quite delicious with the alfalfa sprouts adding such a fresh, herbal, and healthy touch to a sandwich. Loved this sandwich and quite filling so packed the other half and had it later on for snack. Highly recommend. Also tried the Avo Classic salad. Also had alfalfa sprouts, carrots, mushrooms, half an avocado (of course), mozzarella cheese, and tuna for protein. Came with you choice of dressing and they also gave me a house dressing on side to try. Was a generously large salad and good but didn't feel it was much different from others I've tried. Overall nice place to stop by if you're looking for something low key and healthy.

    Salmon Toast + Rodeo

Stopped by for a quick sandwich break and had this bookmarked for awhile! It's a small cafe shop, something that gets the job done. The indoor seating isn't really that cozy, but there are a few tables around that's just a place to sit. They have cute ambiance music though! There's more outdoor seating that feels a bit nicer haha. It was about 1pm and I wanted to try the Salmon Toast (since the menu said they only served it until 11am). Luckily the cashier said I was still able to order it! I heard that was a must get from here, so we got that, and my bf ordered a Rodeo. It didn't take too long to for our sandwiches, so service was great! The sandwiches were a bit on the smaller side, so for the price, it didn't really feel that much of a value? But all their ingredients do seem fresh. Taking in the first few bites, one thing I would say is that the salmon is very overpowering. It tasted fishier than it should be, which it made it taste a bit more unpleasant? I do like how they were generous with the pesto. However, I felt like the pesto didn't really complement it that much. The bread itself was pretty alright. I liked how my plate came with two slices of watermelon, which I oddly enjoyed that better than the sandwich lol. As for my bf's Rodeo sandwich, I actually liked his a lot more lol. That one seemed like it went well altogether. However, I was a bit more disappointed with the salmon toast. It was really the salmon fishy smell that threw me off. Maybe because it was like a smoked salmon? But it tasted like just separate ingredients were just put together to make something... meaning it didn't shine as a whole haha. Overall, I feel like that it is a bit overpriced for what it is. Even despite how fresh the ingredients may be, I feel like the size is not as worth it.

Avocado Grilled Cheese Toast made vegetarian (added spinach & tomato)

Came here for breakfast with the family while out in Irvine at my cousin's place. I opted for the loaded grill cheese toast without bacon. It was very very good and tasty. I love that they were willing to accommodate my request for a vegetarian version of the toast and also added spinach and tomatoes to make it quite filling. The avocado was super fresh and the watermelon slices were a nice touch. I washed all of this out with an iced coffee which was the perfect mix. Enjoy this with a little dab of hot sauce and you cannot ask for more.

Once again showed up during their posted business hours and they are closed with no notice. I have no idea what their correct hours are.The hours posted on their door, on their website, and on Yelp are all incorrect.

This breakfast and lunch cafe is conveniently located off the main road. There is ample street parking for 30 minutes just outside the restaurant. It is an excellent place to grab a breakfast sandwich coffee or smoothie.

I'm updating my review and dropping it to 1 star because I witnessed workers making food in the back with their bare hands. They would put together the sandwich and handle all the ingredients with their bare hands, scoop out chips from a costco sized bag with their bare hands, AND THEN go up to the register and handle money all without washing their hands at all. I feel so sick knowing I used to eat at this place. Unclean. Not worth it.

Hot Chai Latte & Tower 9 Sandwich

Cozy (what appears to be) family-owned cafe. Prices are reflective of the inflation era, but the Tower 9 sandwich and Hot Chai Latte were delicious. Services was kind.

Best breakfast burrito I've ever had. The eggs are super fresh, bacon and cheese are perfect, and the whole wheat wrap is grilled to perfection. AND comes with avocado which is amazing. My brother got the breakfast sandwich (not pictured) which he said was a "10/10". Service was super kind and very fast. The watermelon on the side was an unexpected treat, really appreciated. Outdoor seating outside is cute and welcoming.

Service here was top notch!! Came in with a large order and they were able to have it all done SO fast. I was very impressed! The food itself was delicious. I had the Chuy sandwich. It was the perfect size to fill me up and not lead to the overwhelming need for a nap after. It was a cute little brunch/lunch spot with great vibes and friendly staff!! I will be back again soon.

The brunch menu was limiting, with only a few egg dishes, sandwiches, and breads. The French toast and waffle were nearly $20 each despite the small portions and standard toppings. *French Toast: the worst item of the meal. The bread had no flavor or egginess and left a strange sandy mouthfeel. The interior was so dry that it soaked up all the moisture in my mouth. A poor showing for a classic French toast. *Waffle: the batter was slightly sweetened but felt too dense. The fruit was fresh, although nothing about the toppings or overall quality stood out. *Steak Frites: hanger steak topped with chimichurri and fries. It was supposed to come with bernaise sauce, but I did not receive any. The steak leaned closer to rare rather than the medium rare I asked for. However, it was still tender, and the chimichurri was vibrant and herbaceous. I wished more sauce had been applied, as the dish was a bit dry. The fries were decent, though I would have preferred more crunch. Given the long wait, I expected much more from the dishes in terms of flavor and execution.
