This place is getting pricier every time I go. Well we went on those premium nights, I think Wednesday, for Lobster and Crab. The staff was friendly and the place super clean. No complaints. The selection of random entrees was pretty good. They had snow crab, which now someone serves you. The person doing it was kinda stingy though. I'm sure that's because of management. My waitress was named Maria and she was very helpful and courteous, and there was a guy named Rob at the carving station who had the best personality very outgoing. My suggestion is they should have a hot towel for the guests for the price as you open up the lobster, hot water and juice goes all over your hands table. The small crab legs are very difficult to get into it's like a sunflower seed a lot of work for no payoff but overall the food was OK. I don't think it was $80 worth of cake, but it was OK but then again I'm a retired executive chef that's done 20 years of high-end cooking working in gourmet rooms for 20 years buffets just don't seem to be worth the money, but that's just my opinion. read more

We went on 10/18/25 at around 9pm (they close at 10pm on Saturday). We went there because it was a friends birthday so it was only 3 people. We got in shortly before 9pm, we paid first and then got seated. It was our first time there and my first thought was the food selection was pretty small. They had a vegan station, greens, sweets/desserts, bbq, some sushi, Mexican food & Mediterranean. I'm not sure if it was because we came an hour before closing time (there were still some people there, plus others coming in to eat as well) the crab legs were pretty small, we had a hard time eating it, it looked like it was left out for a while. Some looked grey. Our friend said they brought out a new batch 15 mins later. The sirloin was good, I saw them having a new batch around 9:30pm (my husband heard the manager tell the guy to bring out a new one since more ppl were coming in) Overall, out of 5, I give it a 3. I wish they had more better selections of food. I tried the poke (recommend), sope birria (sope was a bit soggy), cookies (pretty hard). It's been awhile and all of the sudden my husband decided to eat brunch last Tuesday. The line wasn't that long and the wait time was reasonable. I went for seafood night and the lobster was one of the worst I've ever had. And I gave it multiple chances. I had 2 tails from different stations and a whole lobster and they were all dry.. rubbery. Was it frozen? The crab was tasty and the Mac and cheese was good. The gelato and sorbet was below average. They had a dole ice cream machine which I thought did not fit the atmosphere. I had to wait several minutes for the staff to appear to serve my ice cream. As a local, this is just a decent buffet. I usually come here when they give free buffet once in a while if you have a player's card. I come for brunch and If you don't come early - you will be waiting in line. This last visit I waited for an hour - which ai would never do if it wasn't comped. As far as the food, the only thing I like to eat here is their grilled steak and the steamed crab legs - I don't know another buffet that serves warm crab legs early in the morning so that is definitely a plus. They have a lobster buffet on certain days for dinner but I am NOT trying to deal with the hectic long lines to try that. Everything else is just okay. They have a good dessert section but I usually only get the pineapple Dole whip soft serve or their excellent selection of ice cream, gelato and sorbets. We would come back here again! We got $10 off per person because we were in the Palms casino club. When you sign up in the rewards section, you swipe your card on the machines and play some screen game and are able to get coupons for the buffet. And the nice thing is that you don't have to do separate checks. You can use multiple coupons all at one time and do a one-time payment. Parking was really easy and service was really good. We were surprised that there was no line, we walked straight in. We went around 5:00/5:30 and there was nobody there and we were expecting to wait for at least an half an hour. It was also very clean in the bathroom was nearby so you didn't have to walk super far. As for the food, it tasted fine. It was all you can eat crab, so that was yummy. There was also a salad bar and your usual foods that you'd have at a decent buffet. It wasn't a cheap food buffet, which is why it cost about $52.99 per person and then $36.99 for a child. It was free for kids under three. There was a good spread of desserts as well which was good and yummy for the kids. Gelato and pineapple soft serve. They also made pasta from scratch. It was fresh lobster pasta, which was really yummy too because it was made ready to serve. There was also a pretty large, vegan section for people who didn't eat meat or eggs, which I haven't seen at buffets before, so that was very inclusive. We went for the seafood buffet. It's pricey but average compared to other buffets in Vegas at the pricier hotels. The line was long but I had made reservations months ago and walked up to an associate who checked us in and directed us to a cashier line. We paid for our meals and headed to the waiting to be seated line. Directed to a table and server came to take our beverage orders and later to put utensils and shellfish crackers on our table. We walked around and got some lobster and crab legs. There is an attendant serving the lobsters and one to carve meat. Different varieties of food ranging from seafood to sushi to Mac and cheese to dessert. If I didn't love shellfish I don't know if I would recommend the buffet. It's pricey and the food wasn't that good. For the price I can eat at another high end restaurant and be satisfied with my selection. But the lobster and crab legs were good and the spicy butter sauce tasty. It was a nice experience and being able to cut the long wait with a reservation made it worth it. Server was fine. Almost same price with Bacchanal but Bacchabal has far more options and taste better. Just an example, the corn bread is toooo hard like a rock. Just like most people, we came here to try the lobster. But the lobster is overcooked. The crab legs taste better. The ambience is ok but at the price of $80 you would expect better.
