The menu is small but that's probably because they specialize in everything they make! This is my second visit to Azadero and everything I've tried has been so FRESH and AUTHENTIC. The pozole's flavoring is perfect, and their tortillas and chips are hand made and delicious! Great customer service too. My server was Wendy and she was so attentive and friendly! Highly recommend.

This place needs good AC. Super stuffy in there. Can be a little crowded. We waited 20 mins to get seated and over 40 mins to get our food. You place your order up front , the order isn't taken at the table . I would suggest some chips and salsa while waiting for food. The customer service was good. The young ladies working were all pleasant. I was expecting more flavor. On a good note, the aguas frescas were refreshing. Overall, the food was not worth the wait in my opinion.

Food is authentic and amazing staff are so nice and helpful, very happy and coming back for sure

Amazing every time! One of the best Mexican restaurants in town. As a Michoacana, I can say the enchiladas michoacanas are authentic and absolutely delicious. The place is always clean, and Wendy always makes me feel so welcome--this is definitely my go-to spot!

    Barbacoa Burrito

Been here a few times now and I get the same thing every single time, which is rare for me as I typically like to explore the menu. Here however, I get the Barbacoa burrito and the Barbacoa burrito only...because it is absolutely BOMB!! The tortilla is fresh, the barbacoa is incredibly tender and flavorful, and the burrito itself is massive. They serve it with chips that are super crispy that add nice texture when eaten alongside the burrito, especially when you throw in their two salsas (slightly spicy red and thicker guacamole green) which are both very tasty. The burrito is like $11 and worth every single penny. All the food is made fresh to order and you can tell it's made with love, you can taste it. The service here is great and the crew are very friendly, shoutout to Winnie for helping me out my most recent visit here. The ambiance inside is nice and chill, with big windows and plenty of chairs spread out. I highly recommend you check this place out; it always hits the spot with tasty, affordable food!!

We enjoyed the shrimp tacos much more than the carne asada. They do have some menu limitations. They do not offer chicken as a meat option for items such as tacos or quesadillas. Also, you cannot order single tacos, they only come in twos or threes. Due to this, there was some confusion with our order, causing us to pay for and receive more food than we had anticipated. Overall, this location offered us what we needed after a long day at Disneyland. It was clean and quick.

Very expensive for a plate of birria and Mexican breakfast. And a water bottle. Almost $50 Dollars

I ordered birria with consomé. It was a bit greasy but with good flavor. I didn't eat the consomé (very greasy) My wife ordered breakfast scrambled eggs with rice and beans. They have tortillas hechas a mano (hand made tortillas) Food is okay. Price was high almost $50 Dollars. Birria, breakfast and a water bottle. I wouldn't go back to eat there. First time and last for us.

Wow Yelp didn't fail me. I love finding these surprises around me. Such yummy enchiladas , menudo and elote tamales . Cafe de Olla was so good . Just go try it and experience it yourself . Clean , spacious and such friendly people working there .

Recommended by a friend, so decided to try it out. I tried their popular enchiladas with chicken. They were good, but not really something I would come back for. They were a little dry for my liking. BUT I would come back to try something else from their menu. It was a little upsetting that they only sell bottled beverages and don't offer water to customers. Other than that, the employees are very kind.

So much rave on IG about this spot but honestly the only great thing I got was the service from the cashier and the server that was next to him. Food was not the best unfortunately. I expected some guajillo or chile ancho for the red chilaquiles but sauce was only made out of tomatoes apparently. Rice was not good either. Had no flavor. The enchiladas plate was ok also. Nothing grand. Agua de horchata was good and coke wasn't cold. It's more looks than flavor for sure.

    Enchiladas Michoacanas and a Michelada

Good food, excellent service, and reasonable prices. I am definitely coming back. You must try Michoacán style Mexican food!

I wouldn't recommend this place. As soon as we sat down, we were told the table was reserved -- but there was no sign or indication of that at all. It felt disorganized and unwelcoming. On top of the poor service, the food was extremely overpriced. I paid $75.41 for just two orders of chicken nuggets, one agua fresca, chilaquiles, and a menudo with a soda. For that price, I expected much better quality and a better overall experience, this what you see in this photo was $75.41 Definitely not worth it. First and last time I go there.

Scotty took what was already a great date night and made it truly memorable. Not only was he the best server we've had since we started dining at Puesto, but I'd go so far as to say he was one of the best servers I've ever had anywhere. Scotty had a calm, understated demeanor that was part of his charm. He was genuine, attentive, extraordinarily kind, and somehow managed to keep my Diet Coke with lime full the entire evening. He anticipated our needs before we even had to ask and was always there at just the right moment. Best of all, he laughed at my dad jokes. While the food was outstanding, Scotty made the experience even better. His service elevated an already great meal into an exceptional evening. We will absolutely be requesting Scotty's section every time we visit Puesto Anaheim.

I usually have enough leftovers to take home and have for lunch the next day. Parking is a bit sparse, but there's residential spots available next door and within walking distance (as well as my favorite romance bookstore, Heartbound Bookshop). The agua de melón was delicious, and the side of beans was excellent. We also ordered a plain quesadilla, and it was surprisingly really good. The menudo itself was just okay--not bad, but nothing special. The reason I'm giving 2 stars isn't because the staff were rude, but they definitely weren't friendly or welcoming. My biggest concern, however, was what I witnessed with the condiments. When you order menudo, they bring a plate with limes, onions, and chili. I watched two employees clear tables, throw away some items, but keep the unused onions and uncut lime wedges from customers' plates and take them back into the kitchen to be served again. Even if I didn't use all of the onions or limes, that doesn't mean I didn't touch them. Reusing food that has already been on a customer's table is unsanitary and unacceptable. After seeing that, it made me wonder whether other items, like leftover chips, might also be reused. Whether or not that's the case, what I witnessed was enough to make me lose confidence in their food handling practices. Unfortunately, I won't be returning

The restaurant is located in the middle of Downtown Disney, with the entrance tucked off to the side. Just make sure you don't mistake it for Centrico! The service was amazing from start to finish. We were greeted by a hostess downstairs, who then had another hostess upstairs escort us to our table. Since the dining area is upstairs, you can either take the stairs or use the elevator. Our server, Alyssa, was incredibly attentive and helpful. She gave my fiancée some great recommendations and helped her make a few choices. The gentleman who brought out our food was also very informative and took the time to explain each dish as he delivered it. The food and drinks, from the appetizers all the way to dessert, were amazing. We started with drinks. My fiancée ordered the Maya-Tai, while I got the Sangria. We both enjoyed our drinks, but we ended up ordering two more glasses of the Sangria because we liked it that much! The first food item to arrive was the half-dozen oysters (not pictured because we were too impatient!). They tasted incredibly fresh, although we did encounter some shell debris in a few of them. We also shared the Pulpo Enamorado, which is grilled octopus served with tuna aioli, salsa macha, and pickled vegetables. This was one of our favorite dishes, and I highly recommend it as a shareable small plate. My fiancée ordered the Enchiladas de Pollo--shredded chicken wrapped in corn tortillas and served with salsa verde, avocado, sour cream, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and queso fresco. I ordered the Lamb Barbacoa, which was slow-cooked and served with a pinto bean purée, mint jocoque, sweet pickled jalapeños, and a side of corn tortillas. Both entrees were absolutely delicious. The flavors were well-balanced, and everything tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Overall, we had an amazing experience. The food, drinks, service, and atmosphere all impressed us, and we definitely recommend giving this place a try. We're already looking forward to coming back and trying more of the menu--and, of course, getting the Sangria again. I highly recommend getting the pitcher if you're dining with a group!

Came in for a little date night on a Saturday evening. The whole staff was friendly and accommodating, always quick to refill drinks or clear empty plates. We started off with some delicious and spicy oysters which were topped with a shrimp! We also had to try the Chori-brussels which are flash fried Brussels sprouts with chorizo, balsamic reduction, and Oaxacan cheese. For drinks we got a Santo Dia, a whiskey based cocktail with watermelon, lime, and fizz served over ice. We also ordered the Spicy margarita which had watermelon habanero, lime, and hibiscus flavors. They were both delicious and refreshing, the spicy marg had a good kick to it. For dinner we got a caesar salad, the ribeye plate, and the Urbana burger. We both loved the dressing on the caesar, it's made in house and it shows. The ribeye was cooked perfectly with a delicious herb butter on top, a really good steak sauce on the side, and thick cut fries. The ribeye wasn't the highest quality but it tasted good, the fries were perfect. My fiancé got the burger which had chorizo, melted queso Oaxaca, and an egg on top. Not gonna lie it was absolutely delish! I want to come back just for the burger. All in all we had a great time and I would definitely come back for some other menu items, especially to try more of their margs and specialty cocktails. Thanks Urbana!
