Carry out campfire chicken nachos = the best nachos that have ever been in my mouth. 10/10 recommend. I think they make their tortilla chips in house too. If you order these nachos you will not regret it !

My husband and I were on an errand to pick up an item in New Baltimore, over an hour from our house. He picked the place for dinner that was close to our destination. We couldn't have picked a better place!!!! The staff was very attentive and even indulged my husband with the ingredients of the corn bread, which is the best corn bread we've EVER had. We had the pork belly burnt ends and that 321 sauce on them was FIRE!! He ordered the 1/2 slab of ribs and the cornbread and Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was served hot and the texture was perfect and had a nice crunch on the top. The flavor was amazing! I got a build your own tacos with the pulled pork and brisket. That was delicious and a meal for two easily. We had so much food left that we'll be dining for days. Don't sleep on this place!!! You're welcome.

Send a text and got a response to come on and a minute later. The campfire nachos sounded so good, we are back already and it's only been a few days since our first visit to the other location in Shelby Township. Started off with a campfire nachos with shredded chicken, it's good, but wasn't as good as the one we had at their Shelby location. Was a bit more sparse. We also ordered the Turkey platter with potato salad, cole slaw, 2 jalapeño cornbread and a BBQ chicken salad, comes with the BBQ ranch dressing. There's a bar for your feet to rest on at the booths. It's cold and drafty by the bar, the front door is nearby and wafts of cold air rushes in here and there. They did take down our name and contact for contact tracing, maybe add the date to it too? The salsa here is a tad bland, reminds me of bruschetta a bit. The chicken salad comes with bacon bits. The salad itself is just okay, not special. The chicken would be better if it was with their BBQ chicken meat instead of the fried chicken used for the kid's chicken tenders. The Turkey platter was good. The meat wasn't dry. I would really like to see the pit beans and the collard greens with no meat options. I like collard greens but don't eat beef and I really like baked beans but I don't eat pork. The waitress tried to charge me for the collard greens I didn't ask for at all or rather the cole slaw I had asked as one of my 2 sides and they charged us $0.50 for the awful salsa too. I had to flag her down to take the collard greens off the bill. They also charge you for soda water.

Glass of water, I thought the mason jar effect was nice!

Great food! Also a nice craft beer selection. Beer prices are a little high though. Definitely worth the visit!

A good number of items, very good prices, senior menu options as well as children's menu options. On this visit both of us opted for the 2 egg breakfast that's served with corned beef hash and toast of our choice. We both went with the raisin toast. It was good overall. Nothing Wowed me really. Wait, let me back up. Service here was very good. Sweet, fun servers, prompt answering questions, bringing drink refills, sample of the soup -yep, she did that. We ordered breakfast, the same thing for that matter. Our entrees arrived shortly after we ordered and they looked good. I was a it saddened to see my corned beef hash a wee bit browner that I would prefer but that's my fault for not specifying how I like it cooked. One thing I especially like is the raisin bread toast option. This seems to be a thing in Michigan, and I LOVE IT! We paid cash and asked for change for a large bill and server was able to accommodate that request easily. So overall we had a good experience here. I will say this is a small diner and the parking lot is similar. Customers appear to be regulars, or else the staff just treats everyone like they know them. They certainly do a good job of welcoming their customers.

I was…read moreexpecting to walk in and get fried or baked lake fish, but to my surprise this place goes for a more tropical theme. Soon as you walk in, you feel like you were transported to a tropical island in the Caribbean. Most of the seafood items consist of lobster, shrimp and mahi. But they also offer burgers, various chicken dishes, and tropical drinks. I was not expecting to like the restaurant this much, but they are a hidden gem. The lobster roll I got came with pineapple coleslaw for $24, which is a pretty good deal for lobster roll. I also asked to have it with a side of chips, which was a good idea as it gave my meal more texture since the lobster rolls are very soft, but delicious nonetheless due to the fact they use Hawaiian rolls for the sandwich bread. I finished my meal with a slice of key lime pie, which was also excellent. The staff here are also very polite and do their best to make sure you are satisfied. 100% worth a visit even if you don't live close to them (no matter what time of year)

Unfortunately, when we arrived, the soft-serve margarita machine was down and we were told it would be another 30 minutes. We decided to order different drinks instead, but in hindsight we could have waited because our food didn't arrive for nearly an hour and a half. When we first got there, there was only one other table occupied, so the wait was really surprising. As time went on, more people started coming in and being seated, but it seemed like several tables weren't being greeted for quite a while. We even watched one table get up and leave before anyone came over to them. There also seemed to be a lot of confusion at the entrance because the host stand is awkwardly placed. Multiple people looked unsure whether they were supposed to seat themselves or wait to be seated, and the layout just isn't very inviting or intuitive for guests or even the staff. We ordered the lobster roll with a side of mac and cheese and a chicken bowl. The lobster roll was incredibly disappointing--dry, lacking flavor, and honestly just unpleasant. The mac and cheese and chicken bowl were okay, but nothing memorable enough to justify the wait or the price. Speaking of the price, this meal was expensive, which made the experience even more disappointing. I left feeling like I had wasted my money. I had really been looking forward to trying this restaurant, but between the unavailable signature drink, the extremely long wait, the confusing atmosphere, and the underwhelming food, it was a frustrating experience from start to finish. I genuinely regret spending the money here and, unfortunately, don't see myself coming back.

Our family ordered a little bit of everything and had mostly no complaints. To start i got one of their seasonal cocktails with cranberry and vodka. It was so strong i couldn't even taste the cranberry and could barely drink it. For entree i got the reuben and fries. I wasn't very hungry and still ended up eating it all! It was a pretty average reuben but i felt like the portions were pretty small especially the fries. One weird thing is that someone ordered a salad and asked for thousand island dressing that came on my reuben and they wouldn't let them order it! They said it wasn't an option which i thought it was weird being that it's on their menu elsewhere. Overall this place has pretty solid food.
