The ultimate seafood boil spot! I've tried their other locations, but this is the first time I'm trying Fullerton spot for take out. First off, I like the combos offered on the menus. Makes it so easy to have a little bit of everything. Second, the packaging was top tier. Two bags for the boil, lots of lemon and salt pepper provided, and gloves and bibs! They made it so easy, and the bag provided for take out has insulation and kept it warm on my drive home. Service was really nice too. The actual flavor and seasoning was on point. I got mild Atomic sauce, and there was so much garlic and seasoning with every bite. The garlic bread was good too, but nothing crazy. The standout is the actual boil with shrimp, corn , and sausage. Thr combo is a great deal! Going above and beyond with the takeout packaging sold me on Bag o Crab. Made it easy to enjoy, without being too messy at home! read more

First time here and it's a pretty cool cajun seafood spot. What prompted me to come here was that you can order a side of ramen in your seafood boil, it tasted as good as it sounded. I got 1lb of shrimp with their atomic sauce, which is everything mixed. The quality of the shrimp is okay, definitely can improve. The sauce was good, rich and buttery flavor to it. I got mild, it was spicier than expected- so if you dont like spicy just get no spice. The ramen hit different with the cajun sauce. I also tried their lemon pepper wings which were solid. I dipped the wings in the atomic sauce as well and it was amazing. One thing that stood out to me was that their shrimp is $16 per lb while their lobster tail is $20 per pound. I'm not sure why the lobster is so cheap but I'll try it next time. They also have these robot servers which were pretty fun to watch. Service was friendly. I'll be back to try other things on there menu. read more

We were traveling and I went to the restaurant. This is the first time I tried this and we sat down. They gave us all kind of stuff and then ordered the bag with everything in it basically lobster potatoes came back very fast. It's amazing the way they served it Reflected like wow and it was spicy so if you're not up to spicy, prepare yourself, we did not leave anything from that bag we ate everything it was super yummy. read more

Amazing establishment with fresh seafood!!! The environment is a place that just begs you to devour the delicious seafood boil served here!!! The service is on point and they have a cute robot to assist them carrying appetizers and it's such a happy robot it plays a cute jingle as it drives around!!! Bag o Crab is a new seafood boil in Fullerton located between ATT and Target. The inside decor is clean and nice. We got a combo #1 with shrimp Head on and crawfish in the mild atomic sauce. The sauce was bomb and so flavorful. Service was excellent and the servers were very nice. I would definitely come again with my family and friends. Come hit up this new spot! read more

Hit up the Fullerton location the other day and went with Combo 3, which comes with Dungeness crab, shrimp, sausage, corn, and potatoes. We added 1 lb of clams as well. We grabbed Cajun wings and garlic bread on the side. I gotta say honestly the cajun fries was the highlight for me, it was really good. I would come here for the wings even if I'm not too into seafood. The combos are big enough to share. Happy hour 2-5 PM is a nice bonus too -- fries and beers are half off, which is nice. If you're in the area and craving a Cajun boil, it's a solid spot to hit without any fuss. read more

I got to try a new seafood boil spot and I was really excited to try it out. My friend and I narrowed down to this chain as it had great prices and reviews. Everything was so cute to the decor and theming inside. Our waiter was so sweet too, so the service here is great. Unfortunately, my only gripe was the food. The sauce for our seafood combo was realllyyy buttery. I quite like rich foods too so this must've been overboard. I didn't quite enjoy the flavor too much sadly. I know everyone makes their seafood boil sauce differently. This one wasn't for me. I thought it was pretty interesting how fast the food came out as well. I couldn't tell if it was a good or bad thing since it dealt with a cautionary food like seafood. I enjoyed the sides of cajun fries and garlic noodles however. maybe worth a try if you want to eat a new seafood spot and who knows-- the flavors could be for you! read more

There's a really cool shark decoration on the wall along with fishing nets that fit the aesthetic. Nice booth seating. The garlic noodles are thick like udon noodles and very garlicky and a bit salty but overall pretty tasty. Louisiana flavor is tastyyyy and we got shrimp and crawfish with corn potatoes and sausages. Our new favorite seafood place! First, when you walk in it's clean and the wait is not that long. The staff is super friendly and shout-out to Tommy our server he is super kind and he is very accomodating. He is very happy to serve his customers which makes every dining experience worthwhile. The high reviews of this restaurant always caught my eyes so I togo lunch for girls' day with my friends one day. They open at 12:30pm but when I arrived exactly at that time, they were already had two groups of customers seated and serving, which was surprising. The server greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and assisted me with the order. She was friendly and great suggesting their popular menu. While I was waiting for my order, I was able to look around the restaurant and I realized how spacious it was. With all the fun ocean theme decoration, there was another interesting item that grabbed my attention and it was a serving robot. It was shaped as a cat, which was very cute. I ordered seafood pasta, grilled fish and shrimp po'boy and my friends were very impressed and satisfied with their order that they wanted to take their spouses and friends to this place and dine-in. Best boiled crab and shrimps in town, came to Fullerton for a visit of the college campus and spotted this gem. The dungoness crab is insanely delicious and the best combo out of all was the combo 3, it came in a large bag put into a plate. I was taking a chance on the wings in a seafood spot, it was the best choice I made, their Cajun wings are amazing and their service was quick and friendly. Husband had their Hawaiian Shrimp Plate. It was supposed to come with pineapples, he didn't get any, and he was fine without them. His mac salad and rice were good. The shrimp unfortunately still had the shells on, which he wasn't expecting, and he wasn't happy about. He hates having to peel shrimp, so he was pretty turned off by this meal. He said he wished it was on the description on the menu, or that the waiter had told him. I tried the shrimp and thought it was good. He said he would never order this dish again. I would definitely get the noodles again, maybe a pound of their peeled/deveined shrimp, and their po'boys sound good too! There are so many great places near our office to get lunch, so I don't know that we'll be rushing back here, but I wouldn't mind eating here again.

Later, when I came to pick up my food, I spoke with another employee, who offered me an iced green Thai tea to make up for the misunderstanding. While I appreciated the gesture, it didn't really address the issue. If the advertisement was posted in error, just acknowledge the mistake and honor what's being advertised, or correct the signage asap. Customers shouldn't be told 2 different things. The banh mi was okay, but the experience left a bad impression. I won't be returning.

I recently visited Bag of' Crab in Fullerton, and I have to say, it did not disappoint! I ordered Combo 1, which came with two bags of shrimp, and Cajun Fries on the side. The shrimp were perfectly seasoned and cooked-- we chose the spice level dynamite. It wasn't that spicy for us. Every bite was packed with flavor, and the Cajun Fries were crispy, spicy, and the perfect complement to the seafood. The service was great--friendly and attentive staff who made sure we were taken care of throughout the meal. The ambiance is casual and laid-back, with a fun, seafood-focused vibe. This place is a mile from our home and honestly much better flavor than places like "the boiling crab". The quality is consistent, they offer pre-made combos at such a great price. My husband and I always get combo one for $35! It comes with 2lbs of either shrimp, mussels, or clams, 2 corn on the cob, 2 potatoes, and 4 sausages. Service is attentive, employees are nice, and the ambiance is lively. I love that they have TVs, would be cool to catch a basketball game or NFL game when the season comes. Been here years ago and it's just not the same. I saw others throw away their food and not finish it either. I had the audacity to speak up about my plate.
