Cheese. Once you pick your base, you'll be able to select either a breakfast or lunch sandwich from a number of menu items. I ordered the Turkey Avocado on a cheese bagel toasted. This sammie comes loaded with turkey, bacon and provolone cheese with avocado, lettuce and tomato. Yum! All the ingredients were incredibly fresh, but I wasn't the biggest fan of the turkey seasoning. It was thinly sliced and a bit spicy. Hands down the best bagels ever!! And the best selection too. Einstein's doesn't even come close to comparing to Bagel Nosh. My favorite is the jalapeño bagel. Their cream cheeses are the best too. read more

Ordered for pickup, came about a few min before the pickup time. Checked in, order wasn't ready. When it was, it was sitting on the counter and no one bothered to yell out our name. We had to go up to the register and ask for our order a 2nd time since they didn't bother telling us our order was ready. Red-haired girl had an attitude. Horrible customer service at Tempe/Chandler location! I received a coupon via e-mail and placed an order for pick up the next day. I was not aware that they closed at 2pm so I showed up at 2;30 to pick up and they were closed! I missed out on taking my order up North to friends for the weekend & I did not even receive a reminder that my order was ready and that they were closing at 2pm. I was REFUSED a refund! Even though bagels can be sold the next day they basically just decided to keep my money and lose a customer. read more

Love this spot. Found this location through yelp. Sure glad I did too. They have deliciously made bagels. I've only had their jalapeño cheddar but could only imagine the others tasting just as fresh and being just as fluffy. The staff is friendly and quick to your needs. Love the bagels here but the service makes this place awful. My friends and I frequent this place after our gym session almost every Saturday. They are ALWAYS RUDE. I had asked for a bagel with turkey sausage when it came with turkey bacon I politely let the lady know. She then asked for my name aggressively and said well your ticket here says turkey bacon so ? I then told her I saw the person taking my order change it to turkey sausage. She rolled her eyes and walked away without saying a word. I then got the bagel "fixed" but my cheese wasn't melted. Overall going to find a different bagel spot as my friends and I are over dealing with the rude service. read more

Went here for a late breakfast on a Friday and had an amazing experience! I got an everything bagel and cream cheese and latte. The latte was really good! Delicious espresso taste, not bitter or too milky. When I got the bagel, they accidentally gave me a plain and switched bagels with my friend. BUT they so kindly redid our order. I've been coming to bagel nosh for years. Regardless of new or old management it's been really good. Today it was excellent and Triana was very nice and helpful. Try the everything bagel and the French toast bagel, oh good. I like the Arizona Classic. My only issue is the new electric menu. Not good. I really wish it was, but folks, this is bread, not a bagel. Texture is all wrong. And the comments that he made private, so his customers can't see them also speak for themselves. The bagels are made fresh and they are made the RIGHT WAY. I hate the kind of bagels that are "bready". Those are fake bagels IMO, but these have a bit of bite and chewiness and this doughy texture is what I love about bagels. Ordered the Nova Lox, Meaty egg white sandwich, Eggwhite scramble bowl. Nova Lox was tasty with the tomato and capers layered in with the cream cheese. My criticism is with the egg white scramble. It consisted of cooked egg whites dices up with a frozen hash brown patty that was diced up, mixed with microwaved bacon crumbled and topped with cheese. Nothing gourmet about it and it was somewhat of a small portion. I guess I can't expect much for a scramble bowl since this place is a fast casual place mainly for bagels. Came here for the first time in a long time and I must say I was not impressed with the scramble bowl I got. I should have just sent it back after the first bite but I hate to be "that guy". The scramble bowl was eggs, cheese, hash browns and I asked for bacon at my protein. It came out relatively fast, piping hot with a side of salsa. The eggs were strange. Texture was weird, not real flavor (thank goodness for salt I added and that salsa). There was a little bit of bacon, hardly any hash browns and some cheese. I ate maybe half of it and I just couldn't do it anymore. It was plain gross. The vanilla latte I got was wonderful however. Spent over $12 all together. I'm sorry but that's just too pricey for less than mediocre food cooked in a microwave. read more

The lady at the front desk is a bit off putting. She seems to bark your order back at you and make you feel bad for coming in. I ordered a bagel and coffee, also wanted a pastry as well but she had already rung me up and was giving me instructions on how to pay before I could say anything. I didn't want to bother her to work anymore so I just paid and sat down. The gentleman who made my bagel was much friendlier. The bagel was okay, not really toasted and completely smothered in cream cheese. Not everyone likes it that way, but I guess that was my mistake and I should have said easy on the cream cheese. I just wasn't expecting them to put half a tub on one bagel. A man I would assume was the owner was in the back talking on his cell phone and calling workers back to talk to them. He didn't sound very friendly. I live 30 seconds away from this place and would have loved to enjoy it but maybe I just came in on a bad day. read more

I had the turkey avocado with cream cheese on everything bagel. Very very good. All the ingredients were fresh and the bagel was very tasty. I got it to go but the service was great and they had a pretty large dining room area with plenty of room to grab a seat if you wanted to. It looked like they had a bunch of wonderful breakfast bagels that I'll have to try out next time. Can't wait to go back. read more

Love this place! Come here 1-2 times a week and they never disappoint. Service is amazing the workers are always friendly, attentive, and polite. A lot of bad reviews for this place seem like the reviewer got what they ordered, but didn't specify that they wanted a certain alteration. Bagel Nosh is so delicious! They have a bunch of different bagels and cream cheeses to choose from. My favorite is getting the double chocolate chip bagel with strawberry cream cheese. There are a ton of tables inside to enjoy your breakfast. Parking is free and right in front of the spot. I can't wait to come back here again! read more

I've had a few orders delivered and all were good in my opinion. Definitely a good place for a bagel sandwich, which is probably why I keep coming back. That, and it's conveniently down the street from me. Finally had time to stop in this morning to order something different I will say, I was hugely disappointed by the proportion of their egg white scramble bowl. $7 dollars for something that is as small as a side. I mean, the mark up is terribly unjustified. Given, I did elect for no meat, but I can't imagine it making much of a difference. On top of that, it wasn't much of an egg white scramble as you can see in the picture I added - a bunch of yolk present. Either up the the proportion or lower the price. Staff is friendly and helpful, but I had to give my review three stars based on today's proportion discovery. read more

I was on a year long quest for a place that does good breakfast food as well as good coffee. You might be thinking, "just go to _____" WRONG! I get a bagel sandwich and a large iced americano, black. The coffee is dynamite. The right amount of bite with overtones of roasted nuts and chocolate. The sandwich is fresh and filling. A far cry from most coffee shops prepackaged microwave crap. The people there are friendly and adopted me as a regular quickly. I'm welcomed every time i come in, unless it's packed. It reminds me of a breakfast diner that you'd find in big city but the feel of a home town eatery. It'd take a crack in the earths crust to make me choose another spot for breakfast. Setting the stage - Sunday Morning. I was slightly hungover and worked out at Orangetheory Gilbert. Needed nourishment QUICKLY. Punch in "breakfast/brunch" around me on Yelp since I don't live in Gilbert. Bagel Nosh was #1 on the search queue, so I took a deeper look. Despite my attempts to avoid bread and pastas, I could not do such a thing after making it thru the workout that broke my hungoverness. The bread smell inside is overwhelming. Their bagels are huge! Did I mention too that they have alllll the varieties and about 20-30 different sandwiches? I went with the Sun Devil and an iced coffee (which are huge as well) and couldn't resist diving in before leaving the parking lot. They could probably stand to have another person working the line on the weekends but if its due to 2020 constraints they can't that's understandable. There was a bit of a line and I probably stood longer than I'd expect as each employee took on one customer at a time. Both were a little short (not in stature). read more

I didn't think much of it at first, but then I watched the owner heat the pastrami in the microwave before assembling the sandwich. I've never had a deli sandwich prepared that way right in front of me, and it was disappointing. She also pulled out a large bag of Taylor Farms shredded lettuce. I asked for no lettuce, and she joked that "people don't want lettuce anymore." Given the recent news surrounding Taylor Farms, that comment didn't exactly inspire confidence. What really surprised me was that the pastrami was placed in a plastic basket and microwaved. Whether or not it's considered safe, seeing food heated that way wasn't very appetizing. Looking around, there also didn't appear to be any real kitchen equipment for preparing hot sandwiches beyond a microwave. A Blackstone griddle or even a quality countertop oven would have inspired much more confidence in the food, especially considering the owner's Yelp responses emphasizing the quality of their sandwiches. From what I experienced, the preparation didn't match those claims. In the end, we ordered just one pastrami sandwich and one beer, and the total came to about $25, with the sandwich alone costing over $17. For that price, I expected much better ingredients and preparation. Unfortunately, the quality didn't match the cost. We tried to be as nice as possible but we left feeling pretty disappointed and couldn't wait to get out of there.

My review went up on 5/21 and by the very next day, 5/22, a regional manager named Jayson responded publicly as the business owner, and left his email. I emailed him that same day, and after I followed up on 5/27 he wrote back, copied the store manager, and asked me to send my phone number and a good time so we could talk it through directly. I did exactly that, same day. That was 5/27. It is now 6/9 and I have not heard a word back. No email, no call, no text. The original incident was 5/10, so we are at 30 days now. This wasn't a stray hair - that's relatively benign and sometimes happens in food prep, not great but harmless. This was a different category of foreign body in food: fragments that looked like they came off equipment, which means whatever produced them is presumably still in use, still capable of doing it again to the next person. This is what made the unresponsiveness frustrating. It's not about my daughter's one açaí bowl, it's about whether the thing that caused it ever got looked at. A simple "we looked at it, can't determine yet what happened, but we'll update you" would have been fine, but I got boilerplate "you deserve better" corporate slop. I didn't want my ego stroked, I wanted them to look into something serious. They are great at moving fast in public: their Yelp! reply was up within a day, right under my review, where everyone can see it. But the private follow-up, the part nobody else is watching, has now gone three weeks radio silent, after they were the ones who asked for my number, but never used it. Fast when it's visible, and crickets when it's not, tells you where the attention really goes. If you're reading this and trying to decide, take a little time with the reviews here, the detailed ones and the thin ones, the recent and the older, and decide for yourselves if there is a pattern or not. I'm done with them, they lost my trust. For the record, their açaí bowls when they don't contain bits of industrial machinery are pretty good, but we'll go to Swami's when we are in Oceanside and will try to find something else in the valley.

Went to Bagel Nosh in Gilbert for the third time and once again had a good experience. It's always nice finding a local bagel shop that's consistent. I paired a refreshing iced tea with a toasted salt bagel loaded with cream cheese, and it definitely hit the spot. The bagels here are a really good size and have that great chewy texture you want from a fresh bagel. The cream cheese was generous and complemented the bagel perfectly. My friend ordered the hearty egg white bagel sandwich on a cheese bagel with turkey bacon and really enjoyed it as well. Everything tasted fresh and satisfying. Another plus is the seating -- there are plenty of tables if you want to dine in and relax instead of rushing out the door. Looking for a breakfast joint this spot looked like it was going to hit the mark. There were a variety of sandwiches to pick from the menu. I was able to try their Nova Lux, Sonoran and Wildcat! The Nova Lux was a smoked salmon capers fantasy, the Sonoran tasted like a breakfast burrito and the Wildcat reminded me of a breakfast BLT. The bagels were all different flavors and all baked fresh! The smear is excellent as well and compliments whatever delicious bagel you choose. Not to mention, some of the nicest owners and employees I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. You have to stop in here sometime. I went in this morning and ordered a few bagels with cream cheese bagels to go. You can taste how fresh everything is. I know it was brutal for her opening up a new business right before and trying to live up and perfect the craft! I even turned away for awhile in disappointment thinking our town lost a gem, Schmear. If it wasn't for the fact that for a long time this was the only place to get a bagel- I might have never returned, but this girl loves her carbs and a good schmear (NYC is heaven- of course) ! I came back to try every now and again just to get a fix. Einstein Bagels finally made their way into QC and it was definitely a reality hit of quality (hadn't ate there in years). I have yet to return to Einsteins . My favorites: the everything bagels are literally and deeply covered with robust rub, the chive cream cheese amazing, kids love the rainbow bagels, they carry macadamia milk for coffee, and you can grab a bag for $4 of the day old bagels! The bagel has a great yeast starter just about similar to the old Schmear! You can taste the variation. My only complaints: the hours (wish they opened earlier, coffee drinks are way too expensive, they upcharge on the bagel type and cream cheese, they need to expand and feature different schmears from time to time, my biggest concern is consistency. There's times I go in and my bagel was barely toasted, more like warmed bread, times where they barely put cream cheese on (frustrating when they upcharge for chive cream cheese and you got nada). The automatic tipping is starting to become ridiculous. We go in and order our food at the counter, wait for it and throw our own stuff away or even take it to go. There is no "service" and for them to request that we tip 15/20/25 percent at checkout is absurd. They aren't the only establishment doing it and I'm more than sure it's the pay system software they use- but our family is actually at a point to stop going to these places that do that overall. I just want them in a bag. The order process goes like this: go to counter, i would like these 4 kinds. each of my 4 bagels needs to be entered as a custom order - naked bagel not toasted. Then instead of that person placing 4 bagels in a bag and handing it to me, it goes to the back and waits in a long queue of other orders. Then 10 min later someone comes out of the back, and takes my 4 bagels from the front. They they walk back to put them in a bag. Then they place the bag in the window and ring the bell, so the person taking orders can hand them to me once they stop taking other orders. Why so complicated?? The strawberry cream cheese is really good.

I stopped by and got an everything bagel and a cheddar green chili bagel, along with some jalapeño cream cheese. Both bagels were fresh, warm, and the perfect amount of chewy and soft. Both were good but the everything bagel is the winner. Their everything bagel blend is so flavorful!! Now I get why I saw it packaged for sale as a seasoning mix. I like the jalapeño cream cheese but I think their scallion cream cheese is even better. You can get bagels as is, with cream cheese or butter etc and then they have breakfast and lunch sandwiches. I'll definitely need to try one of the lunch sandwiches soon! They're in the plaza off Southern, just west of Sprouts, with plenty of parking. Open until 1 or until sold out.

I can't pinpoint an exact reason why but we agreed the flavor wasn't really there and it just tasted like a normal sandwich from places that don't really specialize in bagels. It was still good to try but I wouldn't come back.

The employee that took our order was friendly and polite. Upon returning home we sampled both loaves and they were delicious but we both really enjoyed the unique Breakfast Blast with chunks of dates and cinnamon chips. The atmosphere at the bakery was warm and welcoming. Upon entering they have gourmet groceries. I have not tried although I would expect to be great based on the reputation and quality of their bread. They also offer other bakery items like muffins and cookies. This bakery chain originated in Seattle, know for high quality ingredients. Highly recommended for healthy high quality bread!

Plus, the cashier was super great and knowledgeable and the restaurant was clean and welcoming! As for the main event, the bread didn't fall apart or taste like cardboard! I ordered a turkey sandwich with avocado, lettuce, tomato, banana peppers, and of course, the house Dirty Sauce. Chef's kiss on repeat!!! I also snagged a couple of my husband's kettle chips, and those were killer, too! To top it all off, they gave us a caramel apple sucker that reminded me that fall is coming and I can't wait! We arrived at 11:30 AM only to find the bakery completely closed with no explanation posted. If the business is still operating, updating the voicemail, website, and online listings would save customers a wasted trip and a lot of frustration. It's disappointing to make the effort to visit a local bakery only to find inaccurate information about whether they're open at all. It appears the other yelper took down their review.
