I'm sure the new cars are great, but NEVER trust these folks for a used car. We just bought a vehicle that is believed to have been fraudulently inspected, with the engine light reset. We have reason to believe a "ghost car" was used to obtain a passing inspection report, as the light came on and the car had trouble starting approximately 100 miles after purchase (the next day). Upon taking it to a reputable repair center, we were informed that the intake manifold was broken and there was NO way the vehicle could have passed the inspection dated the day of the sale, and that the dealer would have seen all of the error codes present if they had it inspected. So, we were sold a broken vehicle, purposefully masked to defraud an unknowing customer. We came back in to get them to make good on this issue and were met with sarcasm and a complete disinterest in helping or taking any accountability. We have begun filing complaints with governing organizations and will be taking legal action. We strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your used vehicle. read more

I test drove a car from this car dealer about a year ago. Of course, after spending as much of my time as they could, they tried to push me to buy the car right there with their sales talk shenanigans. For them to give me price with financing options they said they would need to do a soft credit inquiry. I didn't buy the car because their price was terrible. However, they did a hard inquiry that has been showing on my credit report since then. I contacted them to remove it and they ignored it. These guys spam my email address like there is no tomorrow, but when you try to contact them they ignore you. I recommend anyone to stay away from this shady business. read more

Went there on 11/14/2016 based on the internet price for an Altima 3.5. Before I went I verbally confirmed with brent Treybig - internet sales manager - that the internet price was $27,600. After the test drive, while they had the price on the screen they tried to sell it to me for $30,000. When I pointed to the price on the screen they did the manager dance and tried to charge me $28,100. I walked out. My family has bought 5 sentries and an Altima previously including at least one vehicle from there, and I have had multiple vehicles serviced from that. I will never return and never ever buy or recommend Nissan again. read more

My first experience with Baker Nissan will be my last. I contacted the Internet Sales Team about a vehicle I saw advertised and received a very fast response and the car was available. I made an appointment for the weekend to come in and see it. I even emailed again on Thursday to confirm the vehicle was still available THERE at the dealers location and was told YES MA'AM its here. I come in for my appointment and guess what?? The poor salesman takes me to show me the car and go for a test drive and low and behold..... Its NOT the car I had requested to see and possibly purchase. Instead its one of the same make & model and $10,000 more than the one I had inquired about. Imagine that!!! I'm not sure what's going on in the service department. Things are different. I would say about s year ago, I actually enjoyed coming here. When you have a wife and 3 boys finding quiet time alone with your thoughts is hard to come by. I can still find those few minutes her but it's different. It used to be that when you pulled up someone would meet you at your car, ask you what you needed and then take you to a service rep. I never fully understood that process because it seems you have to repeat your issue twice and then the person bringing you in to a rep was usually unsure of who to go to and would just ask each rep if they were available while you stand there looking. Now that's not the case. That middle person is no longer there and now it's on you to walk in and hope to find an available person. They are usually walking around, helping a customer or in the phone so you don't really know where to go. They should definitely find a better way. Something as simple as a "wait here" sign could help and then the next available rep can call them over to the station. Other than that things are pretty much the same and I'm still pretty satisfied with my experience when I come here. read more

I went to Baker Nissan to get a new lug nut lock because I striped mine while changing my brake pads. I couldn't finish the last tire. My frustration levels were very high. I have a camping trip scheduled for this weekend and I will be using my bumper pull camper. Mr Yamet Medina, in the service dept, understood my plight and stepped up and was able to have that all the lock lug nuts taken off and a regular lug nuts put on so I could complete changing my brake pads. As a small business owner here in Houston, I fully understand the value and power of excellent customer service. Mr Yamet Medina provided that service to me today. He very well could have brushed me aside with some kind of excuse and left me high and dry. He did not do this. He did just the opposite. Treated me kindly and respectfully. My parents taught me that "The customer is always right." But at Baker Nissan, they have never learned that. They will lie to you, to your face. They will insult you, to your face. And if you speak up and express that you resent being insulted and lied to, the sales people will tell you that they don't like your attitude. I happened to me. Beware of these moves on their part: 1) If you are a first-time-buyer or a female buyer, they will keep you there for hours, to weary you. IF YOU FINANCE with them, they will alter/falsify the price and interest rate. They rely on you not reading the purchase/finance documents. The price and interest rates quoted to you and price and interest rate on the purchase documents will not be the same. 2) When the sales person says he is going to talk to the sale manager (and they will), they will be gone more than once and they will be gone for long periods of time. They are attempting to wear you down because they know you have other places to be and other things to do. THIS IS THE TIME TO LEAVE, when they are gone. They are plotting against you. 3) Lastly, read all the reviews on this dealership. The vast majority of ratings (about 90%) are 1-star ratings. They offend most of their customers. Deceitful, Incompetent, Unprofessional and Disrespectful. I found out later the finance manager ran my credit several times without my consent when I already had direct financing through the bank. They failed to pay off trade in a timely manner causing financial institutions to harass me about pay off payment. I thought I read carefully before signing and later discovered that the purchase price on the contract was 1234.00 more than what was agreed upon. If the laws were more friendly about buyers remorse the two cars I purchased on the same day would be sitting back on their lot. Hopefully, there Customer Relations person to will read some of these reviews and attempt to improve situations. I wrote an email to every director in their establishment and not one person responded. Aside from my direct sales person, I am disgusted. Felt a little duped when purchasing my last vehicle here, they sent in three different people to tell me three different things about the actual price and what was included. I ended up getting tired of the run around and just went for it. I bought a used car and realized afterwards I could have gotten a brand new one for cheaper than I paid. Part of that is on me for making the decision, but it was so confusing they way they were explaining the payments and the extended warranty options. I dropped my van off for AC problem And a recall as well . A week and half later when I go pick up the van . The battery won't start and valet tells me they have to jump it . Something didn't sound right. So I went to talk to the guy that was handling the account and he tells me it's because the van sat here to long and that's why we have to jump it. I told him nope that I wasn't comfortable taking the vehicle so I left it there for the battery to be tested . We get another call saying it's ready, I go all the way back out there and get in the van and make it Home Depot where I was there for all of fifteen minutes . And I come out to a dead vehicle. the car won't start. So by then I'm extremely upset and I call baker Nissan and they come out right away with the new battery and changed it there for me in the Home Depot parking lot. I was grateful they got out there but at the same time I shouldn't have experienced any issues after I left it there for a battery test.. there service is not what it once was . Never had such an awful experience in my life. The sellers are downright rude and unhelpful. My husband and I came here and started haggling, just like any other buyer. All was fine. We called our seller one day and spoke to her on the phone and told her the car was out of our budget, and she hung up on us!!!!!! I was shocked. If you don't like that we are not rich enough for you, just act like a decent human being and say "bye" at the very least. These people do not deserve anyone's business. To baker nissan rep. No one was sorry when I came in to ask to have the numbers reviewed. Told me to live with it. This dealership is pretty sneaky. If you like sneaks then this is the place for you. Be careful of double charges on destination etc. Wheel locks are not $299.00. $65 dollars from their own parts department. Actually half that online. I just got off the phone after multiple attempts to get more information on a vehicle that this dealership advertised on Autotrader and their own website, showing tremendous discounts. It is a 2016 Nissan 370z, stock number 360090, which they advertised on Autotrader for $27,628 and on their website for "$11,735" below MSRP. Eventually I spoke with a sales manager who upon questioning said "well that's the price without it's packages". I said, "you mean the advertised price, which listed it's packages, didn't include what was actually installed in this new car?" And her reply was, "yes, with the installed packages, the price is $10,000 more, around $39,000." What kind of reputable dealership lists their vehicles, with all the options clearly in print, for prices that are $10,000 less than their true asking price? Only ones who use bait and switch tactics to get people to phone their place of business. If that is how they start a business transaction, I wouldn't want to know how it is to actually make a purchase from them. read more

I have bought 5 Nissans from this dealership and until the last purchase I loved it. Felipe in financing is my main man. He is fantastic. We upgraded the Altima to Leather. Leather was beautiful. Seats were not secured properly and neither was the console. Nissan said their hands were tied. The people who installed the leather refused to help. Mike Luna one of the sales managers at Nissan did not do anything to help me. Will not even return my call.... Amanda same to you. Asked to speak to the General Manager and was told he was on vacation. Spoke with a manager named Brad. Did not like the experience. He could have cared less. Baker Nissan you have sold me your last car. I can get NMAC to accept me at any Nissan dealership. Customer service does matter. I negotiated with a Baker Nissan salesperson on the phone, thinking I had a deal on a car made, ready to be closed. When I arrived at the dealership, I realized that all the phone talk was for nothing. Negotiations would start all over again, nothing on the phone would be honored. Their plan is to keep you there for hours, negotiating. Beware if you finance through them. They will say anything and then change the price and interest rate on you. Pay very close attention to ANYTHING you sign there. They will welch on a negotiated deal. I finally just walked out. Then I decided to read all the reviews on Baker Nissan. These people at Baker Nissan are the biggest liars and crooks in the car business. There are over 150 one-star reviews for this dealership on Yelp. But they are hidden. You must hunt for them. Yelp has a two-tiered review system. Go to the bottom of the webpage and click on the statement, "224 other reviews that are not currently recommended". THIS is where all the one-star reviews are. They are "... not currently recommended" because they are extremely negative reviews. And Baker wants them HIDDEN. My review is based on my experience today while in Baker Nissan's Collision Center. I went to the dealerships collision center to get an estimate done on my Murano. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by a younger lady with glasses. I told her my purpose & she immediately told me that they couldn't write me an estimate because they had to dissemble the car to do so if they were going to fix it. I did NOT want them to fix, & told her that I simply wanted an estimate & pictures taken for the insurance company. She passed me off to another service advisor, Stephanie O'Neal. RUDE RUDE RUDE! If you do not like helping others, customer service positions are not for you! Stephanie came over to where I was sitting, & immediately said she can't write me an estimate. No "hello, how may I help you" or anything. She went on to say how they only write estimates for jobs that will be repaired at their shop. I've worked at collision centers & know how things work, you can still write me an estimate! She went on to interrogate me about who sent me here, mentioning that she doesn't have me on my schedule. She eventually gets me to fill out a form. While filling out the form, I mention that I'm moving to Austin in about 3 weeks & wanted to get the repairs done before I left. She had the audacity to say "Well, maybe you should get it fixed in Austin", which basically means "we don't want your business". MA'AM. It's none of your damn business where I choose to get my car fixed, & how dare you volunteer your unwanted opinion?? She eventually goes outside & looks at my vehicle. I ask her for a job like mine, how long it usually takes. Of course, she doesn't have an answer & reiterates for the 8783th time that she since she's not repairing the car, she can't take it apart, so she "doesn't know". I sat at her desk while she wrote the estimate & once again, if you don't want to deal with people customer service may not be the line of work for you. Or maybe it was because I wasn't getting my car repaired there she felt I wasn't worth engaging in any conversation with. She was very quiet & very rude, didn't say anything to me besides asking for my claim number. & the estimate she wrote, as she said was "very minimal", such a joke! Minimal customer service & minimal estimate, I guess it goes hand in hand? I ended up taking my vehicle elsewhere. I would NEVER ever consider going back to that collision center, maybe even the dealership if this is a reflection of the people they have working there. The only pleasant person was the nice older lady working the reception desk who allowed me to borrow her pen. Take your business and money elsewhere to people who will make you feel like a valued customer, or who can at least ACT like it! read more

Capital One auto navigator is nothing more than a scam between themselves and the less than trustworthy car dealerships that they only allow you to purchase your car from. I live in the Greenville, TX and purchased my car from Baker Nissan in Houston TX (a 4 hour drive) because that was the closest dealer that had the car I wanted. All negotiation was over the phone and to be put in writing and FedEx told me to sign. Josh the finance manager insisted that I get the extended service warranty. Of course that was something I knew needed to have. Therefore, I only had one question. Will I be able to take my car to a Mercedes dealer for service? Josh assured me that I would be able to take my car anywhere and use the service agreement. BIG LIE as when it came time to take my car to be serviced I was told I could only use the service agreement at Baker Nissan in Houston TX (a 4 hour drive). I called Baker Nissan and was informed that Josh no longer worked there. The new manager Mike expressed how sorry he was and how unfair that was for Josh to "mis-inform me". Nice word for lie. Mike also promised to look into this and get back with me. He never returned "any" of my call nor after calling for almost 1 week neither did the manager of Baker Nissan or the owner Mr Baker himself returned any of my calls. My next move was to call Capital One and let them handle the situation, after all this was a dealer they recommend. I informed them of what had happen and they too were sorry and agreed that it was unfair and would have someone get back with me. I received one call from Brandy to inform me that she was working on the situation. Never heard back from her until me having to leave several messages. When I finally did hear back from her she informed me that I should keep calling Baker Nissan. This all started almost a month ago. As of today after leaving my final message with Baker Nissan receptionist, that I would be driving to Houston to talk to some if no one was going to return my call, that got me a call back from Amanda as well as her manager Memories (who both were helpful has they could possibly be) apologizing that I was mislead (lied to) that they would cancel the warranty agreement. However, that I would not be receiving any money paid into the warranty. Instead it would go to Capital One. The warranty was right at $700. However, the payout as of today, since it has been almost over a year, is a little over $400. Keep in mind I never used the warranty! Today (right at a month later) I received a call back from Ms Capital One herself wanting to know if I had heard back from Mike with Baker Nissan and had everything been taken care of... Blank stare at the phone while thanking God for growth in the cursing area. I will be refinancing soon & paying off my Capital One card! Capital One gets a BIG FAT 0 from me and Baker Nissan gets less than that! read more

I'm not one who often writes reviews good or bad, but I am an avid review reader and look up reviews before I go anywhere, which is one of the reasons I decided to go to Baker Nissan. Seems like all car dealerships have terrible ratings but this seemed like it might've been the best out of the bunch and online they offered the best price...supposedly. My experience was very very unsatisfactory and I just feel that it is my moral obligation to warn others so they save themselves some money and troubles. So my car was totaled in an accident and after a month of dealing with insurance, police, the impound lot and car rental I was beyond exhausted and finally ready to purchase my next vehicle. I'm very busy and it was hard finding time where both my dad and I could go look at vehicles. So we tried doing our research so we would only have to make one trip and get it taken care of with the limited time we had. From my research, Baker had the best price for the vehicle I wanted so I emailed and called to confirm the price and made an appointment. When we got there, the person I had an appointment with was busy so they introduced me to another salesman. I told him what car I wanted, he pulled it up, gave me the standard speel and after that, didn't seem to know much else about the car or anything else. I wanted to take a look at some other vehicles, so he brought us to the lot and just let us look around while he stood there. He did absolutely no selling or upselling because I would've probably gone with a higher trim level if I had gotten to test one out (especially with the final price I paid, I could've gotten a higher trim level anywhere else). I appreciate not being pressured, but there should at least be some degree of salesman ship. I've met better salesmen at McDonald's and it seemed like he was a new hire, first day on the job. I decided to go with the car I found online and thought we had agreed that the online pricing was correct, but when he brought out the paper it was $5000 over that price. There were a bunch of extra fees and we saw they didn't even have the correct online price of the car. They corrected it, but that was just a few hundred dollars. I am not an experienced car buyer, and they seemed to take advantage of that by making it seem like the dealer add ons were mandatory and not up for negotiation. I was tired, it was late at night and it was the only day I had time to buy a vehicle so I reluctantly signed. But get this the guy had the wrong paper work, which was actually for another customer. Very sloppy. (After I bought the car, I noticed a rattling and had to bring it in, apparently the salesman didn't even clip in the rod that holds up the hood...who does that! very sloppy!) Now despite all of this...I was just happy to finally have a vehicle so I could get on with my life and I consider myself a very easy going, forgiving person so it was not enough to motivate me to write a review. This is what crossed the line for me... So when we were upstairs taking care of the title and paperwork, we noticed my middle name was spelled wrong and told the guy. He said it wasn't necessary to correct it and that for some reason or another, it would be correct when I got it in the mail and not to worry about it. Well, I just got my title in the mail yesterday and it was mis-spelled. When I saw that, I was BEYOND angry. Talk about EXTREME laziness, ridiculous and very VERY unprofessional. These are important documents, not some misc. paperwork and considering it's his job, he should know that better than anyone! Now I have to go through the trouble of getting that corrected and I also take it as a personal insult that he thought it was not important to correct the middle name my loving parents gave me when I was born. So in conclusion, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. I understand if it was just one poor salesman because you can't blame the whole dealership for one bad experience with one person...but the financing guy who didn't want to correct my middle name when he had the chance out of pure laziness...that just did it for me. You're better off going to Sterling McCall which is where I should've gone in the first place (family members bought two previous cars there but gave Baker a chance due to the "online price" and better reviews). But apparently the reviews alone are not an accurate decision maker and I feel it would be helpful to many to hear my experience because buying a car is stressful and confusing enough, it's sad that some places make it worse than it already is. Car salesmen in general get a bad rap, and now I see why. Hopefully the next time I have to buy a car, car buying will have moved completely online so we wont' have to deal with shady salesmen. Sometimes, it's not about saving a couple thousand bucks while you're trying to get a good deal on the car; what's more important is not having lying salesmen who say anything to get you into their dealership. The internet sales manager Paul and his sales associate Kay Rotibi are terrible. Do not attempt to make a deal with them. They tell you any number you want to hear to get you through the door--regardless of how possible (or impossible) it is. I was told that the 2016 maxima platinum could be worked out at 38-39k including TTL and at 0% APR for 60-72 months per Nissans promotion. I drove in and spent 2-3 hours of my evening trying to get them to agree to the deal that THEY pitched. The number suddenly rose up to 41,000+ and now the vehicle was driven 5000 miles and still labeled as "new". I don't care who drives the car--me, my mom, the sales person or the POTUS. If it's driven 5k miles it's USED not new. They could not even give a reasonable discount on the price. When explaining this to Kay, she hung up the phone abruptly. This was the worst experience. Do not support these crooks. There are much better Nissan dealerships in Houston and specifically in the north to purchase your vehicle from. read more

DON'T BUY/ LEASE A VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. LOTS OF HEADEACHES. I leased a 2015 Rogue from Baker Nissan at19630 Northwest Fwy, Houston, TX 77065. I made the first payment along with the contract. I was told new license plates and car payment info will be ready within 4 weeks. I haven't received neither one within the time specified. After 3 weeks, I called the dealership 3 times to get an update on my new license plates and car payment information. They responded it wasn't ready, and to wait longer. With no information about the finance company, I've decided to make my 2nd car payment due on October 15th to the dealership because I did not want to be late. The dealership cashed the check. I kept calling the dealership several times after that with no results. I've contacted the dealership finance manager Dan White 3 times and he said he will resolve the problem and get back to me. I did not hear back from him. Then I contacted the dealership owner Brad Baker and again, I did not hear back from him. This was end of October. In November, I decided to send my 3rd car payment to the dealership due on the 15th thinking the payments will eventually be credited to my account with the finance company. The license plates were ready the 2nd week in November, yet no information about the finance company. Days later I discovered my credit took a dive from 748 to the low 600's score because I was 2 months late with Nissan Acceptance. First time I hear about Nissan Acceptance. I contacted Nissan Acceptance and explained I have made the October and November payments to the dealership because I haven't received any information from them about the account information. Nissan Acceptance hasn't received the October and November payments from the dealership and there were late charges on top of what I owe but they were going to waive the late charges because the account was not set up until November. I contacted the dealership and spoke to Marty, the Office Manager. She mentioned the dealership received both payments. They cashed the October payment and has the November payment in her file. I told her I have never received a courtesy call from the dealership about this matter. The dealership never contacted Nissan Acceptance either about the car payments they received. Marty overnight the refund of both payments which I received and deposited on November 25th. There is no valid reason whatsoever nor any excuse for the lack of customer service from the dealership. The top brass at the dealership knew about this and have made no formal apology to this wrongful act, much less an attempt to fix my credit report, which no affects my ability to buy a house. I hope other don't go through this because it takes the joy away from owning a car. I wonder If this is the beginning of the relationship with Nissan, I wonder what would happen for the remainder term of the lease on the vehicle. read more

this dealership should be called comedy of errors. this might be long but bear with me. i wouldnt believe it either if i hadnt lived through this mess. 1) had an appointment with victor at 9am. got their early..no victor..ended up with kene who told me victor was in a weekly meeting. noone bothered to call me. 2) kene was the rudest, unfriendly, and self absorbed person i have ever met, sexest, and dishonest. 3). i took my son in law with me to help me.....kene instantly assumed that the little lady knew nothing although i had researched completely, and was talking through me to my son in law. big mistake kene... 4). was abandoned for a couple hours, kene returns with forms of cars from another dealership . wanting me to sign. oddly enough, these cars has more options than i would never want, or have ever ordered on a car...to the tune of $2000.00. when i questioned the options, his unprofessional side appears and became so mean and ruder. 5). at this point i was informed that i would not be approved for a loan. he must be physic. 6). at this point, it was exit stage left... good bye... 7). elise, the internet associate contacts me asking why i was a no show... what. ???? no record of me even being there . what the heck ??? said she would check into the incident and get back. well, its been a week and nothing. embarrassed i guess. 8). 2 days ago i drove to tomball. fred haas nissan and bought a car. no stress. i only wish i had started this journey with them. everyone there was the opposite of what i had encountered with baker. they made the purchasing adventure a fun one. like friends. isnt that the way its supposed to be ??? thank you to my new friends at fred haas nissan. you guys are great and i love my juke. note to baker nissan, i know alot of people !!! read more

I waited to write this review until they returned my $3600 down-payment back to me, after holding it for 3 days! It's long, but so worth the read. DO NOT BELIEVE THESE PEOPLE AND ALL THE LIES THEY WILL FEED YOU! First, they wouldn't budge on the price, on a used vehicle that had been sitting on the lot for over 5 months. After our sales rep Patty went back and forth to her manager Shawn Kennedy for a few hours I decided with all the warranty coverage that was being offered, that it was a good deal and I decided to move forward with purchase. As I went up stairs for "further paperwork" with a guy names Marcus, I was failed to even be informed that my credit was about to be ran (did this without my permission), who financed me my loan, what my interest rate was OR a list of the details the warranty package was going to cover. (come to find out they ran my credit more than 15 times!!!) After asking time and time again I didn't find any warranty details out until after the terms I agreed upon downstairs started to change and were altered on the final paperwork that I was getting ready to sign. We came to another deal on the warranty cost being lowered (because I was about to just walk by this time so they were trying to reel me back in) and I handed over my cash deposit of $3600. As I was signing more paperwork I noticed more of the terms we agreed on downstairs were not being met! MORE LIES & Deceitfulness!! By this time I was very upset. I asked to just call off the whole deal and I would go through my credit union tomorrow instead and asked for my deposit back. I was told NO. The money is stored away until Monday there's nothing we can do, it is not your money (since u were going to but a car). By this time I was literally arguing with a MANAGER, Shawn Kennedy. He was laughing and even made a joke on "wow, this a totally different person than earlier" which got my heated! He tried blaming the sale falling-thru on poor Patty, when all along it was other people changing her deal, including him & Marcus! At the end of the day every person in there was trying to point the finger at the next. Customer Service was horrible to say the least and misleading is an understatement... from the Manager Shawn and Felipe, the used car manager, To Brad Baker... Who wasn't even involved in the incident but decided to argue with me over the phone on why they can't give me my cash deposit back! Not one apology from anyone but Patty. Save your time and money and go elsewhere! I plan on reaching out to a few news spots to unveil all the FRAUDULENT practices this place is taking! As well as now having to call all three of my credit bureaus to fight the 15+ Hard Credit checks they ran without my permission! read more

I went into Nissan to test drive a Versa. I was quickly greeted by Harry. When I explained what I wanted, he took me inside and looked up what they had on the lot that fit my needs. He walked me over to where the Versas where on the lot and then went to grab keys so that we could test drive one. He did grab the wrong ones, but as long as I was test driving one the color of the car did not matter so much. He drove the car off the lot and then pulled over to allow me to drive. He encouraged me to take in on the freeway and the side streets. He made conversation about the features of the car, how they matched what I was looking for, and also friendly conversation about kids and cars, leather seats in Houston, and my partners lead foot. I did not feel pressured to buy, but got a lot of information about the car in a very friendly way. After the test drive, we returned to the lot, he showed me some other Versas that had different features. Then took me inside to get some estimates. Until this point I did not realize that he was new, but he came back with Patrick who explained that since Harry was still in training, Patrick would be doing some of the process. He got information on payments, down, and trade to estimate my payment. While they inspected my trade, Harry showed us around the dealership, including introducing my partner and I to David and allowing us to ask him questions about servicing and oil changes. By this time, I was pretty sure I wanted the versa so when Patrick told me that he thought he could get me in my range, I allowed him to run my credit and get a firm estimate. He quickly came back, told me the results, the best payment was $7 above where I wanted to be and discussed my options. He was honest and helpful and we quickly came to agreement. Rodell entered into the picture to help Harry get all the paperwork done correctly and quickly. He was cheerful and friendly. We got everything signed, including the agreement to tint the windows for me. They also put up with my partner and his asking for free stuff. They were very busy that day . . . very busy and there was a long wait for finance to get the paperwork. During this time, Harry and all where constantly checking on us, updating us on status, and Rodell even popped over to let us know he was leaving but to let Harry and Patrick know if we needed anything. After a wait, Patrick informed me that Brian would come down from finance and be taking care of us, even though he was the boss and rarely helped customers. Brian came and got us quickly. Again he was friendly and conversational. Offered me a deal on a warranty and quickly drew up the papers for us. He explained everything as we signed it and got us headed down to do the final checklist. We met up again with Harry. He walked me through all the features of the car. Explained how to get the tint and free first service scheduled. Then 5 hours later I drove off the lot in my 2014 Versa Note with all of 8 miles on it! I am quite the happy girl. read more

Visited them on today because several call and text from Keisly..saying I was preapproved no down payment. Went in to ask question 4 hours later..yes because there was no pre approval and no Keisly...But I sat through it out..Yes I was approved well within what I can afford.Sorry guys the old bait and switch was a deal breaker. I will continue to look but simply because I was literally harassed under false pretense got phone calls and text to prove them..I don't do business as such I was doing business with one guy thanks for your time.. and was switched mid deal to some else .Thanks for your time as well, But where I'm from I call that putting the squeeze, What they didn't realize was I drove there in a car and to tell me I must sign right away to get the "good deal" I'll pass ...or better yet get back in my car and drive away. read more

SERVICE CENTER REVIEW: I brought my 2009 Nissan Rogue in after experiencing some apparent transmission trouble on my way home from work. I drove directly to Baker from work and made it just in time before closing and before my Rogue totally quit on me. I was greeted by Mario Flores who take care of me immediately. He looked up my warranty info and informed me if it was transmission trouble, it should be covered. I also asked him to do an oil change and state inspection while he had my vehicle. He kept me informed the whole time my Rogue was at Baker and he always called me back when I called him. Thankfully the work was covered by warranty and he was able to get some additional needed work completed as well. I was especially happy with my service and the work done since the last time it needed service, I took it to the Nissan on 249 (Fred Haas) and had a very bad experience. Two other family members own Nissans, so I already recommended they use Baker moving forward instead of Fred Haas. I appreciate the excellent service and the easy experience I had at Baker - THANK YOU and THANK YOU MARIO!! read more

I brought in my Nissan Altima for an oil change as well as getting my hood switched since there was a recall. I also got new wipers and fluid in. Last time I came to Nissan, the workers lost the lid to the fluid jug and an extra piece to it. So when I came back they were going to charge me for it, but I told them that they were the ones who lost it last time I came. Thankfully they understood and voided that charge. When the service of my car was finished, (which by the way was 2 hours later) I got in it to drive away and a heard a weird noise coming out of my fan of the AC. So I drove back to the service area to ask them and the guy didn't even bother to check under the hood to why the noise was coming and just told me there might be a leaf in it and it will go away on it its own. I assumed they just wanted me to leave already since it was the end of the day and they wanted to call it a day. The noise is still there and I am out of town since I attend a university outside of my city. I plan on going back and getting it fixed again. I feel like every time I leave baker Nissan there is a new issue to my vehicle. Last time it was my fluid piece missing and now there is an annoying noise coming from the fan of my AC. read more

I brought in my Nissan altima 2014 for a weird sound I was hearing on the driver side front wheel, I pulled up and the service rep came right out and asked me what was going on I told her exactly what was happening. She then had my car taken to the back to be evaluated once it was diagnosed she came up and said that nissan had made a mistake in building the car which caused one of the tire flaps to fall off and since this wasn't my fault nissan needed to pay for it. I was so pleased I didn't have to pay out of pocket for anything. My car was fixed within 45 minutes including a free car wash. No more grinding sound was music to my ears. Thank you Nissan I wish I remembered my reps name because I would give her a personal shout out, she's awesome. read more
